Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a living appliance.
Background
In prior designs, utensils such as spoons, chopsticks, forks, etc. are used to put food into the mouth. If the temperature of the food is too high, the food is easily scalded. Especially, if the temperature of food is high, the oral mucosa of infants is easily damaged. People adopt thermochromic materials to design thermochromic tools such as a color-changing spoon. When the food contact end of the spoon senses that the temperature exceeds a certain value, the color of the spoon changes into another color to prompt a user. US6865815 further proposes that for a plurality of spoons with different colors, for easy identification, the spoons will turn to the same color, such as white, as a warning color when exposed to high temperature, but the technical solution of US6865815 still has a problem in practical use, because the color-changeable portion of the spoon is integrated, and will turn to white when exposed to high temperature, that is, the user may still confuse whether the spoon itself is white or turns to white due to high temperature, because there is no contrast between before and after color change, it is easy to make mistakes, and feeding to infants will cause safety hazards. Meanwhile, the scheme is very strict for selecting the thermochromic material, namely the thermochromic materials with different colors can be expected to be changed into a color such as white after reaching a certain temperature, so that the production of products is difficult, and the color change of the produced finished products and the control of temperature areas are difficult to achieve the same.
On the other hand, since the heat conductivity of the color-changing material in the prior art is slow, the food-contacting area changes color due to high temperature, and the food-contacting area is not changed in color, but the food-contacting area changes color but may be shielded by food, so that the food-contacting area cannot be found. Particularly when pouring hot food into a feeding implement, such as a spoon, the food-contact area is a depression of the spoon. The temperature of the concave part is highest, so that the color-changing material at the concave part can change color, but the color-changing material cannot be perceived because the color-changing material is shielded by food. Other areas, which are not in contact with food, may not be discolored either because of the greater heat loss during transfer, or because of the longer time required to transfer heat to other areas. In this case, the temperature of the food is high but the food is mistakenly judged to be not high, so that the infant can be scalded when the infant is fed with the food, and the safety problem is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a novel daily utensil design which can at least partially solve the problems in the prior art so as to enhance the feeding safety of infants.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a kind of life apparatus, include the first end, first reference information part and temperature change point out the part;
the first end is provided with a temperature sensing part;
when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing part is lower than a first set value, the temperature change indicating part presents first information;
when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing part exceeds a first set value, the temperature change indicating part presents second information;
the first reference information component presents the first information;
the first information is different from the second information.
According to the scheme of the invention, due to the existence of the first reference information component, when the information displayed by the temperature change indicating component changes, a user can very conveniently judge the actual condition of the temperature accurately by comparing the information of the first reference information component, thereby avoiding the potential safety hazard caused by misjudgment, improving the safety of the life appliance, and being particularly important for infants and other people with self-care ability problems.
It is a preferred solution that the temperature change indicating means is provided with a thermochromic material; the thermochromic material enables the first information presented by the temperature change indicating component to be in a first color and the second information presented to be in a second color. According to the scheme, the first reference information component can be a coating presenting a first color, or the color of the first reference information component is the first color, so that the life appliance with better safety can be designed very conveniently.
When a thermochromic material is used as the temperature change indicating member, it is preferable that the temperature sensing member and the temperature change indicating member are the same member. The temperature change indicating component made of the thermochromic material directly contacts with an object to be temperature sensed, such as food, and after the temperature exceeds a certain temperature, the thermochromic material color change indicating temperature exceeds a first set value. In order to avoid that the temperature change indicating member is covered by the food and thus the color change cannot be perceived, the area of the temperature change indicating member is slightly larger than the area covered by the food. In order to reduce the problems of heat transfer delay of the thermochromic material itself and heat loss during heat transfer, the thermochromic material in the extended portion outside the covered area of the food covers only a small local area, e.g. only one or several linear areas with thermochromic material. Since the area that needs to be discolored by heat is reduced, the temperature of the extension portion is more quickly consistent with the temperature of the food covering area, and the discoloring effect is better.
When a thermochromic material is used as the temperature change indicating member, it is preferable that the temperature sensing member is connected to the temperature change indicating member through a heat conductive member. Because the scheme adopts the heat transfer to the part for heat transfer, the heat transfer effect is better than that of the thermochromic material, the heat of the temperature sensing part can be transferred to the thermochromic material more quickly, and the heat transfer loss is less, so that the temperature sensed by the thermochromic material is close to the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing part.
It is further preferable that the temperature change indicating member is covered at least in a part of the surface area of the heat conducting member or that the surface of the temperature change indicating member is completely covered in the surface area of the heat conducting member.
It is further preferable that a concave surface is provided on at least a part of the surface area of the heat conduction member, and the temperature change indicating member is covered on at least a part of the surface area of the concave surface or the surface of the temperature change indicating member is completely covered in the surface area of the concave surface. Obviously, the concave surface not only increases the heat receiving area, but also can gather the heat through the design of the concave surface, and can change the color on the temperature indicating component more quickly.
