Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
(embodiment 1)
Fig. 1 is a front view showing a mask 1 of the present invention. Mask 1 has main body 10 and fixing part 40. The body portion 10 is in the form of a sheet covering only the eyes, nose and mouth, or only the mouth of the wearer. Fig. 1 shows an outer surface of the main body 10, that is, a surface opposite to a surface (inner surface) facing the face of the wearer. The main body 10 is made of a material having air permeability. As the material, for example, nonwoven fabric or paper can be used.
The body 10 is formed with a plurality of cutting lines 22, 24. Specifically, 2 cutting lines 22 and 1 cutting line 24 are formed. These cutting lines 22, 24 are used to cut a part of the body 10. The cutting lines 22, 24 are formed so that the wearer can easily cut the main body 10 along the cutting lines 22, 24. The cutting lines 22 and 24 are, for example, dotted lines in the shape of a pinhole. Each of the cutting lines 22 and 24 has a closed shape (rectangular shape in the present embodiment). Examples of closed shapes are, in addition to rectangles, circles, stars or hearts.
As shown in fig. 2, the body 10 is cut along cutting lines 22 and 24 to form a plurality of openings 12 and 14 in the body 10. Specifically, 2 openings 12 (1 st opening) corresponding to 2 cutting lines 22 and 1 opening 14 (2 nd opening) corresponding to 1 cutting line 24 are formed. At this time, at least a part of the mouth of the wearer is covered with the body 10 except for the openings 12 and 14. In fig. 2, the portion surrounded by the one-dot chain line L1 is a portion that substantially overlaps with the mouth of the wearer. Thus, even in the state where the openings 12 and 14 are formed, the entire mouth of the wearer is not exposed.
The opening 12 is located substantially at a portion overlapping with the left and right regions of the mouth of the wearer. The opening 14 is located approximately at a portion overlapping with a region between the nose and mouth of the wearer. In the present embodiment, the cutting lines 22 and 24 are rectangular in shape, and accordingly, the openings 12 and 14 are also rectangular in shape. However, the opening 14 is smaller than the opening 12.
Returning to fig. 1, the linear members 32, 34, 36, 38 are fixed to the main body 10. These linear members 32, 34, 36, and 38 have plasticity for maintaining the shape of the main body 10 in a state where the main body 10 is separated from the face of the wearer. As the material of the linear members 32, 34, 36, 38, for example, metal or resin can be used.
The linear member 32 (1 st linear member) extends along the upper end of the main body 10. The linear member 34 (2 nd linear member) extends along the lower end of the main body 10. The linear member 36 (the 3 rd linear member) extends along the left end of the main body 10. The linear member 38 (4 th linear member) extends along the right end of the body 10. For example, the vicinity of the upper end of the body 10 may be formed into a bag shape, and the linear member 32 may be accommodated therein. The same applies to the linear members 34, 36, 38.
A fixing portion 40 for fixing the main body portion 10 to the face of the wearer is attached to the main body portion 10. In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 40 is a string-like member that is hooked on the ear of the wearer. For example, a rubber cord can be used as the fixing portion 40.
The effect of the mask 1 will be described. In the mask 1, the body 10 covers the mouth of the wearer, so that the throat can be prevented from drying. The body 10 is formed with cutting lines 22, 24, and the body 10 is partially cut along the cutting lines 22, 24 to form the openings 12, 14 in the body 10. Therefore, the wearer can form the openings 12 and 14 in the body 10 by cutting the body 10 along the cutting lines 22 and 24. The openings 12 and 14 serve as paths for exhalation and inhalation. This makes it possible to avoid breathing difficulty for the wearer to breathe easily. Therefore, the mask 1 capable of eliminating the difficulty in breathing and preventing the dryness of the throat is realized.
With this configuration, the mask 1 can be used in two ways, i.e., before the mask is cut along the cutting lines 22 and 24 (in a state where the openings 12 and 14 are not formed) and after the mask is cut along the cutting lines 22 and 24 (in a state where the openings 12 and 14 are formed). This dramatically improves the convenience for the wearer.
