Abstract

Processo per preparare mescole di plastomeri a base di VDF e di un elastomero fluorosiliconico in cui le mescole sono ricche in plastomero a base di VDF, il processo comprendendo sottoporre a irradiazione una composizione comprendente un plastomero a base di VDF (B), la miscelazione di un coagente (C) a una temperatura da 80°C a 165°C, con la composizione comprendente un plastomero a base di VDF (B) prima o dopo aver sottoposto (B) a irradiazione in modo da avere un rapporto in peso C/B da 0,05 a 0,4 in cui il coagente (C) è un composto poliinsaturo capace di innestarsi su (B), la preparazione della miscela dopo l'esposizione di (B) a irradiazione, miscelando da 5 a 46 parti in peso di gomma fluorosiliconica (A) con da 54 a 95 parti in peso della miscela di (C) e (B) in cui la somma di (A) + (B) + (C) è di 100 parti in peso ed (A)/(B) è da 0,05 a 0,9. Il riscaldamento della miscela (A), (B), (C) a una temperatura da 80° a 140°C, l'addizione di un iniziatore di radicali liberi (I2) alla miscela, in cui l'iniziatore di radicali liberi è caratterizzato da un periodo di semivita di circa 1 ora ad una temperatura uguale o superiore a 135°C, e il riscaldamento per reticolare la miscela.
