Description
DESCRIZIONE DEL BREVETTO PER INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE AVENTE COME TITOLO:
CEROTTI MEDICATI ATTI A TRATTARE CELLULITE E ADIPOSITÀ’ LOCALIZZATE
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto cerotti medicati contenenti fosfatidilcolina sia di origine naturale (vegetale, animale, microbica) che, eventualmente, di sintesi.
Più particolarmente la presente invenzione ha per oggetto cerotti medicati a base di fosfatidilcolina atti a trattare la componente della cellulite dovuta all’ adiposità localizzata.
La presente invenzione ha inoltre per oggetto l' uso della fosfatidilcolina per prepare cerotti medicati atti al trattamento di cellulite e adiposità localizzate. E’ noto che la fosfatidilcolina viene utilizzata in dermatologia plastica e in medicina estetica per il trattamento dell’adiposità localizzata attraverso iniezioni sottocutanee in zone specifiche quali cosce, glutei, addome, dorso.

E’altresi noto che l’aggiunta nel liquido iniettabile di un emulsionante come il sodio dessosicolato aumenta l’efficacia del trattamento. (Dermatol Surg. 2006 Apr; 32 (4): 465 - 80 - Dermatol Surg. 2004 Jul; 30 (7):1001-8-) La fosfatidilcolina agisce sui depositi locali di grasso attraverso un processo denominato lecilisi. Si tratta anzitutto di una solubizzazione di grassi prodotta dalla fosfatidilcolina, che è un emulsionante naturale, nel momento in cui penetra allintero dell’adipocita. La fosfatidilcolina, inoltre, agisce, anche a concentrazione minima come attivatore di enzimi lipolitici, determinando in questo modo una riduzione del numero degli adipociti stessi.Durante l' infiltrazione di fosfatidilcolina, che avviene attraverso l’iniezione locale può comparire rossore, spesso seguito da un edema della durata di 24-48 ore.
Nonostante la fosfatidilcolina sia ampiamente utilizzata per rimuovere depositi localizzati di grasso e gli inestetismi che ne conseguono, non sono fino ad ora noti cerotti medicati per la somministrazione transdermica di questa sostanza attiva.
Questo nonostante la fosfatidilcolina, impiegata da sola o in combinazione con sostanze facilitanti la penetrazione cutanea, sia risultata assorbile attraverso la pelle, senza produrre quegli inconvenienti (rossore, edema) causati dal microtrauma dovuto all’iniezione locale.
La presente invenzione, pertanto, ha come oggetto cerotti medicati contenenti fosfatidilcolina.
Secondo la nresente invenzione, la fosfatidilcolina sarà nresente in quantità variabile tra 5 e 500 mg per dose unitaria, preferibilmente 250 mg. Secondo la presente invenzione oltre alla fosfatidilcolina, potrà essere
presente sodio deossicolato in quantità variabile tra 3 e 300 mg , preferibilmente 150 mg.
Secondo una forma di esecuzione preferita dalla seguente invenzione i cerotti medicati contengono etossidiglicol come promotore di assorbimento transdermico.
L’ etossidiglicol sarà presente in quantità variabile tra 0.1 a 10 mg per dose unitaria, preferibilmente 3 mg.
ESEMPIO:
formulazione in forma di cerotto medicato per l’assorbimento transdermico.
INGREDIENTE: QUANTITÀ’ IN mg PER SINGOLO CEROTTO
Fosfatidilcolina 250 mg
Deossicolato di sodio 150 mg
Etossiglicol 3 mg
Copolimeri acrilici q.b.
I cerotti saranno applicati ogni giorno o più volte alla settimana su quelle parti del corpo umano che presentano adiposità localizzate.
Claims (1)
- RIVENDICAZIONI Cerotti medicati contenenti fosfatidilcolina Cerotti medicati secondo la rivendicazione 1 contenenti fosfatidilcolina n quantità variabili tra 5 e 500 mg per dose unitaria, preferibilmente 250 mg Cerotti medicati secondo le rivendicazioni precedenti, contenenti inoltre sodio deossicolato Cerotti medicati secondo la rivendicazione 3, contenenti sodio deossicolato in quantità variabile tra 3 e 300 mg per dose unitaria, preferibilmente 150 mg 5-Cerotti medicati secondo le rivendicazioni precedenti, contenenti inoltre etossidiglicol 6-cerotti medicati secondo la rivendicazione 5, contenenti etossidiglicol in quantità variabili tra 0.1 e 10 mg per dose unitaria, preferibilmente 3 mg. 7-Uso della fosfatidilcolina per la preparazione di cerotti medicati atti a trattare cellulite e adiposità localizzate 8-Uso di fosfatidilcolina e sodio deossicolato per la preparazione di cerotti medicati atti a trattare cellulite e adiposità localizzate 9-Uso di fosfatidilcolina ed etossidiglicol per la preparazione di cerotti medicati atti a trattare cellulite e adiposità localizzate
