Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1種の脂肪族二酸をも含有する混合物中に溶解した均一金属触 媒を単離するための方法であって、触媒がコバルトを含有すること、多数のセル のスタックを含む電気透析装置中での膜電気透析によって単離を実施すること、 それぞれのセルが濃縮区画室(C)及び希薄化区画室(D)の2つの隣接した区 画室から成ること、並びにこれらの区画室がカチオン性膜及びアニオン性膜によ って交互に仕切られたことを特徴とする前記方法。 2. 触媒がコバルトを単独で或いはマンガン、銅、鉄、バナジウム若しくはセ リウムのようなその他の金属又はこれらの金属の混合物と一緒に含有する触媒で あることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 3. 前記金属がシクロアルカンの酸化のための反応混合物中に可溶性の水酸化 物、酸化物及び有機若しくは無機塩のような化合物の形にあることを特徴とする 、請求項2記載の方法。 4. 触媒が単独のコバルト塩又はマンガン及び(若しくは)銅及び(若しくは )鉄及び(若しくは)セリウム及び(若しくは)バナジウムのような金属を基と するその他の化合物と組み合わされたコバルト塩から選択されることを特徴とす る、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5. 膜電気透析に付される混合物がシクロアルカンの酸化の際に生成する少な くとも1種の二酸並びに副生成物として生成する1種以上のその他の二酸、好ま しくはアジピン酸、グルタル酸及びコハク酸を含有することを特徴とする、請求 項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6. 均一触媒が見出される混合物が水を含有し、処理されるべき溶液を作り出 した方法において用いられたものであってよい溶媒を電気透析の前に完全に又は 部分的に水で置き換えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれ かに記載の方法。 7. 水が電気透析に付される溶液の溶媒混合物の10%〜100%、好ましく はこの溶媒混合物の50〜100%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の 方法。 8. 膜がカチオン性膜の場合にはスルホネートのようなアニオン性の官能基を 、アニオン性膜の場合には第四級アンモニウム基のようなカチオン性の官能基を マトリックス上にグラフトさせて成るものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜 7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9. 電気透析に付される溶液が0.0001モル〜1モル/kgの触媒、0. 001モル〜1モル/kgのグルタル酸、0.001モル〜1モル/kgのコハ ク酸及び0.001モル〜1モル/kgのアジピン酸を含有することを特徴とす る、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
