La presente invenzione ha per oggetto una capsula comprendente una struttura di contenimento e rilascio di un prodotto. The present invention relates to a capsule comprising a structure for containing and releasing a product.
Tali capsule sono tipicamente applicate all’imboccatura di un contenitore e permettono all’occorrenza di miscelare un prodotto in esse contenuto con un differente prodotto presente nel contenitore. Tale miscelazione è prevista contestualmente alla prima apertura del contenitore. In tal caso la capsula comprende uno scodellino di sostegno di un prodotto granulare in cui è inserito un tranciatore cilindrico dotato di un tagliente di estremità. Tale tagliente contraffaccia un fondo frangibile dello scodellino. All’apertura del contenitore il tagliente del tranciatore viene posto a contatto con il fondo frangibile determinandone l’apertura e la caduta nel contenitore del prodotto presente nello scodellino. Al fine di ridurre le possibilità che il prodotto presente nello scodellino possa essere alterato dall’umidità esterna il tranciatore in polipropilene presenta una concavità in cui è posto un materiale assorbente. Infatti a lungo andare particelle di umidità possono penetrare attraverso linee di prefrattura della capsula o più in generale attraverso le pareti della capsula. Tale problema è particolarmente sentito in ragione del fatto che solitamente il prodotto posto nella capsula è in polvere e quindi risulta particolarmente sensibile all’umidità sia per motivi di natura fisica (il prodotto in polvere potrebbe agglomerarsi) sia per motivi di natura chimica (il prodotto in polvere potrebbe modificare le sue proprietà).
