Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of terminal technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for acquiring group information, and an interaction system.
Background
In the related art, the mobile group office platform is more and more widely applied to the office processes of various groups such as enterprises, education institutions and government offices, and not only can the communication efficiency between users be improved and the communication cost be reduced, but also the event processing efficiency and the office efficiency of the users can be effectively improved.
However, the mobile community office platform in the related art focuses on event management inside the community, and for information interaction between communities, communication and interaction can be performed through the mobile community office platform only by means of pre-association relations between communities, such as between communities with mutual knowledge and business relation establishment.
Therefore, for the groups which have not established business relationship, even under the condition that the groups are not known to each other, the mobile group office platform in the related art obviously cannot meet the information interaction requirements between the groups, and information blockage and communication are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present application provides a method and an apparatus for acquiring group information, and an interaction system, which can implement access and processing of events outside a group based on the connection and intercommunication between a mobile group office platform and a group information platform while implementing processing of events inside the group on the mobile group office platform, thereby implementing more convenient information interaction between the inside and the outside of the same group and between different groups.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application provides the following technical solutions:
according to a first aspect of the present application, a community information interaction system is provided, including:
the system comprises a server, a group information platform and a service end, wherein the server runs a server side of instant messaging application and is used for maintaining the group information platform;
at least one first-class terminal, wherein the first-class terminal belongs to a first group; the first type terminal runs a client of the instant messaging application, and a registered account of a group member in the first group at the instant messaging application is logged in the client running on the first type terminal; the first type terminal uploads the group information of the first group to the server according to the information uploading operation aiming at the group information platform detected on the interface of the running client, so as to instruct the server to record the group information of the first group on the group information platform;

According to a second aspect of the present application, a method for acquiring community information is provided, including:
detecting a trigger operation aiming at a group information platform in a client interface of an instant messaging application;
sending a page acquisition request aiming at the community information platform to a server of the instant messaging application;
showing a functional page of the community information platform according to page data returned by the server; the function page is used for carrying out centralized display of the community information on the registered community of the instant messaging application.
According to a third aspect of the present application, a method for acquiring community information is provided, including:
the method comprises the steps that a server side of the instant messaging application receives an approval request, and the approval request is initiated to other registered groups by group members of any registered group on the instant messaging application;
the server side generates approval statistical data aiming at least one registered group according to an approval request aiming at least one registered group;
when receiving a page acquisition request sent by a client of the instant messaging application, the server returns page data of a functional page of a group information platform to the client, so that the client displays the approval statistical data on the functional page, wherein the functional page is used for performing centralized display of group information on a registered group of the instant messaging application.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for obtaining community information based on a client side according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. It can be understood that: the group information platform is used for collectively displaying the group information of all registered groups of the enterprise WeChat, and when the registered groups of the enterprise type are focused, the group information platform is equivalent to collectively displaying the enterprise information of all registered enterprises of the enterprise WeChat, so that the enterprise square is formed.
After the above-mentioned triggering operation of the triggering entry of the group information platform by the enterprise member a, the enterprise WeChat client may first show a personal management page as shown in FIG. 5, the personal management page comprises a tag page of 'i concern' and a page entrance for showing the enterprise homepage of the concerned enterprise of the enterprise member A, for example, when the enterprise member a is interested in enterprise BB, the page entries for the enterprise BB are shown in figure 5, and the tab page concerned by me can further show the recommendation information of the enterprise homepages of other enterprises such as the 'Ali baba', 'Baidu', 'Tencent' and the like, these recommended businesses may be the highest-filled, highest-approved or other types of businesses (which are not limited in this application), in order to direct enterprise member a to browse and focus on the enterprise home pages of these recommended enterprises.
When the triggering operation of "see to square" shown in fig. 5 by the enterprise member a is detected, the enterprise wechat client may send a page acquisition request to the enterprise wechat server running on the server 31, and according to the page data returned by the server, show an enterprise square page (i.e., a functional page of the group information platform) shown in fig. 6, so as to perform centralized display of the group information on the registered group in the enterprise wechat. Of course, the personal management page shown in FIG. 5 is not required, and the enterprise WeChat client may directly show the enterprise plaza page shown in FIG. 6 when enterprise Member A triggers a trigger portal of the community information platform of any of FIGS. 4A-4C.
In the enterprise square page, the group information of the registered groups of the enterprise WeChat is displayed, so that the enterprise member A can view the group information of the registered groups by browsing the enterprise square page without knowing any information of the registered groups in advance, and determine whether to communicate, cooperate and the like with the registered groups. Of course, although the enterprise plaza page may display the group information of all the registered groups for enterprise member a to traverse, when the number of the registered groups is large, the problem of low efficiency may be caused. Therefore, in order to improve the browsing efficiency of the enterprise member a and reduce or avoid browsing irrelevant group information, the application provides a further improvement of the scheme:
the service end of the enterprise wechat can classify the registered groups in advance in a preset dimension, and send the page data containing the classification result to the enterprise wechat client on the mobile phone 33, and the enterprise wechat client can classify the group information of the registered groups based on the classification result and display the group information in an enterprise plaza page such as that shown in fig. 6.
