Claims

CLAIMS 1. A perfuming device (1) comprising: - A layer (4) of absorbent material impregnated with a perfuming substance; - Means (6) through which said layer (4) can be hung from a support; - Characterized by the fact that a pocket (5) is included within which said layer is slidably inserted, the pocket being open at least on one side of it so that through said opening the layer can be progressively extracted from the pocket, the pocket being made of at least partially impermeable material in such a way as to at least partially preserve the perfuming fragrance relating to the part of the layer arranged inside the pocket and in which an external waterproof and sealed package (3) is further comprised within which said pocket is arranged with the layer stowed inside the pocket.

2. A perfuming device, according to claim 1, in which the pocket (4) is made of paper material covered with a layer of impermeable material.

3. A perfuming device, according to claim 1, in which the pocket (4) is made from a sheet of paper material suitably folded and covered on both its faces with a layer of impermeable material.

4. A perfuming device, according to claim 3, in which the sheet is folded once on itself and closed again along at least the longitudinal edge (25).

A perfuming device, according to claim 3, in which the sheet is folded twice on itself and closed again along at least the longitudinal edge (25).

6. A perfuming device, according to one or more of the preceding claims from 2 to 5, in which said waterproof material covering the pocket is of the plastic type.

7. A perfuming device, according to claim 1, in which said pocket is made entirely of plastic material.

8. A perfuming device, according to one or more of the preceding claims, in which the pocket and the layer of absorbent material have such dimensions that the sliding coupling between them occurs with a predetermined degree of mechanical interference such that when the layer is hung from a support the pocket does not slide with respect to the layer when subjected to its weight only and it flows if pulled by a user.

A perfuming device, according to claim 1, in which said means (6) are in the form of a lace.

10. A perfuming device, according to one or more of the preceding claims, in which the layer of absorbent material is of paper nature.