For example, the wearer can use the mask 1 in a state where the openings 12 and 14 are not formed during getting up, and can use the mask 1 in a state where the openings 12 and 14 are formed during sleeping. That is, the mask can be appropriately worn and removed even if breathing is difficult during getting up, but this is not so during sleeping. Therefore, the mask 1 can be used in a state where the openings 12 and 14 are not formed while taking priority to prevent dryness of the throat during getting up, and the mask 1 can be used in a state where the openings 12 and 14 are formed while giving priority to ease of breathing during sleeping.
Also, the wearer may: the mask 1 is used in a state where the openings 12 and 14 are not formed in order to prevent the throat from being dried preferentially outdoors where the degree of drying of air is relatively large, while the mask 1 is used in a state where the openings 12 and 14 are formed in order to prioritize ease of breathing in a room where the degree of drying of air is relatively small.
Since the mask 1 can be used in two ways, it is suitable for a long time and is very economical.
The cutting lines 22, 24 are closed. Therefore, by cutting the body 10 along the cutting lines 22 and 24, the portion surrounded by the cutting lines 22 and 24 can be cut out from the body 10. This can reliably form the openings 12 and 14 having the same shape as the cutting lines 22 and 24 in the portions.
When the cutting lines 22 and 24 are broken lines in the shape of pinholes, the cutting lines 22 and 24 for cutting a part of the body 10 by the wearer can be realized with a simple configuration.
The body 10 is formed with a plurality of cutting lines 22, 24, and the body 10 can be cut along these cutting lines 22, 24 to form a plurality of openings 12, 14. Therefore, the wearer can adjust the balance between preventing dryness of the throat and ease of breathing by changing the number of the openings 12 and 14 formed. However, only 1 closed cutting line may be formed in the body 10.
The openings 12 and 14 having different sizes are mixed in the opening formed in the main body 10. Therefore, the wearer can adjust the balance between prevention of dryness of the throat and ease of breathing by forming (cutting along) either the opening 12 or the opening 14 (cutting along either the cutting line 22 or the cutting line 24).
The body 10 is configured to cover at least a part of the mouth of the wearer except for the openings 12 and 14. Therefore, even in the state where the openings 12 and 14 are formed, the entire mouth of the wearer is not exposed, and the effect of preventing dryness of the throat is maintained.
The linear members 32, 34, 36, and 38 are provided on the main body 10. Therefore, the shape of the main body 10 can be maintained in a state where the main body 10 is separated from the face of the wearer. This can form an appropriate space between the face of the wearer and the main body 10, and ensure a path for inhalation and exhalation. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the linear members 32, 34, 36, and 38 are provided above, below, on the left, and on the right of the main body 10, the degree of freedom in setting the shape of the main body 10 is high, and it is easy to ensure the inhalation and exhalation paths.
(embodiment 2)
Fig. 3 is a front view showing the mask of embodiment 2 of the present invention. Mask 2 has main body 10 and fixing part 40. The body 10 is formed with a cutting line 28. The cutting line 28 cuts a part of the body 10. The cutting line 28 is formed so that the wearer can easily cut the main body portion 10 along the cutting line 28. The cutting line 28 is, for example, a pinhole-like broken line. The cutting line 28 is linear and extends in the left-right direction of the main body 10. The length of the cutting line 28 is at least one-half of the length of the body 10 in the lateral direction. In addition, although 1 cutting line 28 is formed in the present embodiment, a plurality of cutting lines 28 may be formed.
As shown in fig. 4, the opening 18 is formed in the body 10 by cutting the body 10 along the cutting line 28. At this time, the opening 18 can be formed more reliably by stretching the body 10 in a direction perpendicular to the cutting line 28 (in the present embodiment, the vertical direction). Even in the state where the opening 18 is formed, at least a part of the mouth of the wearer is covered with the body 10 except the opening 18. In fig. 4, the portion surrounded by the one-dot chain line L1 is substantially a portion overlapping the mouth of the wearer. Thus, the shape of the cutting line of mask 2 is different from that of mask 1. The mask 2 has the same structure as the mask 1.