In one embodiment, the predetermined dimensions may include industries to which the groups belong, such as the internet, real estate, manufacturing, retail, etc., so that the corporate WeChat client may show category icons respectively corresponding to the internet, real estate, manufacturing, retail, etc., industries in a corporate square page as shown in FIG. 6, and when any category icon is triggered, show all registered groups under the corresponding category. For example, when a member a wishes to entrust an internet enterprise to perform database establishment, the member a can browse and view the group information of the registered group of the internet industry as shown in fig. 7 by triggering the "internet" icon shown in fig. 6, without browsing categories such as "real estate", thereby improving the efficiency of acquiring the group information.
In another embodiment, the preset dimension may include the attention degree, for example, the enterprise wechat server may set a range interval of several attention degrees, and group the registered groups according to the attention degree corresponding to each registered group, so that the enterprise wechat client may show "the most attention enterprises" in the enterprise square page as shown in fig. 6, that is, the registered groups in the range interval with the highest attention degree, and may be ranked and displayed from high to low according to the attention degree. Similarly, it may also be shown that "the most browsed enterprise" is shown as shown in fig. 6, that is, when the preset dimension includes the browsed times, after the enterprise wechat server groups the registered communities according to the set range intervals of the several browsing times, the enterprise wechat client shows the registered communities in the range interval with the most browsed times. Of course, the method may also include "hot enterprise" shown in fig. 6, which is obtained by dividing the enterprise wechat service end according to other dimensions, and details are not described here.
In yet another embodiment, the preset dimensions may include some temporary custom dimensions, such as for the XX material purchasing event, an "XX purchasing" dimension may be established by the enterprise wechat server, the registered group related to the "XX purchasing" is concentrated on the "XX purchasing theme", that is, the registered group is classified into two categories of "related to the XX purchasing" and "unrelated to the XX purchasing", and the group information of the registered group related to the "XX purchasing" is centrally displayed in the "XX purchasing theme" page as shown in fig. 8 by the enterprise wechat client. Similarly, the enterprise square page may also show other "fields" or "topics" such as "XX field", "XX manufacturing … …", etc. shown in fig. 6, which are not further described herein.
In addition, the enterprise wechat server can classify the registered groups through any other dimension, such as group categories (e.g., enterprises, schools, hospitals, government offices, police departments, etc.), regions where the groups are located (e.g., provinces, counties, etc.), group credit investigation conditions (e.g., group classification of the registered groups according to the score range where credit investigation scores are located; wherein credit investigation data of each group can be generated by the platform of enterprise wechat or provided by a related third party credit investigation platform).
Of course, for each preset dimension, the enterprise wechat server may classify the registered group according to a single preset dimension, and may perform more detailed classification processing through a plurality of preset dimensions at the same time. For example, after classifying according to the "industry to which the group belongs", it is assumed that the enterprise member a selects the "internet" category and transfers to the page shown in fig. 7, and the page may include a "region" option, so that the enterprise member a may select one or more preset regions (such as country, province, or county, etc.) by triggering the "region" option, so as to screen and display the registered groups that satisfy both the "internet" category and the selected region, which is equivalent to classifying the registered groups through both the "industry to which the group belongs" and the "geographical location where the group is located".
In the pages shown in fig. 6-8, the group information of each group can be outlined separately. For example, taking "enterprise AA" as an example, the group information schematically shown may include an icon, a name, a main service, a product, etc. of the enterprise AA, and tag information configured for the enterprise AA by the enterprise wechat, such as "high-level authentication" indicating that the authentication level of the enterprise AA on the enterprise wechat is "high level" (the authentication level is positively correlated with the detailed level of the registered information of the corresponding group on the mobile group office platform of the enterprise wechat), "V5 level" indicating that the authentication level of the enterprise AA is the fifth level in "high level," and "credit 90 score" indicating the credit score of the enterprise AA. Of course, the group information displayed by the probability may include only a part of the above contents, or may include more other contents, which is not limited in the present application.
When enterprise member a triggers the summary community information for any community in fig. 6-8 or other pages, the enterprise WeChat client can present the community information for any community in detail. For example, when the enterprise AA or the probabilistic community information corresponding to the enterprise AA is triggered, an enterprise homepage as shown in fig. 9 may be shown, and the detailed community information of the enterprise AA is shown in the enterprise homepage (i.e., the detailed community information of the enterprise AA is shown). Regardless of the relationship between the enterprise member a and the enterprise AA, for example, the enterprise member a belongs to the enterprise AA, or the enterprise member a does not belong to the enterprise AA, the enterprise member a may find the enterprise AA or the corresponding probabilistic community information thereof through the enterprise square, and trigger to display the enterprise homepage as shown in fig. 9. Furthermore, when enterprise member A does not belong to enterprise AA, enterprise AA may be added as the enterprise of interest for enterprise member A by triggering the "follow" option at the bottom left of the enterprise's home page as shown in FIG. 9, and a page entry corresponding to the enterprise home page for enterprise AA may be shown in the personal management page as shown in FIG. 5; when the enterprise member a belongs to the enterprise AA, the enterprise member a may select to open a "my enterprise" tab page in the personal management page, the content of the tab page is as shown in fig. 10, for example, when the enterprise member a belongs to both the enterprise AA and the enterprise AB, page entries of enterprise homepages corresponding to the enterprise AA and the enterprise AB respectively may be shown in the tab page, and when it is detected that the enterprise member a triggers the "enterprise AA" shown in fig. 10, the tab page may be directly switched to the enterprise homepage of the enterprise AA such as shown in fig. 9.