It is further preferable that a convex surface is provided on at least a part of the surface area of the heat conductive member, and the temperature change indicating member is covered on at least a part of the surface area of the convex surface or the surface of the temperature change indicating member is completely covered in the surface area of the convex surface. It is apparent that the convex surface increases the heat receiving area and the color change on the temperature indicating member can be made faster.
Further preferably, the temperature change indicating member covers at least a part of a surface area of the temperature sensing member or the temperature change indicating member completely covers the surface area of the temperature sensing member.
Further preferably, a surface area of the temperature change indicating member is smaller than a surface area of the temperature sensing member.
Preferably said domestic appliance further comprises a second end, said first reference information means being disposed on said second end.
Preferably, the temperature sensing means includes an electronic temperature sensor, and the temperature change indicating means includes an electronic display means.
Further preferably, the temperature change indicating member further includes an electronic sound emitting member.
Due to the fact that the first reference information component is adopted, when the information displayed by the temperature change indicating component changes, a user can conveniently and accurately judge the actual condition of the temperature by comparing the information of the first reference information component, potential safety hazards caused by misjudgment are avoided, safety of the life appliance is improved, and the life appliance is particularly important for infants and other people with problems in self-care ability. And because the existence of the reference information part, the selection range of the thermochromic material is wider, and after the color change of the thermochromic material can be changed from one color to any one color, a user can accurately sense whether the temperature exceeds a specific temperature, so that the thermochromic material is easier to produce, and the quality of a product is easier to control.

Detailed Description
The design scheme of the daily utensil can be applied to various daily utensils, such as spoons, forks, chopsticks, straws, milk bottles, water cups and the like. When people need to sense the temperature of the used living appliance to avoid scalding or other safety problems, such as the situation that the living appliance cannot be stably held due to the fact that the hand feels overheated, the technical scheme of the invention can be adopted to design the safe living appliance with effective temperature sensing and indication. The following embodiments are described by taking a spoon and chopsticks as examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a first preferred embodiment of the daily utensil according to the present invention is schematically shown as a spoon comprising a spoon handle 101 and a spoon receptacle end 104, wherein a thermochromic material layer 102 serving as both a temperature sensing member and a temperature change indicating member is provided at the spoon receptacle end 104, and a reference information member 103 is provided on the spoon handle 101. The reference information part 103 displays a color identical to that of the thermochromic material layer 102 at normal temperature. When the temperature on the thermochromic material layer 102 exceeds a certain value, for example, 40 degrees, the color of the thermochromic material layer 102 changes, and after the change, the color is different from the color presented by the reference information component 103, so that the user does not make an erroneous judgment. In order to prevent the thermochromic material layer 102 from being unable to detect a change in color due to being covered with food or the like, the thermochromic material layer 102 may be disposed adjacent to the spoon handle 101, and a heat transfer member may be disposed at the spoon receptacle end 104 to transfer heat to the thermochromic material layer 102. One implementation of the heat transfer member is that the concave surface of the spoon container end 104 is a metal layer extending to an upper layer or a lower layer of the thermochromic material layer 102, so that heat is easily transferred to the thermochromic material layer 102. Alternatively, the thermochromic material layer 102 is still disposed at the ladle container end 104, but the thermochromic material layer 102 extends outwardly with one or more lines that exceed the recessed surface of the ladle container end 104, so that the user can readily know that the temperature has exceeded a certain temperature by a change in color in the extended lines. By contrast with the color displayed by the reference information part 103, erroneous judgment is avoided, and safety is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, a second preferred embodiment of the sanitary appliance according to the present invention is a pair of chopsticks comprising a chopstick holding end 201 and a chopstick holding end 204, wherein a thermochromic material layer 202 serving as both a temperature sensing member and a temperature change indicating member is provided at the chopstick holding end 204, and a reference information member 203 is provided on the spoon chopstick holding end 201. The reference information part 203 displays a color identical to that of the thermochromic material layer 202 at normal temperature. When the temperature of the thermochromic material layer 202 exceeds a certain value, for example, 40 degrees, the color of the thermochromic material layer 202 changes, and the color of the thermochromic material layer changes to be different from the color of the reference information part 203, so that the user does not make an erroneous judgment. In order to avoid that the thermochromic material layer 202 is covered by food or the like and thus the color change is not perceived, the thermochromic material layer 202 may be arranged close to the chopstick holding end 201, and a heat transfer member may be arranged at the chopstick holding end 204 to transfer heat to the thermochromic material layer 202. One implementation of the heat transfer member is that the surface of the chopstick holding end 204 is a metal layer that extends to the upper or lower layer of the thermochromic material layer 202 to facilitate the transfer of heat to the thermochromic material layer 202. Alternatively, the layer of thermochromic material 102 is still disposed at the chopstick holding end 204, but the layer of thermochromic material 202 extends outwardly with one or more lines that exceed the length of the chopstick holding end 204, such that the user can easily know that the temperature has exceeded a certain temperature by a change in color in the extended lines. By contrast with the color displayed by the reference information section 203, erroneous judgment is prevented and safety is improved.
The present application is described in terms of several specific embodiments, and various modifications and equivalent arrangements can be made without departing from the scope of the present application. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the invention without departing from its scope. Therefore, it is intended that the present application not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the present application includes all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