The effect of the mask 2 will be described. In mask 2, the mouth of the wearer is covered with main body 10, so that the throat can be prevented from drying. A cutting line 28 is formed in the body 10, and a part of the body 10 is cut along the cutting line 28 to form the opening 18 in the body 10. Therefore, the wearer can form the opening 18 in the body 10 by cutting the body 10 along the cutting line 28. The opening 18 serves as a path for exhalation and inhalation. This makes it possible to avoid breathing difficulty for the wearer to breathe easily. Therefore, the mask 2 capable of eliminating the difficulty in breathing and preventing the dryness of the throat is realized.
The cutting line 28 is linear. Since the shape of the cut line 28 is simple in this way, the wearer can easily form the opening 18 as compared with the case where the shape of the cut line is complicated.
The cutting line 28 extends in the left-right direction of the body 10. Since the body portion 10 has a laterally long shape, it is easier to secure a space by extending the cutting line 28 in the left-right direction than in the up-down direction, and the degree of freedom in design is improved. However, the direction in which the cutting line 28 extends is arbitrary, and may be in the vertical direction or the oblique direction.
The length of the cutting line 28 is at least one-half of the length of the body 10 in the lateral direction. Since the long cutting lines 28 are provided in this manner, the wearer can form the relatively large opening 18, and thus the ease of breathing can be improved. Further, the size of the opening 18 may be appropriately set by cutting only a part of the cutting line 28, thereby adjusting the balance between prevention of throat dryness and ease of breathing. However, the length of the cutting line 28 may be less than half of the length of the body 10 in the lateral direction. Other effects of the mask 2 are the same as those described with respect to the mask 1.
(embodiment 3)
Fig. 5 is a rear view showing the mask of embodiment 3 of the present invention. The mask 3 has a moisturizing member 52 having a moisturizing function in addition to the main body 10 and the fixing portion 40. In the present embodiment, 2 moisturizing members 52 are provided. The moisturizing member 52 is provided on the main body 10 so as to be attachable and detachable (detachable). The moisturizing member 52 is in the form of a sheet smaller than the main body 10, and can be attached to the main body 10. Specifically, the moisturizing member 52 is coated with an adhesive on one surface thereof, and may be attached to the main body 10 or detached from the main body 10.
The moisturizing member 52 can be attached to any position of the main body 10. The moisturizing member 52 may be attached to the outer surface of the main body 10 or may be attached to the inner surface. Fig. 5 shows an example in which 2 moisture retention members 52 are attached to a center line L2 that divides the left and right of the main body 10. In the figure, the surface of the inside of the main body 10 is shown, and the moisturizing member 52 is attached to the surface. The moisturizing member 52 on the upper side in the figure is located approximately at a portion overlapping with the mouth of the wearer. The lower moisturizing member 52 is located substantially at a portion overlapping with a region below the mouth of the wearer.
As the moisture retaining member 52, for example, a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a liquid containing a moisture retaining component can be used. Examples of the moisture-retaining component include collagen, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin.
The moisturizing member 52 may contain a fragrance component and/or an antibacterial component together with the moisturizing component. Examples of the aromatic component include components that emit the fragrance of eucalyptus, rosemary, and other herbs. Examples of the antibacterial component include catechin and other tannins. As the tannin, a substance contained in tea or coffee can be used. The mask 3 has the same structure as the mask 1.
The effect of the mask 3 will be described. The mask 3 is provided with a moisturizing member 52. Therefore, the dryness of the throat can be more effectively prevented. Also, the moisturizing member 52 is provided to be attachable and detachable. This allows mask 3 to be used in a state where it is detached with moisturizing member 52 attached, thereby improving the convenience for the wearer. For example, the wearer can use the mask 3 by removing the moisturizing member 52 before cutting along the cutting lines 22 and 24, while can use the mask 3 by attaching the moisturizing member 52 after cutting along the cutting lines 22 and 24.
Further, since the moisturizing member 52 can be attached to the main body 10, it can be easily attached to and detached from the main body 10. Further, since the moisturizing member 52 can be attached to any position of the main body 10, the wearer can adjust the degree of moisturizing by changing the position of the moisturizing member 52 attached to the main body 10.
The moisturizing member 52 is provided in plurality. Therefore, the wearer can adjust the degree of moisture retention by changing the number of the moisture retention members 52 attached to the main body portion 10. However, only 1 moisturizing member 52 may be provided.