Of course, not all of the community information for registered communities is shown in the enterprise square. Taking enterprise AA as an example, when the administrative member of the enterprise AA (i.e. the enterprise member with administrative authority, such as an enterprise administrator, etc.) opens the enterprise homepage of the enterprise AA through the enterprise wechat client, the enterprise homepage may include an administrative portal (the administrative portal cannot be viewed and operated by other enterprise members in the enterprise AA, other enterprise members in other enterprises, individuals without enterprise affiliations, etc.), for example, the top of the enterprise homepage shown in fig. 9 includes an "administrative" option, i.e. the administrative portal can be used. When the enterprise WeChat client detects that the administration portal is triggered, it may show an enterprise homepage administration page as shown in FIG. 11, which contains an "promote the enterprise homepage to the enterprise plaza" option, and the administration member may choose to show the enterprise homepage of the enterprise AA on the enterprise plaza or not by configuring the option. Further, with the "people attended" option shown in FIG. 11, the administrative member may also view the people who have attended (such as by triggering the "attended" option at the bottom of the enterprise home page shown in FIG. 9) the enterprise AA, to facilitate the administrative member communicating with those who have added attention, or to view group information for the group to which those people belong, and so forth.
As shown in fig. 9, the enterprise homepage of the enterprise AA includes an "approve the enterprise" option, by which the "approve" function of the present application can be realized. More specifically, when a group member of any registered group browses homepages of enterprises of other registered groups, for example, an enterprise member a from an enterprise X browses homepages of enterprises AA, and when the enterprise wechat client detects that an option of "approve the enterprise" on the homepage of the enterprise is triggered, the enterprise wechat client may send an approval request to the enterprise wechat server, indicating that the enterprise member a approves the enterprise AA; the enterprise WeChat server may count all approval requests issued for the enterprise AA and display corresponding approval statistics on the enterprise homepage of the enterprise AA, for example, the approval statistics may include at least one of the following, although the application is not limited thereto:
1) total number of approval requests for enterprise AA. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, when the enterprise WeChat Server receives 130 approval requests for the enterprise AA, the corresponding "approval count" may be shown as 130.
2) Group information of a group to which a sender of the approval request to the enterprise AA belongs. For example, as shown in fig. 9, the enterprise wechat server may count the home groups of the requesting senders, for example, when the senders are from 17 enterprises, the senders may be displayed as "being approved by 130 of the 17 enterprises", and show the icons, names, etc. of the related enterprises, for example, the enterprises may be enterprise BB, enterprise CC, enterprise DD, enterprise EE, etc. When the number of the enterprises is too large, only the related information of some enterprises can be shown, while others are omitted by "…", and of course, the user can view the related information of all enterprises by triggering "…".
3) Personal information of the sender of the approval request for the enterprise AA. Although the corporate WeChat client may display all of the sender's personal information on the corporate homepage as shown in FIG. 9, it may occupy too much of the display area. Therefore, after the trigger operation for "…" is detected, the information of the businesses to which the senders belong can be shown through the list page as shown in fig. 12, and the personal information of the senders that approve the business AA in the business can be further shown for the selected business in the list page, for example, when the business BB is selected, the head, name, time point of sending approval request, and the like of the business member B1, the business member B2, and the like in the business BB can be shown in the page shown in fig. 13 to indicate that the business members in the business BB all approve the business AA.
4) Message information for the sender of the approval request for enterprise AA. As shown in fig. 13, taking the enterprise member B1 in the enterprise BB as an example, when sending the approval request, a message such as "approve the enterprise" may be added to indicate that it is not a click-and-go or malfunction, thereby increasing the reliability of the approval. Of course, the message information may be manually input by the sender who recognizes the request, or the sender may manually select the available message information generated in advance, thereby simplifying the input operation of the sender.
By adopting the above-mentioned "approval" operation, the approved group can be endorsed and guaranteed to some extent by the person who issues the approval request and the group to which the person belongs, and especially for some groups with short establishment time and small popularity, if the group can be approved by the known person or group, the popularity and credibility of the groups can be obviously improved, which is helpful for the development of the groups and is convenient for developing the cooperative relationship with other groups.
In one embodiment, the enterprise WeChat may allow all users to approve of other communities outside of their own community. In another embodiment, the enterprise wechat may impose a certain limitation on the user issuing the request for approval, for example, the authentication level of the group to which the sender of the request for approval belongs needs to reach a preset level (for example, "high-level authentication"; further, "medium-level authentication"; "primary authentication", "unauthenticated", etc., where the authentication level is high-level authentication > medium-level authentication > primary authentication > unauthenticated), where the authentication level is positively correlated with the detailed level of the registration information of the group to which the sender belongs on the enterprise wechat.
