Abstract
ABSTRACT A beverage container cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning head arranged to receive a neck of a beverage container, and a cleaning fluid dispenser. The cleaning head dispenses the cleaning fluid via the cleaning head onto a portion of the neck of the beverage container prior to consumption of a potable liquid stored within the beverage container.
Claims (5)
1. A beverage container cleaning apparatus comprising a cleaning head arranged to receive a neck of a beverage container, and a dispenser arranged to dispense a cleaning medium via the cleaning head, the cleaning head being arranged to clean a portion of the neck of the beverage container adjacent an outlet of the beverage container prior to consumption of a potable liquid stored within the beverage container.
2. Apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning head comprises a plurality of brushes spaced about the cleaning head such that, in use. substantially the whole of an external surface of the neck of the beverage container is contacted by the plurality of brushes.
3. Apparatus according to either claim 1 or claim 2 comprising a casing having a channel into which the cleaning medium is dispensed and through which the brush passes when rotating.
4. Apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the cleaning head comprises a cleaning spray head arranged to spray the cleaning medium on to the neck of the beverage container.
5. A beverage container cleaning apparatus substantially as described hereinbefore with reference to the accompanying drawings.
