Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the doll toy described in patent document 1, the joint member is supported by the trunk member by a support shaft protruding in the vertical direction of the doll toy, and is rotatable only about the support shaft and not about two axes orthogonal to the vertical direction, and there is room for improvement in terms of enlarging the range of rotation of the arm member.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a shoulder joint structure of a doll toy and a doll toy, which can expand a rotation range of an arm member.
Means for solving the problems
The shoulder joint structure of a doll toy according to the present invention includes a trunk member and an arm member attached to a shoulder of the trunk member via an intermediate member, the trunk member and the intermediate member being rotatably coupled by a ball joint including a ball provided on one of the trunk member and the intermediate member and a receiving portion provided on the other of the trunk member and the intermediate member and configured to receive the ball rotatably, the ball joint being provided forward of a center line of the trunk member extending in a width direction.
In the shoulder joint structure of the doll toy according to the present invention, the intermediate member may be provided with the receiving portion of the ball joint, and the ball of the ball joint may be disposed on the shoulder portion.
In the shoulder joint structure of the doll toy according to the present invention, the ball of the ball joint may be provided at a distal end of a shaft member extending in a width direction of the trunk member.
Further, the doll toy of the present invention is characterized by having the above-described shoulder joint structure.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

Detailed Description
[ embodiments of the invention ]
In this embodiment, a shoulder joint structure of a doll toy will be described.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of a doll toy for explaining the embodiment of the present invention.
Figure 1 shows a doll toy 1 having a head member 2, a trunk member 3, a waist member 4, an upper arm member 5, a lower arm member 6, a hand member 7, an upper leg member 8, a lower leg member 9, and a foot member 10.
An intermediate member 11 is provided at a connection portion (shoulder joint portion) between the trunk member 3 and the upper arm member 5, and the upper arm member 5 is rotatably attached to the shoulder of the trunk member 3 via the intermediate member 11.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the shoulder joint structure of the doll toy 1 of fig. 1.
The trunk member 3 is constituted by a front trunk member 31 and a rear trunk member 32 which are divided into two parts. The front trunk member 31 and the rear trunk member 32 are respectively formed with arc-shaped recesses 31a and 32a that form one opening by joining them. The front trunk member 31 and the rear trunk member 32 are integrally joined to each other, whereby the concave portions 31a and 32a form a substantially elliptical opening in the shoulder portion of the trunk member 3.
A cylindrical mounting shaft 31b is formed to project in the front-rear direction on the inner surface of the front trunk member 31, and a cylindrical mounting hole 32b through which the mounting shaft 31b passes is formed to project in the front-rear direction on the inner surface of the rear trunk member 32.
The intermediate member 11 is disposed in an opening formed in the shoulder of the trunk member 3 by the concave portions 31a and 32a, and is rotatably connected to the trunk member 3 by a ball joint. The ball joint includes a ball 12c and a housing 11a, the ball 12c is rotatably housed in the housing 12, and in the illustrated example, the ball 12c is provided in the trunk member 3 (in the present embodiment, inside recesses 31a and 32a formed in the shoulder portion of the trunk member 3), and the housing 11a is provided in the intermediate member 11. Further, if the outer shape of the intermediate member 11 is the shape of muscles around the base of the arm and around the shoulder of the human body, the connection from the trunk to the muscles of the upper arm can be naturally exhibited.
In the illustrated example, the upper arm member 5 is also rotatably coupled to the intermediate member 11 by a ball joint including a ball 5a and a housing portion 11 b.
A shaft member 12 having balls 12c is provided on the trunk member 3. The shaft member 12 includes a mounting portion 12a mounted to the mounting shaft 31b and the mounting hole 32b, and a support shaft 12b extending in the left-right direction of the trunk member 3 from the mounting portion 12a, and a ball 12c is provided at a distal end portion of the support shaft 12 b.
A receiving portion 11a for receiving the ball 12c is formed on one side surface of the intermediate member 11, and a receiving portion 11b for receiving the ball 5a is also formed on the other side surface of the intermediate member 11.
Fig. 3 is an assembled perspective view of the shoulder joint structure of fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3, by the connection between the trunk member 3 and the intermediate part 11 by the ball joint, the intermediate part 11 and the upper arm member 5 connected to the intermediate part 11 can be rotated about a Z axis extending in the vertical direction of the trunk member 3 by the ball 12c, and can also be rotated about two axes (X axis and Y axis) perpendicular to the Z axis. Thus, the range of rotation of the upper arm member 5 can be expanded.
Figure 4 is an assembled top cross-sectional view of the shoulder joint structure of figure 2.
As shown in fig. 4, a ball 12c of the ball joint connecting the trunk member 3 and the intermediate member 11 is provided at a position f forward of a widthwise center line c of the trunk member 3 passing through the center of the neck portion 3a to which the head member 2 is connected in the front-rear direction of the trunk member 3.
By providing the ball 12c of the ball joint connecting the trunk member 3 and the intermediate member 11 at a position in front of the trunk member 3, the range of rotation of the upper arm member 5 can be displaced forward, and thus, for example, the movement of a person holding the arms can be simulated.
Further, since the ball 12c of the ball joint connecting the trunk member 3 and the intermediate member 11 is provided in the trunk member 3 and the housing 11a for housing the ball 12c is provided in the intermediate member 11, interference between the intermediate member 11 and the trunk member 3 can be avoided as compared with a case where a ball is provided in the intermediate member 11 and a housing for housing a ball is provided in the trunk member 3. Therefore, the range of rotation of the intermediate member 11, and hence the upper arm member 5, can be expanded. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the ball joint including the housing portion 11a and the ball 12c is provided on the side surface of the intermediate member 11, the intermediate member 11 and the trunk member 3 (specifically, the peripheral edge of the opening formed in the shoulder portion) are configured to avoid interference with each other more easily. Further, interference can be further avoided by providing the ball 12c at the tip end of the support shaft 12b extending in the left-right direction of the shaft member 12. With the combination of these configurations, even if the gap between the outer surface of the middle part 11 and the peripheral edge of the opening formed in the shoulder portion of the trunk member 3 is reduced, the movable range of the middle part 11 and the upper arm member 5 with respect to the trunk member 3 until the middle part 11 or the upper arm member 5 interferes with the trunk member 3 (specifically, the peripheral edge of the opening formed in the shoulder portion) can be formed to be large, and therefore, the gap between the outer surface of the middle part 11 and the peripheral edge of the opening formed in the shoulder portion of the trunk member 3 can be small, and the shoulder joint structure having a good appearance and a large movable range can be obtained.
It is to be understood that the embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative and not restrictive in all respects. The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims, not by the above description, and is intended to include all modifications equivalent to the claims and within the scope of the claims.