Still taking the enterprise AA as an example, besides the user actively initiating the "approval" operation for the enterprise AA in the process of browsing the homepage of the enterprise AA, the enterprise member of the enterprise AA may initiate an invitation to the enterprise members of other enterprises to invite them to approve the enterprise AA. Taking the homepage of the enterprise as shown in fig. 9 as an example, when the user is detected to trigger the option "approve the enterprise", if the user does not belong to the enterprise AA, an approval request for the enterprise AA may be initiated by the user; if the user is a member of the enterprise of enterprise AA, an invitation to approve process for the enterprise AA may be invoked, such that the user may send an invitation to approve of the enterprise AA to any associated user. When the user sends the approval invitation to the associated user through the enterprise wechat server, the associated user may be an enterprise wechat friend of the user, and the enterprise wechat client used by the associated user may prompt the approval invitation, and according to a response operation of the associated user to the invitation prompt, the enterprise wechat server may receive a prompt response message returned by the enterprise wechat client used by the associated user, and the prompt response message may include an approval request for the enterprise AA. Of course, the user may also share the approval invitation to other mobile group office platforms or communication applications (such as instant communication applications) other than the enterprise wechat server, and the approval invitation does not need to be sent by the enterprise wechat server.
The enterprise homepage of the enterprise AA shown in fig. 9 is taken as an example. When a user trigger to the "contact" option at the bottom is detected, a temporary window as shown in FIG. 14 may be invoked, with the information presented in the temporary window being used for the user to communicate with the enterprise AA. For example, the temporary window shown in fig. 14 may directly show the communication methods of the enterprise AA, such as "smart office phone", "enterprise customer service", etc., or may show the contact information of the "contact" inside the enterprise AA, so that the user may communicate with the enterprise members inside the enterprise AA through the "smart office phone", "enterprise customer service", contact information, etc.
As shown in fig. 14, a "name card delivery" option may be included in the temporary window, when a triggering operation of the user on the option is detected, the enterprise wechat client may send a name card delivery request to the enterprise wechat server, so that the server determines contact information of the logged-in user on the enterprise wechat client, and sends the contact information to a management member of the enterprise AA (or other preset enterprise members), so that when the management member responds to the contact information, an association relationship may be established between the user and the management member, such as adding the user as a personal friend of the management member or adding the user as an external contact of the enterprise AA, and the external contact information may be shared with other enterprise members in the enterprise AA having browsing authority (browsing authority for the external contact information), so that the user can quickly establish association with the enterprise members in the enterprise AA to realize communication.
When the user triggers the "contact" option and calls out the temporary window shown in fig. 14 (or at other times), the enterprise wechat client may send the communication demand information for the enterprise AA to the enterprise wechat server, and then the enterprise wechat server may return the contact information of the intermediate communication party to the enterprise wechat client, and represents the contact information as an "intermediate" in the temporary window shown in fig. 14. The intermediate communication party has one-level or multi-level association relationship with the user (namely the sender of the communication demand information) and at least one enterprise member in the enterprise AA, so that the relationship between the user and the enterprise AA is converted from stranger social interaction to acquaintance social interaction, and the communication efficiency between the two parties is improved. For example, assuming that a logged-in user on the enterprise wechat client has an associated user "whitelet" in the mobile phone address book, a first-level association relationship exists between the logged-in user and the user "whitelet", and when a user "whitelet" exists in the mobile phone address book or other address book of the user "whitelet" as an enterprise member of the enterprise AA, a first-level association relationship exists between the user "whitelet" and the user "whitelet", the logged-in user may be linked to the user "whitelet" through the user "whitelet", that is, the logged-in user may be linked to the enterprise AA through the user "whitelet", so as to form a relationship chain of logged-in user → user "whitelet" → enterprise AA (user "whitelet"), and thus the user "whitelet" is a first-level intermediate person between the logged-in user and the enterprise AA.
Similarly, if an associated user 'pinwhite' exists in the mobile phone address book of the logged-in user on the enterprise WeChat client, a user 'pinblack' exists in the mobile phone address book or other address book of the user 'pinwhite', a user 'whitewhite' exists in the mobile phone address book or other address book of the user 'pinwhite', and the user 'whitewhite' is an enterprise member of the enterprise AA, a first-level association relationship exists between the logged-in user and the user 'pinwhite', a second-level association relationship exists between the logged-in user and the user 'pinblack', a first-level association relationship exists between the user 'whitewhite' and the user 'pinblack', and a second-level association relationship exists between the user 'pinwhite', so that a relationship chain of the logged-in user → the user 'pinwhite' → the user 'pinblack' → enterprise AA (the user 'whitewhite') can be formed, so that the user 'pinwhite' is a first-level middle person between the logged-in user and the enterprise AA, The user "little black" is a second level intermediary between the logged-in user and the enterprise AA.
