Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic product with a geometric or random pattern prepared in one or more colours, preferably for use in cosmetics, contained in a container comprising a magnet.
Technical Field
Many patent applications disclose the preparation of cosmetic makeup cosmetics of multiple colors contained in a single container using various techniques. Some examples are patent applications JP2013079202, US2011073125, JP2012065847, US2008261844 and US 2008277827. Said document discloses a technique for producing a multicoloured cosmetic product in the form of a solid, powder, cast, fluid or emulsified product in a single container. However, many difficulties are encountered in the production of these cosmetic products. The main technical difficulties include the problems associated with making clear boundaries between the various colours and the difficulty of combining colours which are physically incompatible with each other from a formulation point of view, such as colours in powder form and colours in liquid form, in the same container.
According to the literature, the production of cosmetic products with multiple colours in the same container requires the use of moulds, templates or preforms (preframes) to prepare the initial rough pattern of the individual colours, at least in one stage of the production process, and then to combine them in the final container; however, such operations require the use of complex machinery and equipment.
The use of magnetic fields in cosmetic make-up cosmetics is also reported in the literature.
US 2011/000498 discloses a device for applying a cosmetic composition, in particular a mascara, comprising a magnet and magnetic or magnetizable particles. The disclosed device makes it easier to apply the composition and to improve the deposition of magnetic or magnetizable particles on keratinous fibres to obtain a visual effect produced by magnetic particles having an optical effect produced by reflecting and/or dispersing light.
EP1700534 discloses an article having a film containing magnetic particles oriented in a visible pattern and an adhesive surface ensuring the fixing of the article on the skin, nail or artificial nail. The magnetic field is applied during the article production process before the film is dried.
FR2888115 discloses a liquid foundation cosmetic comprising at least one colorant having a non-zero magnetic susceptibility, such as metallic iron, preferably soft iron. The foundation make-up is applied to the skin and then subjected to a magnetic field to change the orientation of some of the colorant particles exhibiting non-zero magnetic susceptibility.
WO2006/037901 discloses a kit for applying a cosmetic product to a surface such as skin, nails, hair or lips, said kit comprising a first cosmetic composition comprising magnetic particles movable under the action of a magnetic field and a second cosmetic composition for covering or being covered by the first composition and magnetic means for generating a magnetic field enabling the orientation of all or some of the magnetic particles to be altered and/or modified when the first composition is applied to the surface in the form of a layer.
All of said patents disclose inventions directed to primarily fluid make-up products that are first subjected to a magnetic field during or after application to improve their cosmetic properties.
Description of the invention
The present invention relates to the preparation of cosmetic products of one or more colours contained in a single container, which is also the final container designed for the application. The colors may be visually separated from each other without using a mold, a template, or a preform, but using a magnet directly applied to a container of cosmetic. Alternatively, decorative patterns are produced in single color cosmetic products by changing the orientation of magnetic particles using a magnetic field.
The subject of the present invention is a cosmetic product having a visible pattern composed of one or more colours, comprising a cosmetic composition comprising one or more dyes and/or pigments containing magnetic or magnetisable particles, characterised in that said cosmetic composition is contained in a container accompanied by a magnet capable of generating a magnetic field, whereby said dyes and/or pigments are positioned and/or oriented in the container by said magnetic field, thereby generating the visible pattern.
In one embodiment of the invention, the visible pattern is composed of two or more colors that form colored regions that are visually separated from each other.
In another embodiment of the invention said visible pattern consists of one colour and said dyes and/or pigments containing magnetic or magnetisable particles are oriented in the container by said magnetic field, thereby creating a visible pattern.
The magnet may be applied in contact with a container of cosmetic composition, either internally or externally.
The magnet produces a magnetic field having a magnetic field of greater than 0.1G (10)-5T), a magnetic induction value above 0.1Oersted, a magnetic field strength above 0.1MegaGauss Oersted and a magnetic field of magnetic permeability above 0.1MegaGauss Oersted.
The magnetic induction intensity value is preferably 2G (2x 10)-4T) to 3G (3x 10)-4T)。
The magnetic field strength is preferably 2Oe (0.16kA/m) to 2.5Oe (0.20 kA/m).
The magnetic permeability is preferably 1.5MGOe (11.94 KJ/m)3) To 2MGOe (15.91 kJ/m)3)。
The magnets are preferably composed of a magnetized plastic ferrite (plastoferrite) such as the anisotropic magnetic rubber sold by Alga. The plastic ferrite (plastoferrite) is preferably magnetized by induction discharge to create a specific pattern. The magnetic field applied to the container places and/or orients the dyes and/or pigments in a specific pattern to produce a decorative effect without the use of a mold, template or preform.
The container may be made of, for example, glass, plastic, metal, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, non-woven, or mixtures thereof.
The dye and/or pigment is a dye and/or pigment acceptable for cosmetic use, preferably a pearlescent dye and/or pigment.
According to the invention, the term pearlescent dye and/or pigment refers to a lustrous particle (giving rise to a unique lustrous effect) that may be based on different substrates, such as mica (mica may be a natural or synthetic substrate), synthetic fluorophlogopite, silica, calcium aluminium borosilicate, calcium sodium aluminosilicate (aluminium calcium silicate), acrylic copolymers, triethoxyoctylsilane, polyurethane-11 and polyester (polyester-based dyes and/or pigments may be glitter).
The particles orientable in the magnetic field preferably consist of at least one iron oxide or hydroxide.
The cosmetic composition may be in solid, liquid or fluid form, preferably in the form of a powder (free powder) or compact powder, wax, liquid, paste, extruded product or emulsion.
Example 1: preparation of trichromatic cosmetic powder for eye
The raw materials, expressed in weight percentages, are listed below:
the above raw materials were mixed together in a fan mill and divided by a powder filling machine between final containers to which a magnetic induction value of 2.55Gauss (2.55x 10) was applied-4T), magnetic field strength of 2.15Oersted (0.17kA/m) and magnetic permeability of 1.57MGOe (12.49 kJ/m)3) The magnetic field of (1). The magnetic field received by the product visually separates the colors contained therein. The orientation of the magnetic field relative to the container determines the shape of the boundary between the colors.
Example 2: preparation of two-color lip-moisturizing (cast lip) cosmetic products
The raw materials, expressed in weight percentages, are listed below:
melting the above raw materials in a wax melter at 90 deg.C. They were then divided between the final containers by means of a liquid metering unit, to which a value of 2.40Gauss (2.40x 10) was applied with a magnetic induction value-4T), magnetic field strength of 2.35Oersted (0.19kA/m) and magnetic permeability of 1.45MGOe (11.54 kJ/m)3) The magnetic field of (1). The magnetic field received by the product visually separates the colors contained therein. The orientation of the magnetic field relative to the container determines the shape of the boundary between the colors.
