Abstract
L'invenzione riguarda originali derivati benz/e/indenici farmaceuticamente attivi, un procedimento per la loro preparazione, composizioni farmaceutiche che li comprendono, oltre all'uso di detti derivati benz/e/indenici nel trattamento di certe malattie e nella preparazione di composizioni farmaceutiche adatte per il trattamento di dette malattie.Gli originali derivati benz/e/indonici secondo l'invenzione corrispondono alla formula generalein cui A rappresenta un gruppo della formula alk-NR2R2, in cui alk rappresenta un gruppo alchilene C2-7 facoltativamente portante un sostituente idrossi, R3 ed R2 sono indipendentemente idrogeno, C1-7 alchile, C2-7 alchinile, sono C1-7) alchilmmino C1-7) alchile, di C1-7 alchilmmino C1-7 alchile oppure C3-7 ciclosichile; oppure R1 ed R2 assieme con l'atomo di azoto al quale sono attaccati formano un anello da 4 a 7 membri, facoltativamente comprendente un atomo di ossigeno oppure un ulteriore atomo di azoto, il quale ultimo può portare sostituente fenile, benzile, piridile, pirimidinile o C1-3 alchile, i quali sostituenti possono a loro volta portare un ruppo idrossi o metossi oppure un atomo di alogeno od un gruppo alofenile; oppure R1 ed R2 assieme con l'atomo di azoto al quale sono attaccati formano un gruppo ftalimido; oppure A rappresenta pirimidino, 2, 3-epossipropile oppure un gruppo della formula -C(O)NHR3, in cui R3 sta per C1-7 alchile, C2-7 alchenile o C3-8 cicloalchenile; ed R indica idrogeno oppure C1-7 alchile, stereoisomeri ed isomeri otticamente attivi e le eventuali loro miscele, inoltre sali di addizione acida e derivati di ammonio quaternario di questi composti.