In addition to the above-mentioned "man-in-the-middle" form, i.e., the relationship transfer based on the user dimension, the relationship transfer may also be performed based on other dimensions, which is not limited in this application. For example, relationship passing may be based on enterprise dimensions; as shown in FIG. 9, assuming that a user from a certain enterprise X is viewing the enterprise homepage of the enterprise AA, the enterprise homepage may include a "business relationship" to indicate the business relationship between the enterprise X (i.e., "I" marked in FIG. 9) and the enterprise AA, especially when no direct collaboration exists between the enterprise X and the enterprise AA, which may help the user determine how to establish an association between the enterprise X and the enterprise AA. For example, as shown in fig. 9, by marking each enterprise as a corresponding node and indicating the association between the corresponding enterprises by the "double-headed arrow" between adjacent nodes, the user can quickly determine the indirect association between enterprise X and enterprise AA: assuming that there are association relations between the enterprise X and the enterprise BB, the enterprise CC, the enterprise DD, etc. (i.e. there are association enterprises between the enterprise BB, the enterprise CC, the enterprise DD, etc. and the enterprise X), and there are association relations between the enterprise BB, the enterprise CC, etc. and the enterprise AA, then there are first-level association relations between the enterprise BB, the enterprise CC, etc. and the enterprise X, and the enterprise X can establish an association relation with the enterprise AA based on the first-level association relations, thereby helping the user to quickly establish an association relation between the enterprise X and the enterprise AA; although the enterprise DD does not have a direct association relationship with the enterprise AA, the enterprise EE simultaneously has an association relationship with the enterprise DD and the enterprise AA, so that a primary association relationship exists between the enterprise DD and the enterprise X, a secondary association relationship exists between the enterprise EE and the enterprise X, and the enterprise X can establish an association relationship with the enterprise AA based on the primary association relationship and the secondary association relationship.
Of course, the above-mentioned "middle person", "enterprise relationship", and the like may be respectively located at any position in the homepage of the enterprise, may also be simultaneously located at the same position in the homepage of the enterprise, and may also combine and display a relationship with more dimensions in the homepage of the enterprise to transmit information, which is not limited in this application.
The enterprise homepage of the enterprise AA shown in fig. 9 is taken as an example. When it is detected that the user triggers the "application" option at the bottom, a temporary window shown in fig. 15 may be called, where the temporary window includes several icons with preset processing functions, such as "enter a single application", "share a file", "intelligent customer service", and the like.
For example, when the user triggers "enter order application", the enterprise wechat client may show a corresponding enter order application page, generate an enter order application message according to the input content of the user, and then send the enter order application message to the enterprise wechat server for processing by the enterprise wechat client, thereby completing the enter order application.
When the user triggers the shared file, the enterprise wechat client can initiate access to the enterprise wechat server to access the shared storage space of the enterprise AA on the enterprise wechat server and view the shared file therein. Of course, if the shared storage space opens the data writing authority, the user may upload and store any file into the shared storage space.
When the user triggers "smart customer service," the enterprise wechat client may send a smart customer service request to the enterprise wechat server, and the enterprise wechat server may establish a communication session between the enterprise wechat client and the smart customer service system of the enterprise AA, and the user may communicate with the smart customer service system in a communication session page such as that shown in fig. 16. For example, the user may send a consultation message to the intelligent customer service system of the enterprise AA through the communication session page shown in fig. 16, and the intelligent customer service system may return a corresponding consultation response. For example, when the query message is "i want to ask for delivery", the query response returned by the intelligent customer service system may include "parent, please select an order to ask for delivery": ", and shows the order created by the user at the enterprise AA in a status that has not yet been shipped.
In this embodiment, besides the intelligent customer service system, cross-enterprise consultation and communication can be realized between the enterprise wechat client and the customer service staff in the enterprise AA. For example, according to a customer service request (corresponding to the above-mentioned intelligent customer service request) initiated by an enterprise wechat client, the enterprise wechat server may determine, from the customer service staff in the enterprise AA, a specific customer service staff communicating with a logged-in user of the enterprise wechat client, and create a communication session between the specific customer service staff and the enterprise wechat client, so that the specific customer service staff and the logged-in user may implement cross-enterprise communication through the communication session.
Further, the enterprise wechat may provide a cross-community communication scheme between contacts inside and outside the community (for example, a communication session between the logged-in user of the enterprise wechat client and the intelligent customer service system of the enterprise AA or a specific customer service person), and may also provide a task management scheme inside the community, so that the members of the community in the community may perform item processing according to a task manner.
For example, when the consultation message sent by the logged-in user is "i want to ship", the enterprise wechat server may determine the order created by the enterprise AA and in the status of not yet being shipped, and directly issue the corresponding processing task to the enterprise member in the enterprise AA related to the order, for example, assuming that the enterprise member Z in the enterprise AA is responsible for the shipping operation of the related order, the corresponding shipping task may be issued to the enterprise member Z, thereby achieving the association and communication between the inside and the outside of the enterprise, and contributing to the improvement of the processing efficiency.
Of course, in the consultation response shown in fig. 16, a corresponding "ship-to-stock" option may also be shown at each order, so that the logged-in user can trigger the "ship-to-stock" option to implement a ship-to-stock operation on the corresponding order. Then, the enterprise wechat server can send a delivery task to a corresponding enterprise member Z in the enterprise AA according to the triggered order; and for the order which is not triggered, the enterprise WeChat server can not issue the task.
In this embodiment, for the delivery method of the shipping task, the server may send a reminding message (such as a DING message) with task attributes to the enterprise member Z, where the task attributes of the reminding message are expressed as: the task deadline is included and corresponding task processing conditions need to be fed back before the task deadline.
