[Solution] A cosmetic case (10) includes: a main body (11) including a container (14, 15) for containing a cosmetic (16, 17); a lid (12) coupled to the main body (11) such that the main body (11) is openable and closable with the lid (12); a mirror (18) attached to the inner surface of the lid (12); and a protective sheet (20) including a portion serving as a separator between the main body (11) and the mirror (18), wherein the protective sheet (20) includes a fixed sheet section at least partially fixed between the lid (12) and the mirror (18), and a separator sheet section (20c) foldably connected to the fixed sheet section such that the separator sheet section (20c) is positioned between the main body (11) and the mirror (18) when the main body (11) is closed with the lid (12).
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container including a main body for storing cosmetics and a lid body for opening and closing the main body, wherein a mirror is attached to an inner surface of the lid body, and a protective sheet for partitioning the main body and the mirror is provided in the cosmetic container.
Background
Conventionally, as described in patent documents 1 and 2, for example, a cosmetic container including the above-described main body, lid body, mirror, and protective sheet is known. In such a cosmetic container, the protective sheet is provided to prevent the mirror attached to the inner surface of the lid body from being stained with cosmetics such as foundation contained in the main body.
In the conventional cosmetic container as described above, information relating to the cosmetic, the method of operating the cosmetic container, and the like is displayed on the portion of the protective sheet that separates the main body and the mirror, as also described in patent document 1.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In most of the conventional cosmetic containers including the main body, the lid body, the mirror, and the protective sheet, a part (fixing surface) of the protective sheet is fixed to the main body between the inner tray for storing the cosmetics and the main body, and the other part (partition surface) of the protective sheet connected to the part separates the main body and the mirror. However, the conventional cosmetic container configured as described above has the following problems.
(1) When the partition surface of the protective sheet is set at a position for partitioning between the main body and the mirror, this operation is performed directly above the inner tray, and therefore, it is easy to erroneously contaminate the fingers and/or the hand with the cosmetic in the inner tray.
(2) In a state where the main body is held by one hand, it is difficult to easily move the dividing surface of the protective sheet by only one hand.
(3) When information is displayed on the partition surface of the protective sheet, the display information is located near the internal tray apart from the mirror, and therefore, it is difficult to easily confirm the information when makeup is performed while looking at the mirror.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a cosmetic container that can make it difficult for fingers and/or hands to be stained with cosmetics and can easily perform an operation of moving a separation surface of a protective sheet with one hand.
Means for solving the problems
The cosmetic container of the present invention includes:
a main body provided with a container for storing cosmetics;
a cover body connected to the main body so as to be capable of opening and closing the main body;
a mirror mounted on an inner surface of the cover; and
a protective sheet having a portion separating the main body and the mirror,
the cosmetic container is characterized in that,
the protective sheet has: a fixing sheet surface, at least a part of which is fixed between the cover body and the mirror; and a partition plate which is connected to the fixing plate in a bending free manner and is located between the main body and the mirror when the main body is covered by the cover.
The term "the separator surface is connected to the fixed surface so as to be freely bent" includes both a case where the separator surface is directly connected to the fixed surface so as to be freely bent and a case where the separator surface is indirectly connected to the fixed surface so as to be freely bent and bent via another surface.
As an example of the latter of the above two cases, it is preferable that in the cosmetic container of the present invention, the protective sheet has an intermediate face extending along the end face of the mirror between the fixing sheet face and the partition sheet face, and the protective sheet has a cross-section in the shape of コ.
In the cosmetic container of the present invention, the fixing piece surface and the partition piece surface are preferably connected to each other on the left side of the mirror. The left side in this case refers to the left side when the body is held in a substantially horizontal orientation as is the case in normal use of the cosmetic container, and the mirror of the lid body in the open state is viewed from the body side.
In the cosmetic container of the present invention, it is preferable that at least the partition sheet surface of the protective sheet is formed of a transparent material.
In the cosmetic container of the present invention, preferably, information is displayed on the surface of the partition sheet.
Preferably, such information is displayed on a surface of the partition sheet face that faces the mirror side when the partition sheet face is positioned between the main body and the mirror, of the two surfaces of the partition sheet face.
In the cosmetic container of the present invention, it is preferable that the partition sheet surface is deformable to a position separated from between the main body and the mirror by receiving an external force.
In the cosmetic container according to the present invention, preferably, when the partition surface is substantially rectangular, at least one of two corner portions of an end edge of the partition surface opposite to a side connected to the fixing surface is chamfered.
Further, in the cosmetic container according to the present invention, it is preferable that the partition surface is provided with a notch for avoiding interference between the partition surface and the protrusion of the main body when the partition surface is bent with respect to the fixing surface.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
In the cosmetic container of the present invention, the protective sheet includes: a fixing sheet surface, at least a part of which is fixed between the cover body and the mirror; and a partition plate which is connected to the fixing plate in a bending-free manner and is positioned between the main body and the mirror when the main body is covered by the cover body, so that the mirror is prevented from being stained with the cosmetic contained in the main body by the partition plate as in the conventional device.
