La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un a carrozzina pieghevole incorporante uno schienale posturale e, più precisamente, ad una carrozzina pieghevole incorporante uno schienale posturale atto a venir piegato anch’esso durante la chiusura della carrozzina. Folding wheelchair (1) according to claim 1 or 2 or 3, wherein each rigid half-part (41) of said two rigid half-parts (41) of the backrest (4) is connected with the frame (2) of the wheelchair (1) by means of rotating connecting elements (43).

5. Folding wheelchair (1) according to the preceding claim, in which said connecting elements are bushings (43) suitable for connecting said half-parts (41) on said frame (2) in a hinged manner.

Folding wheelchair (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said two rigid half-parts (41) of the backrest (4) are mutually connected to each other in an oscillating manner by means of a hinge element (42).

Folding wheelchair (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said two rigid half-parts (41) of the backrest (4) are mutually connected to each other in an oscillating manner by means of a monolithic hinge element which comprises a material elastomeric (45) as a connecting and rotating element.

8. Folding wheelchair (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a locking element (44) of the oscillation of said half-parts (41) of the postural backrest (4).