Then the server may push a corresponding notification message to enterprise user B based on the task handling fed back by enterprise user Z via device 3. For example, as shown in fig. 17, a function page entry corresponding to the service window of the enterprise AA may be included in the message list page of the enterprise WeChat on the mobile phone 33 used by the user, and the function page entry may show the prompt information for the notification message. Then, when the user triggers the reminder, a corresponding notification message may be shown in the "enterprise AA service window" page (i.e., the communication session between the user and the service window of the enterprise AA) shown in fig. 18. Of course, the user may also trigger the notification message shown in fig. 18 to jump to the enterprise homepage or the related function page of the enterprise AA, and specifically show and view the details of the notification message, which is not described herein again.
Of course, the server may send any form of notification message to the external contact with application authority through the service window of the enterprise AA, except the notification message related to the processing task, which is not limited in this application. Then, through the enterprise homepage, the enterprise AA can uniformly execute message pushing to all external contacts with application authority, and does not need to separately communicate with each external contact through a chat window, thereby greatly simplifying operation complexity and improving communication efficiency.
In the technical scheme of the application, when any group is registered to the enterprise WeChat, the enterprise WeChat can acquire the supply and demand conditions of the group, namely, the products or services required by the group, the products or services provided by the group and the like. Then, by acquiring and analyzing the supply and demand conditions of all registered groups, the enterprise wechat server can acquire the supply and demand relationship among the registered groups. Taking an enterprise AA as an example, assuming that the main business of the enterprise AA is "device rental", "database establishment", and products are AAA, AAB, ABA, etc., and another enterprise FF needs the products AAA, AAB, the enterprise AA may be determined to have a supply relationship with the enterprise FF, and yet another enterprise KK may provide raw manufacturing materials for the products AAA, AAB, the enterprise AA may be determined to have a demand relationship with the enterprise KK. Then, after analyzing the supply and demand relationship among the enterprise AA, the enterprise FF, the enterprise KK and the like, the enterprise wechat client sends the generated supply and demand relationship analysis result to the enterprise wechat client of the enterprise member of the enterprise AA, and when the enterprise member of the enterprise AA looks over the enterprise square shown in fig. 6, the enterprise wechat client can preferentially show the enterprise information of the enterprise FF, the enterprise KK and the like having the supply and demand relationship with the enterprise AA without actively looking over or searching by the enterprise member, which is beneficial to improving the communication efficiency among the enterprises having the supply and demand relationship and reducing the communication cost.
To sum up, the method and the system make a call between the mobile group office platform and the group information platform, so that group members of any group can visit the group information platform through the mobile group office fair platform, browse the group information of other groups presented by the group information platform, and further realize information acquisition and interaction among the groups, are not limited by pre-association relations among the groups, help to make a call between internal events and external events of the same group, and facilitate communication and information interaction among strange groups.
FIG. 19 shows a schematic block diagram of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 19, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor 1902, an internal bus 1904, a network interface 1906, a memory 1908 and a non-volatile memory 1910, although it may also include hardware required by other services. Referring to fig. 20, in a software embodiment, the acquisition means of the community information may include a first detection unit 2001, a request unit 2002, and a first showing unit 2003. Wherein:
a first detection unit 2001, which detects a trigger operation for the group information platform in the client interface of the mobile group office platform;
a requesting unit 2002 that sends a page acquisition request for the group information platform to a server of the mobile group office platform;
a first display unit 2003 for displaying the function page of the community information platform according to the page data returned by the server; the function page is used for performing centralized display of group information on registered groups of the mobile group office platform.

Optionally, the authentication level of the group to which the sender of the request is allowed reaches a preset level, where the authentication level is positively correlated with the detail degree of the registration information of the group to which the sender belongs on the mobile group office platform.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a sending unit 2004, configured to send communication demand information for any registered group to the server;
the receiving unit 2005 is configured to receive contact information of an intermediate communication party returned by the server, where the intermediate communication party has one-level or multi-level association relationship with a sender of the communication requirement information and at least one contact of any registered group.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the delivery unit 2006 is configured to send a business card delivery request for any registered group to the server, where the business card delivery request is used to indicate that the server obtains contact information of a sender of the business card delivery request, and send the contact information to a management member of any registered group, so that when the management member responds to the contact information, an association relationship is established between the sender of the business card delivery request and the management member.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a second detecting unit 2007 that detects a trigger operation for the community information of any one registered community shown in the function page;
a second showing unit 2008, showing a service window page of any registered community, where the service window page includes a function identifier of a preset processing function related to any registered community;
and the interaction unit 2009, when detecting a user operation for the function identifier, initiates an information interaction request to the server to implement an information interaction operation for the preset processing function.
Optionally, the information interaction request is used to instruct the server to create a communication session between an initiator operated by the user and a specific community member in any registered community, or between the initiator and an information processing system of any registered community, so as to implement information interaction operations based on the communication session.
