Abstract

Il presente trovato ha come oggetto una protesi femorale, particolarmente studiata per la revisione di impianti protesici, che hanno avuto esito negativo, il quale presenta la peculiarità di comprendere un corpo prossimale, amovibilmente accoppiabile ad un corpo distale o stelo. Il suddetto corpo prossimale presenta, alla sua estremità prossimale, una sezione sostanzialmente ellissoidale che si riduce sostanzialmente ad una conformazione circolare verso l'apice distale, ove è definita una sede conica di accoppiamento con il codolo conico dello stelo. Lo stelo, in sezione trasversale, presenta una conformazione a stella, con punte uniformemente distribuite.
