Abstract

Il rullo decoratore, volto ad ottenere effetti chiaroscurali come da tamponatura, con impronte distribuite in modo sostanzialmente irregolare, senza che si manifestino indesiderate tendenze allo slittamento, é costituito da una formazione di elementi decoratori a cespo (2, 9, 19) comunque applicati, in modo permanente o amovibile, alla superficie esterna del rullo (1, 15, 21) accoppiata a rotazione al tratto anteriore rettilineo di un relativo braccio di supporto (4, 17, 25); ciascun detto cespo essendo ottenuto per pizzicatura, secondo almeno due direzioni tra loro incidenti, di una zona interna, centrale, di un ritaglio piano di stoffa, pellame, o altro materiale, avente contorno regolare o anche comunque perifericamente frastagliato: l'impiego avviene nel settore della tinteggiatura di ambienti in genere.