FIG. 21 shows a schematic block diagram of an electronic device according to an example embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 21, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor 2102, an internal bus 2104, a network interface 2106, a memory 2108, and a non-volatile memory 2110, although other hardware required for services may be included. Referring to fig. 22, in a software embodiment, the apparatus for acquiring community information may include a receiving unit 2201, a generating unit 2202, and a returning unit 2203. Wherein:
a receiving unit 2201, which enables the server of the mobile community office platform to receive an approval request, wherein the approval request is initiated by a community member of any registered community on the mobile community office platform to other registered communities;
a generating unit 2202, configured to enable the server to generate approval statistical data for at least one registered group according to an approval request for the at least one registered group;
a returning unit 2203, configured to, when receiving a page obtaining request sent by a client of the mobile community office platform, enable the server to return page data of a function page of a community information platform to the client, so that the client displays the approval statistical data on the function page, where the function page is used to perform centralized display of community information on a registered community of the mobile community office platform.
Optionally, the receiving unit 2201 is specifically configured to:
enabling the server to receive approval invitations sent by community members of other registered communities, wherein target parties of the approval invitations are configured as community members of any registered community;
enabling the server to send the approval invitation to the community members of any registered community, so that the community members of any registered community carry out invitation prompt on a specific client corresponding to the mobile community office platform;
and enabling the server to receive a prompt response message returned by the specific client, wherein the prompt response message comprises the approval request.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the processing unit 2204, configured to ignore the approval request initiated by the community member of any registered community or limit the authority of the community member of any registered community to initiate the approval request when the authentication level of any registered community does not reach the preset level; wherein the authentication level is positively correlated with the detail degree of the registration information of any registered group on the mobile group office platform.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. Claims (29)

1. An interactive system for community information, comprising:
the system comprises a server, a group information platform and a service end, wherein the server runs a server side of instant messaging application and is used for maintaining the group information platform;
at least one first-class terminal, wherein the first-class terminal belongs to a first group; the first type terminal runs a client of the instant messaging application, and a registered account of a group member in the first group at the instant messaging application is logged in the client running on the first type terminal; the first type terminal uploads the group information of the first group to the server according to the information uploading operation aiming at the group information platform detected on the interface of the running client, so as to instruct the server to record the group information of the first group on the group information platform;
at least one terminal of a second type belonging to a second group different from the first group; the client of the instant messaging application is operated on the second type of terminal, and a registered account of a group member in the second group at the instant messaging application is logged in the client operated on the second type of terminal; the second type terminal acquires page data of the group information platform according to information acquisition operation aiming at the group information platform detected on an interface of an operating client, and displays a function page of the group information platform on the client operating the second type terminal according to the page data, wherein the function page is used for carrying out centralized display on the group information recorded on the group information platform.
2. A method for acquiring community information, comprising:
detecting a trigger operation aiming at a group information platform in a client interface of an instant messaging application;
sending a page acquisition request aiming at the community information platform to a server of the instant messaging application;
showing a functional page of the community information platform according to page data returned by the server; the function page is used for carrying out centralized display of the community information on the registered community of the instant messaging application.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said showing the function page of the community information platform comprises:
and classifying and displaying corresponding group information on the function page according to the classification result of the registered group on the preset dimension by the server.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the predetermined dimension comprises at least one of:
group category, industry to which the group belongs, region in which the group is located, group credit investigation condition, and degree of interest.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein said showing the function page of the community information platform comprises:
and preferentially showing the group information of the registered group having at least one of the supply relationship and the demand relationship with the group to which the sender belongs in the functional page according to the supply-demand relationship analysis result of the group to which the sender belongs and other registered groups of the page acquisition request by the server.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein said showing the function page of the community information platform comprises:
and displaying approval statistical data of the server aiming at any registered group in the function page, wherein the approval statistical data is obtained by counting according to approval requests sent by group members of other registered groups aiming at any registered group by the server.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the non-repudiation statistics comprise at least one of:
the total number of the request for approval for any registered group, the personal information of the sender of the request for approval for any registered group, the message information of the sender of the request for approval for any registered group, and the group information of the group to which the sender of the request for approval for any registered group belongs.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the authentication level of the group to which the sender of the request for approval belongs reaches a preset level, wherein the authentication level is positively correlated with the detail level of the registration information of the group to which the sender belongs on the instant messaging application.
9. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
sending communication demand information aiming at any registered group to the server;
and receiving the contact information of the intermediate communication party returned by the server, wherein one-stage or multi-stage association relationship exists between the intermediate communication party and the sender of the communication demand information and at least one contact of any registered group.
10. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
sending a business card delivery request aiming at any registered group to the server, wherein the business card delivery request is used for indicating the server to acquire contact information of a sender of the business card delivery request and sending the contact information to a management member of any registered group, so that when the management member responds to the contact information, an association relationship is established between the sender of the business card delivery request and the management member.
11. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
detecting a trigger operation for the community information of any registered community shown in the function page;
showing a service window page of any registered community, wherein the service window page contains a function identifier of a preset processing function related to any registered community;
and when user operation aiming at the function identification is detected, an information interaction request is sent to the server so as to realize information interaction operation aiming at the preset processing function.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein the information interaction request is used to instruct the server to create a communication session between an initiator operated by the user and a specific community member in any registered community, or between the initiator and an information processing system of any registered community, so as to implement information interaction based on the communication session.
