The invention will be understood more clearly with the help of

On a dental instrument (l) comprising means for

to impart a vibratory movement to a boring tool (2), a tubular body (3) is screwed in. The tubular body (3) is integral in vibration with the vibrating group of the

The operation of the device is described below.

A tool is introduced into the elbow section (5)

of the instrument. So the instrument is blocked and therefore made

in solidarity with the vibrant group.

The vibrations of the reamer in the root canal scrape the canal walls with an intensity proportional to the bite of the asperities of this reamer. It will be possible
