Abstract

Method involves supplying flexible packs including wrapper formed of one sheet having the first panel of packing material with graphical image printed on the first panel and the second panel made of the same packing material with graphic image simulating metal surface printed on the second panel; connecting the first and the second panels along corresponding connection parts. The first and the second panels are made by forming longitudinal cut in the sheet. Sheet includes the first longitudinal area with printed graphic image and the second area with printed graphic image simulating metal surface. Cut is formed so that the first area is separated from the second area. The first and the second areas are overlapped and superposed and superposed areas are glued over connection parts thereof to obtain single strip. Strip is then transversely cut to form separate sheets. Each cigarette group is placed on ready sheet and the sheet is folded and wound around cigarette group so that connection parts are arranged about peripheral pack part located near upper surface thereof.