13. A method for acquiring community information, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server side of the instant messaging application receives an approval request, and the approval request is initiated to other registered groups by group members of any registered group on the instant messaging application;
the server side generates approval statistical data aiming at least one registered group according to an approval request aiming at least one registered group;
when receiving a page acquisition request sent by a client of the instant messaging application, the server returns page data of a functional page of a group information platform to the client, so that the client displays the approval statistical data on the functional page, wherein the functional page is used for performing centralized display of group information on a registered group of the instant messaging application.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the receiving of the approval request by the server of the instant messaging application comprises:
the server receives approval invitations sent by community members of other registered communities, and target parties of the approval invitations are configured as the community members of any registered community;
the server side sends the approval invitation to the community members of any registered community so that the community members of any registered community can prompt the invitation at a specific client side corresponding to the instant messaging application;
and the server receives a prompt response message returned by the specific client, wherein the prompt response message comprises the approval request.
15. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
when the authentication level of any registered group does not reach a preset level, ignoring an approval request initiated by the group member of any registered group, or limiting the initiation authority of the group member of any registered group to the approval request; wherein the authentication level is positively correlated with the detail degree of the registration information of any registered group on the instant messaging application.
16. An apparatus for acquiring group information, comprising:
the first detection unit detects a trigger operation aiming at the community information platform in a client interface of the instant messaging application;
the request unit is used for sending a page acquisition request aiming at the community information platform to a server of the instant messaging application;
the first display unit is used for displaying a functional page of the community information platform according to the page data returned by the server; the function page is used for carrying out centralized display of the community information on the registered community of the instant messaging application.
17. The apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the first presentation unit is specifically configured to:
and classifying and displaying corresponding group information on the function page according to the classification result of the registered group on the preset dimension by the server.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the predetermined dimension comprises at least one of:
group category, industry to which the group belongs, region in which the group is located, group credit investigation condition, and degree of interest.

and displaying approval statistical data of the server aiming at any registered group in the function page, wherein the approval statistical data is obtained by counting according to approval requests sent by group members of other registered groups aiming at any registered group by the server.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the non-repudiation statistics comprise at least one of:
the total number of the request for approval for any registered group, the personal information of the sender of the request for approval for any registered group, the message information of the sender of the request for approval for any registered group, and the group information of the group to which the sender of the request for approval for any registered group belongs.

The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the authentication level of the group to which the sender of the request for approval belongs reaches a preset level, wherein the authentication level is positively correlated with the detail degree of the registration information of the group to which the sender belongs on the instant messaging application.
23. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising:
the sending unit is used for sending communication demand information aiming at any registered group to the server;
and the receiving unit is used for receiving the contact person information of the intermediate communication party returned by the server, wherein one-level or multi-level association relationship exists between the intermediate communication party and the sender of the communication demand information and at least one contact person of any registered group.
24. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising:
the delivery unit is used for sending a business card delivery request aiming at any registered group to the server, wherein the business card delivery request is used for indicating the server to acquire the contact information of the sender of the business card delivery request and sending the contact information to the management member of any registered group, so that when the management member responds to the contact information, an association relationship is established between the sender of the business card delivery request and the management member.
25. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising:
a second detection unit that detects a trigger operation for the group information of any one of the registered groups shown in the function page;
a second display unit, configured to display a service window page of any registered community, where the service window page includes a function identifier of a preset processing function related to the any registered community;
and the interaction unit is used for initiating an information interaction request to the server side when detecting the user operation aiming at the function identification so as to realize the information interaction operation aiming at the preset processing function.

The apparatus of claim 25, wherein the information interaction request is used to instruct the server to create a communication session between an initiator operated by the user and a specific community member in any registered community, or between the initiator and an information processing system of any registered community, so as to implement information interaction based on the communication session.
27. An apparatus for acquiring group information, comprising:
a receiving unit, which enables a server of the instant communication application to receive an approval request, wherein the approval request is initiated to other registered groups by group members of any registered group on the instant communication application;
the generating unit enables the server to generate approval statistical data aiming at least one registered group according to the approval request aiming at least one registered group;
and the return unit is used for enabling the server to return page data of a functional page of a group information platform to the client when receiving a page acquisition request sent by the client of the instant messaging application, so that the client displays the approval statistical data on the functional page, wherein the functional page is used for performing centralized display of group information on a registered group of the instant messaging application.
28. The apparatus according to claim 27, wherein the receiving unit is specifically configured to:
enabling the server to receive approval invitations sent by community members of other registered communities, wherein target parties of the approval invitations are configured as community members of any registered community;
enabling the server to send the approval invitation to the community members of any registered community, so that the community members of any registered community carry out invitation prompt on a specific client corresponding to the instant messaging application;
and enabling the server to receive a prompt response message returned by the specific client, wherein the prompt response message comprises the approval request.
29. The apparatus of claim 27, further comprising:
the processing unit ignores the approval request initiated by the community members of any registered community or limits the initiation authority of the community members of any registered community to the approval request when the authentication level of any registered community does not reach the preset level; wherein the authentication level is positively correlated with the detail degree of the registration information of any registered group on the instant messaging application.