Further, since the protective sheet is configured as described above, when the separator sheet surface of the protective sheet is set at a position for separating the main body and the mirror, the operation is performed above the mirror. Thus, unlike the case where this operation is performed directly above the internal tray, it is difficult for the fingers and/or the hand to be stained with the cosmetic in the internal tray.
Further, since the protective sheet is configured as described above, the operation of moving the separator sheet surface of the protective sheet can be easily performed by only one hand with the main body held by one hand. The reason for this will be described in detail later based on the embodiments.
Further, since the protective sheet has the above-described configuration, when information is displayed on the separator surface of the protective sheet, the displayed information is located in the vicinity of the mirror. Therefore, the information can be easily confirmed when makeup is performed while looking at the mirror.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The cosmetic container 10 of the present embodiment includes a main body 11 and a lid 12 connected to the main body 11 so as to be able to open and close the main body 11. Both the body 11 and the lid 12 are made of, for example, synthetic resin, and have a thin substantially rectangular parallelepiped outer shape. The lid 12 is connected to the main body 11 via a hinge (hinge)13 so as to be swingable in the direction of arrow a in the figure, and can be set in an open state in which the upper side of the main body 11 is opened and a closed state in which the upper side of the main body 11 is closed as shown in the figure.
Here, the respective directions such as "up", "down", "left", "right", and "near" in the description of the embodiment of the present invention are the respective directions in the case where the body 11 is held in a substantially horizontal orientation as in the normal case and the mirror 18 of the lid body 12 in the open state is viewed from the side of the body 11 when the cosmetic container 10 is used.
The main body 11 is provided with a housing portion 11b and a housing portion 11c, and the housing portion 11b and the housing portion 11c are recessed inward from the upper surface 11a of the main body 11. The storage sections 11b and 11c are provided with an internal tray 14 and an internal tray 15, respectively, which are containers for storing cosmetics. The inner trays 14 and 15 are also made of, for example, synthetic resin, and can be appropriately taken out by fixing them to the storage sections 11b and 11c with an adhesive or the like or by not fixing them.
Cosmetics 16 and 17 are stored in the inner trays 14 and 15, respectively. Examples of the cosmetics 16 and 17 include, but are not limited to, foundation, lipstick, and eye shadow. Further, either or both of the inner trays 14 and 15 may be divided into two or more sections, and cosmetics different from each other may be stored in each section. In addition, a cosmetic applicator such as a sponge or a brush for applying a cosmetic may be stored in one of the storage section 11b and the storage section 11c directly or via an internal tray.
Further, the storage section 11b and the storage section 11c may be used as containers without using the internal tray 14 or the internal tray 15, and the cosmetics may be directly stored in them. In the present invention, the body 11 formed in this manner is also included in the "body having a container for storing cosmetics".
An engaging projection 12a is formed near the tip end of the cover 12, and an engaging portion 11d is provided near the front end of the main body 11. When the upper surface 11a of the main body 11 is covered with the lid 12, the engaging projection 12a engages with the engaging portion 11d, and the closed state is maintained. When the engaging portion 11d is pushed toward, for example, the hinge 13 (in the direction of arrow B), the engaged state is released. In this state, the lid 12 can be set in an open state in which the upper surface 11a of the main body 11 is opened by swinging, that is, in the state shown in fig. 1.
A mirror 18 used for makeup is attached to the inner surface of the lid 12. The mirror 18 is formed in a rectangular shape, for example, in accordance with the shape of the cover 12. A protective sheet 20 is fixed to the lid 12. Fig. 2 is a view showing a three-dimensional shape of the protective sheet 20, and fig. 3 is a view schematically showing a fixing structure of the protective sheet 20. The protective sheet 20 will be described in detail below with reference to these drawings.
As shown in fig. 2, the protect sheet 20 has three surfaces connected to each other, i.e., a fixing sheet surface 20a, an intermediate surface 20b, and a separator sheet surface 20c, and has a cross-section in the shape of コ. That is, the partition surface 20c is connected to the fixing surface 20a via the intermediate surface 20 b.
For example, the outer peripheral edge of the fixing surface 20a is formed in a substantially rectangular shape. For example, the partition surface 20c is also formed in a substantially rectangular shape, but two corner portions 20e and 20f of the end edge 20d of the partition surface 20c on the side opposite to the side connected to the fixing surface 20a are rounded. Further, a notch 20g is provided at a position closer to the intermediate surface 20b at a lower end edge of the partition sheet surface 20c (an end edge located on the lower side in the use state of the cosmetic container 10). In addition, the two corner portions 20e and 20f may be chamfered in a straight line shape in addition to the round shape.
The protective sheet 20 having the above shape is formed of, for example, a thin and transparent synthetic resin, and can be deformed as a whole. Therefore, when an external force is applied to the separator face 20C of the protective sheet 20, the separator face 20C can swing while deforming in the direction of arrow C in the drawing about a bent portion with respect to the intermediate face 20 b. Further, if the protective sheet 20 is formed of a transparent material as described above, the mirror 18 can be easily visually recognized, but the protective sheet 20 may be formed of a translucent and/or opaque material.
