Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ウレタン基と必要に応じ尿素基とイソシアヌレート基とを有する硬質フォ ームの製造方法において、ポリウレタン硬質フォームを (a)芳香族ポリイソシアネートと、 (b)イソシアネートに対し反応性の平均して少なくとも3個の水素原子を有す るポリオール成分(これは (1)70〜100重量%の1,2−酸化プロピレンと0〜30重量%の酸 化エチレンとに基づく分子量300〜800を有する30〜80重量 %の芳香族アミン出発のポリエーテル、 (2)70〜100重量%の1,2−酸化プロピレンと0〜30重量%の酸 化エチレンとに基づく分子量400〜1,000を有する10〜40 重量%の実質的に蔗糖出発のポリエーテル、 (3)70〜100重量%の1,2−酸化プロピレンと0〜30重量%の酸 化エチレンとに基づく分子量500〜1,500を有する5〜30重 量%のプロピレングリコール出発のポリエーテル、 (4)発泡剤としてのn−および/またはi−ペンタン、 (5)水、 (6)必要に応じ助剤および添加剤 を含有する) との反応により作成し、成分(1)、(2)および(3)の重量%は合計100 であることを特徴とする硬質フォームの製造方法。 2. o−トルイレンジアミンに基づく芳香族アミン出発のポリエーテルを使用 することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 1,2−酸化プロピレンに基づく450〜650の分子量を有する50〜 60重量%のo−トルイレンジアミン出発のポリエーテルを含むポリオール成分 を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4. 1,2−酸化プロピレンに基づく分子量800〜1200を有する10〜 25重量%のプロピレングリコール出発のポリエーテルを含むポリオール成分を 使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
