前記化合物が、L−システイン、ヒドラジン、セミカルバジド及びヒドロキシルアミンから選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である請求項1に記載の安定化方法。
【請求項3】
L−システイン、L−システイン類縁体、ヒドラジン、ヒドラジン類縁体及びヒドロキシルアミンから選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物と、ウレアアミドリアーゼを含有する尿素窒素測定試薬。
【請求項4】
前記化合物が、L−システイン、ヒドラジン、セミカルバジド及びヒドロキシルアミンから選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である請求項3に記載の安尿素窒素測定試薬。
【請求項5】
酸化防止剤を含有する請求項4に記載の尿素窒素測定試薬。
[Claims]
(1)
A method for stabilizing urea amide lyase, comprising allowing at least one compound selected from L-cysteine, L-cysteine analogs, hydrazine, hydrazine analogs and hydroxylamine to coexist with urea amide lyase.
(2)
The method according to claim 1, wherein the compound is at least one compound selected from L-cysteine, hydrazine, semicarbazide, and hydroxylamine.
(3)
A urea nitrogen measurement reagent containing at least one compound selected from L-cysteine, L-cysteine analogs, hydrazine, hydrazine analogs and hydroxylamine, and urea amide lyase.
(4)
The reagent according to claim 3, wherein the compound is at least one compound selected from L-cysteine, hydrazine, semicarbazide, and hydroxylamine.
Claim 5.
The reagent for measuring urea nitrogen according to claim 4, further comprising an antioxidant.
