Brevetto per Invenzione Industriale dal titolo “DISPOSITIVO DI SUPPORTO PER PORTABICICLETTE”. Patent for Industrial Invention entitled "SUPPORT DEVICE FOR BICYCLE RACK".

DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

Nel settore degli accessori per il trasporto di biciclette sono note strutture richiudibili da applicare alla parte posteriore di camper o roulotte. Dette strutture vengono fissate in vari modi alla parte posteriore dei veicoli. Purtroppo queste strutture dei telai portabiciclette sono fissate su parti non robuste e possono danneggiare la parte esterna del veicolo in quando la parete su cui sono disposte è costituita da lamiera e polistirolo. I carichi di peso, dati dal trasporto di biciclette od altri oggetti, disposti sulla parte più esterna del telaio portabiciclette innescano momenti che danneggiano la parete posteriore del camper o della roulotte. Inoltre, i carichi impulsivi dati da sobbalzi del peso delle biciclette od altri oggetti sul telaio portano a sfondamenti o innesco di crepe nelle zone in cui i telaio è fissato al camper od alla roulotte. Oggetto del risultamento è un dispositivo in grado di evitare gli svantaggi sopra menzionati in quanto consente di scaricare il peso gravante sulle parti più esterne del telaio portabiciclette in parti robuste e tale da non recare danno alla parete posteriore del camper o della roulotte. Inoltre, il dispositivo oggetto del risultamento consente di aumentare la stabilità degli oggetti disposti su di esso a tutto vantaggio della sicurezza, in quanto risulta improbabile perdere detti oggetti a causa di sobbalzi dati da buche o malformazioni del manto stradale. Altre vantaggio offerto dal risultamento è dato dall’aumento della capacità di carico. Scopo del trovato è, infatti, fornire un aumento della resistenza ai carichi applicati tramite un dispositivo per portabiciclette con fissaggio di parti del portabiciclette direttamente al telaio del veicolo. Il trovato è illustrato in via puramente indicativa ed in quanto tale non limitativa alle figure dei fogli 1, 2 e 3 allegati. In particolare al foglio 1 la figura 1 è vista dei componenti non assemblati dell’oggetto del risultamento. Al foglio 2 la figura 2 è vista laterale del trovato applicato a portabiciclette per camper o roulotte. Infine, al foglio 3 la figura 3 è vista posteriore del trovato applicato al portabiciclette. In ima forma di attuazione preferita ma non esclusiva il trovato è costituito da una barra trasversale con staffe 1 e con fori passanti 2 e 3 agli estremi della barra. Sono poi previsti bulloni 4 e 5 per il fissaggio della barra trasversale con staffe 1 al telaio 6 del veicolo. Sulla barra trasversale con staffe 1 è fissata, con convenzionali mezzi di collegamento, una coppia di elementi cilindrici a manicotto 7 e 8 a fondo chiuso e disposti sulla barra trasversale con staffe 1 alla larghezza dell’elemento pensile richiudibile 9 del portabiciclette. Detti elementi cilindrici 7 e 8 sono angolati verso il veicolo in modo tale da essere di supporto ad aste 10 e 11. Queste aste 10 e 11 hanno diametro tale da poter essere infilate all’ interno di ciascuno degli elementi a manicotto 7 e 8. Le aste 10 e 11 hanno poi lunghezza tale da collegare gli elementi a manicotto 7 e 8 all’ estremità dell’elemento pensile 9 del portabiciclette. Agli estremi superiori le aste 10 e 11 sono dotate di snodi 12 e 13 collegati alle aste 10 e 11 tramite bulloni 14 e 15, infilati in corrispondenti fori passanti 16 e 17 disposti nelle parti terminali delle aste 10 e 11. A loro volta gli snodi 12 e 13 sono dotati di perni 18 e 19 infilati in fori passanti 20 e 21 presenti nella parte più esterna dell’elemento pensile richiudibile 9 e trattenuti in questi fori da dadi 22 e 23. Gli snodi 12 e 13 consentono quindi la rotazione delle aste 10 e 11 attorno aH’estremo superiore per effettuare l’incastro dell’altro estremo negli elementi cilindrici a manicotto 7 e 8 e la rotazione all’estremo superiore nel piano dell’elemento pensile richiudibile 9 per poter essere richiuse limitando Γ ingombro tramite un elemento di trattenuta e chiusura 24, ovvero una cinghia disposta centralmente per trattenere le aste 10 e 11 nel piano dell’elemento pensile richiudibile 9. In fase di funzionamento il trovato prevede l’apertura dell’elemento pensile richiudibile 9 e l’apertura dell’elemento di chiusura 24 per liberare le aste 10 e 11. Dette aste vengono infilate nei manicotti a fondo chiuso 7 e 8. Il dispositivo di supporto secondo il risultamento aumenta quindi la capacità di carico del portabiciclette e non fa gravare il peso più esterno del portabiciclette sulla parete esterna del camper o della roulotte su cui è installato. Another advantage offered by the result is the increase in load capacity. The object of the invention is, in fact, to provide an increase in the resistance to the loads applied by means of a device for a bicycle carrier by fixing parts of the bicycle carrier directly to the vehicle frame. The invention is illustrated purely by way of indication and as such is not limiting to the figures of the attached sheets 1, 2 and 3. In particular, in sheet 1, Figure 1 is a view of the unassembled components of the resulting object. In sheet 2, figure 2 is a side view of the invention applied to bicycle racks for campers or caravans. Finally, on sheet 3 Figure 3 is a rear view of the invention applied to the bicycle carrier. In a preferred but not exclusive embodiment, the invention consists of a transverse bar with brackets 1 and with through holes 2 and 3 at the ends of the bar. Bolts 4 and 5 are then provided for fixing the transverse bar with brackets 1 to the vehicle frame 6. On the cross bar with brackets 1 a pair of cylindrical sleeve elements 7 and 8 with closed bottom and arranged on the cross bar with brackets 1 to the width of the reclosable hanging element 9 of the bicycle carrier is fixed with conventional connecting means.