When the moisture retaining member 52 contains an aromatic component, the component is inhaled into the nostrils during breathing, so that the mask 3 can be used more comfortably by the wearer. When the moisture retaining member 52 contains an antibacterial component, the proliferation of bacteria in the air intake or the air exhaust can be suppressed, and therefore the wearer can use the mask 3 more hygienically. The other effects of the mask 3 are the same as those described with respect to the mask 1.
In addition, although the mask 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2 is provided with the moisturizing member 52 in the present embodiment, it is needless to say that the mask 2 shown in fig. 3 and 4 may be provided with the moisturizing member 52.
(embodiment 4)
Fig. 6 is a rear view showing the mask of embodiment 4 of the present invention. The mask 4 has a moisturizing member 54 having a moisturizing function in addition to the main body 10 and the fixing portion 40. In the present embodiment, 2 moisturizing members 54 are provided. The moisturizing member 54 is provided on the main body 10 so as to be attachable and detachable. Specifically, the main body 10 of the present embodiment includes the pouch 16, and the moisturizing member 54 is housed in the pouch 16 so as to be freely inserted and removed. The moisturizing member 54 has a sheet shape smaller than the main body 10. As the moisture retaining member 54, a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a liquid containing a moisture retaining component may be used as in the case of the moisture retaining member 52. The moisturizing member 54 can also include a fragrance component and/or an antimicrobial component, as can the moisturizing member 52.
The bag 16 can be provided at any position of the body 10. The pocket 16 may be provided on the outer surface of the body 10 or on the inner surface. Fig. 6 shows an example in which 2 pockets 16 are provided on a center line L2 that divides the left and right of the main body 10. In this figure, the inner surface of the body 10 is shown, on which the pocket 16 is provided. The upper pouch 16 in the figure is located approximately at a portion overlapping the mouth of the wearer. The lower pouch 16 is located substantially at a portion overlapping with a region below the mouth of the wearer.
As a material of the bag 16, for example, nonwoven fabric can be used. The left and right ends and the lower end of the bag 16 are bonded to the body 10, while the upper end is not bonded to the body 10. Therefore, the bag 16 adopts a configuration capable of taking in and out the moisturizing member 54 from the upper end thereof. The mask 4 has the same structure as the mask 1.
The effect of the mask 4 will be described. The mask 4 is provided with a moisturizing member 54. Therefore, the dryness of the throat can be more effectively prevented. Further, the moisturizing member 54 is provided to be attachable and detachable. Accordingly, since the mask 4 can be used in a state where the moisturizing member 54 is attached and in a state where the moisturizing member 54 is detached, the convenience of the wearer is improved. For example, the wearer can use the mask 4 by removing the moisturizing member 54 before cutting along the cutting lines 22 and 24, while can use the mask 4 by attaching the moisturizing member 54 after cutting along the cutting lines 22 and 24.
The main body 10 has a pocket 16 that houses the moisturizing member 54. Therefore, the installation and removal of the moisturizing member 54 can be easily performed. In addition, in the present embodiment, a plurality of pockets 16 are provided. Therefore, the wearer can adjust the degree of moisture retention by changing the number or position of the moisture retention members 54 attached to the main body 10. However, only 1 bag 16 may be provided. The other effects of mask 4 are the same as those described with respect to mask 1 and mask 3.
In addition, in the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the bag 16 and the moisturizing member 54 are provided in the mask 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2, but it is needless to say that the bag 16 and the moisturizing member 54 may be provided in the mask 2 shown in fig. 3 and 4.
The mask of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications may be made. For example, in the above embodiment, the main body 10 may be provided with wrinkles. In this case, the cutting line may be provided outside or inside the wrinkle. Here, the outside and the inside of the wrinkle respectively refer to a portion that can be observed from the front and a portion that cannot be observed in a state where the wrinkle is not expanded.
In the above embodiment, the example in which 4 linear members 32, 34, 36, and 38 are provided is shown. However, a structure in which only a part of these linear members is provided may be employed. For example, a structure in which only the linear members 32 and 34 are provided, or a structure in which only the linear members 36 and 38 are provided, may be considered. Further, the linear members 32, 34, 36, and 38 may be omitted.
