Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method of printing a decorated printed matter and a printed matter.
Background
As a method of decorating a printed matter, there is a method of forming a three-dimensional pattern surface on the surface of the printed matter to such an extent that unevenness can be perceived from the appearance and touch, and attaching a metal foil to the convex portion thereof. As such a method, a decoration method described in patent document 1 is known. In this decorating method, a varnish (varnish) layer is formed on a printed board, and after embossing (thermal printing) of a pattern by screen printing using an ink having good adhesion to the varnish layer, a metal foil is provided only on the pattern portion.

Disclosure of Invention
The value of the printed matter is improved by decorating the convex part of the printed matter formed with the concave-convex part with a metal foil. However, in order to produce such a printed matter, there is a problem that after printing a paperboard as a substrate, a plurality of steps of printing a varnish layer having a peeling action, printing a raised portion, and pressing a metal foil layer are required.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a decorative printed matter produced in a small number of steps.
In order to solve the above problem, a printed matter of the present invention includes:
a sheet or paperboard;
a printing layer printed on the surface of the sheet or the paperboard by using an ink containing a release agent;
a pattern formed on a surface of the printing layer using ink or resin adhered to the printing layer; and
and a metal foil which is not adhered to the printed layer and is provided only on the surface of the pattern by means of an adhesive having a property of adhering to the pattern formed of the ink or the resin.
In addition, the surface of the sheet or the paperboard can be coated with a medium containing a release agent.
In addition, a hologram negative film may be attached to the sheet or the cardboard.
Effects of the invention
According to the printed matter of the present invention, it is possible to provide a printed matter in which a metal foil is formed three-dimensionally with a small number of steps.

Detailed Description
The following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is an explanatory view showing a printing surface of a card 1 formed by the present invention.
Fig. 2 shows a printing plate a for forming a pattern (a printed layer 3 containing a peeling agent) provided on the surface of a card 1, and a printing plate B for forming a decoration (a convex layer 5 and a metal foil 6 constituting a pattern) laminated on the printed layer 3 containing a peeling agent formed by the printing plate a. The present invention can obtain a printed matter having a characteristic decorative effect by the printing plate a, the printing plate B, and the steps described later.
A method of decorating a printed matter, a structure of the printed matter, and the like using the printing plate a and the printing plate B will be described below with reference to fig. 3A.
First, a coating film of a medium (a release varnish) containing a release agent is formed on the entire surface of the cardboard 2 (in a sheet state in a printing stage, and in a subsequent step, the cardboard is die-cut into a card shape) by using a lithographic printing machine.
The coating film formed by the release varnish has a release effect on an adhesive used for bonding the metal foil 6 described later. The coating film will be described as the release layer 4.
Before the varnish-removed coating film is formed on the paper sheet 2, decoration such as attaching a hologram negative film that scatters light and displays a pattern or design may be performed.
After the release layer 4 is formed, the pattern displayed on the printing plate a is printed using a printer. The printing press used a typical 4-color lithographic press. The printing plate a is data that can be processed by a lithographic printing machine, and can perform printing by 4-color printing such as CMYK or multi-color printing of 4 colors or more. When the printing ink contains a release agent, the printed layer has a release function with respect to an adhesive used for bonding the metal foil 6 described later. The following description will be given with the printing layer 3 containing a peeling agent.
Further, as shown in fig. 3B, when the pattern displayed on the printing plate a is a full-surface printing, the printing layer 3 containing the release agent may be directly formed without providing the release layer 4.
After the above-described print layer 3 containing a release agent is formed, a pattern as the convex layer 5 is printed by screen printing using the printing plate B and using an ink having good adhesion to the print layer 3 containing a release agent. The convex layer 5 may be colored or colorless depending on a printed pattern or the like. The convex layer 5 may be formed by printing or coating a resin having the same effect.
After the above process, the metal foil 6 is pressed on the surface of the cardboard 2 provided with the peeling layer 4, the printed layer 3 containing the peeling agent, and the convex layer 5.
An adhesive layer 6b having a property of not adhering to the release layer 4 and the release agent-containing printed layer 3 and adhering to the convex layer 5 provided on the release agent-containing printed layer 3 is thinly applied to the surface of the metal foil 6 to form an adhesive surface.
When the film 6a provided with the metal foil 6 is brought into contact with the surface of the cardboard 2 provided with the release layer 4, the printed layer 3 containing a release agent, and the convex layer 5, and is pressed with a roller or the like and then peeled off, the metal foil 6 is bonded only to the surface of the convex layer 5. At this time, the metal foil 6 is not bonded to the release layer 4 and the release agent-containing printed layer 3 as described above, and the release agent-containing printed layer 3 can be seen directly. As a result, as shown by the pattern formed as the convex layer 5, the metal foil 6 is bonded to form a glossy pattern as a decorative portion for decorating the printed layer 3 containing the release agent.
As described above, the convex layer 5 is formed by screen printing, and a fine pattern can be formed by the metal foil 6.
In particular, the surface of the convex layer 5 has a higher pressing stress than the lower portion of the metal foil 6 except for the convex layer 5. Therefore, the metal foil 6 attached to the surface of the convex layer 5 forms a pattern having a sharp contour.
