Abstract
Il sistema comprende un elemento di memoria (20) in cui é memorizzata, per ogni guasto previsto dell'impianto, una regola (21) che specifica la procedura da eseguire per identificare se si é in presenza di tale guasto; ogni regola (21) è associata ad un fattore che tiene conto della probabilità che si verifichi tale guasto e del costo per la relativa procedura di verifica, e le regole sono, associate in gruppi ed ordinate in ciascun gruppo in modo gerarchico in base a tale fattore; per l'identificazione di un guasto, il sistema acquisisce i dati di riconoscimento allarme per determinare il tipo di allarme ed identificare la parte della macchina che ha dato origine ad un messaggio di allarme o ad un malfunzionamento; in base a queste informazioni, il sistema accede alla relativa regola (21) di ordine gerarchico superiore per determinare la procedura di verifica da eseguire; nel caso che la procedura di verifica dia esito negativo, viene determinata la procedura di ordine gerarchico immediatamente inferiore fino all'identificazione del guasto e al termine delle ipotesi di guasto.(Figura 2).