The protective sheet 20 is secured to the cover 12 as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a cross section of the lid body 12 to which the protective sheet 20 is fixed, as viewed from above. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram in which the sizes of the elements shown are different from the actual sizes. As shown in the drawing, the fixing sheet surface 20a is fixed to the inner surface of the lid 12 by being bonded to the lid 12 with an adhesive layer 30. The mirror 18 is adhesively fixed to the fixing sheet surface 20a by an adhesive layer 31. The end face of the mirror 18 may be fixed to the intermediate face 20b by bonding or the like as necessary.
Here, the adhesive layer 30 and the adhesive layer 31 may be, for example, adhesive layers, but are not limited thereto, and the fixing sheet surface 20a may be fixed to the lid body 12 using a double-sided tape. The fixing sheet surface 20a may be fixed to the lid 12 by ultrasonic bonding or the like.
The operation of the cosmetic container 10 configured as described above will be described below with reference to fig. 4. Fig. 4 shows a state in which the lid 12 is set to the open position as described above. When makeup is performed using the makeup container 10, the user first holds a portion of the main body 11 from below, for example, with the left hand M as shown in the drawing, and sets the lid 12 to the open position. At this time, the separator face 20c of the protect sheet 20 is in the state shown in fig. 1. That is, when the cover 12 is in the closed position, the spacer surface 20c is positioned between the main body 11 and the mirror 18. This prevents the mirror 18 from being soiled by the cosmetics 16, 17.
After the cover 12 is set to the open position, the user swings the partition surface 20c lifted from the end edge 20d to the state shown in fig. 1 by, for example, the thumb P of the left hand M, and pushes the same to the position where the front surface of the mirror 18 is open as shown in fig. 4. That is, at this time, the spacer face 20c is deformed to a position separated from between the main body 11 and the mirror 18. This enables the user to use the cosmetics 16 or 17 while looking at the mirror 18, and to use the cosmetics when the storage section 11b or 11c stores a cosmetic tool as described above.
In the present embodiment, the bent portion of the partition surface 20c and the intermediate surface 20b (the connecting portion between the two) is set on the left side of the mirror 18. Therefore, when the user holds the main body 11 with the left hand M that is not used for the operation of the cosmetic device, the user can easily lift the partition surface 20c with the thumb P of the left hand M as described above. However, the bent portion is not necessarily set to the left side of the mirror 18, and may be set to the right side, upper side, or lower side of the mirror 18. In particular, when the bent portion is set on the right side of the mirror 18, the cosmetic container can be provided as a cosmetic container suitable for a left-handed person.
Even if the above-described bent portion is set on either side of the mirror 18, the spacer sheet surface 20c can be disposed very close to the mirror 18 by fixing the fixing sheet surface 20a on the back side of the mirror 18. As will be described later, information may be displayed on the spacer surface 20c, and if the spacer surface 20c is disposed very close to the mirror 18, the information can be easily viewed or read when makeup is performed while looking at the mirror 18.
Further, when the lid body 12 is to be closed, the closing operation is performed after the partition piece surface 20c is moved to the position facing the mirror 18, but unlike the case where the partition piece surface 20c is moved to the position facing the cosmetics 16, 17 as in the conventional device, the possibility that the user mistakenly stains the fingers and/or hands with the cosmetics 16, 17 is also reduced.
Also, the mirror 18 is typically much larger than the inner tray 14, 15. When the fixing sheet surface 20a is fixed to the back side of the mirror 18, a large bonding space, welding space, and the like for fixing can be obtained. This enables stable adhesion of the protective sheet 20.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the two corner portions 20e and 20f of the parting sheet surface 20c are rounded, the effect of protecting the hand and fingers of the user from being damaged by the corner portions 20e and 20f can be obtained. Since the corner portions 20e and 20f of the partition surface 20c are located at the farthest positions from the bent portions of the intermediate surface 20b, the partition surface 20c is likely to be deformed to come into contact with the cosmetics 16 and 17. However, when the corner portions 20e and 20f are chamfered, the effect of preventing the partition surface 20c from being soiled by avoiding such contact can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, when no external force is applied to the spacer surface 20c, the spacer surface 20c is not parallel to the mirror 18, but is kept floating at a certain angle with respect to the mirror 18. This angle is, for example, about 15 to 20 °. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the right side of the hinge 13 of the main body 11 is a projection 11f that projects slightly outward from the hinge 13. When the lid body 12 is swung in the closing direction while slightly pushing the spacer surface 20c toward the mirror 18 from the state shown in fig. 4, the portion of the spacer surface 20c near the corner portion 20f is hooked on the protruding portion 11f, thereby suppressing the floating of the spacer surface 20 c. When the lid 12 is set to the closed position in this state, the spacer surface 20c is positioned between the main body 11 and the mirror 18.
Even if the lid body 12 is swung to the open position for use of the cosmetic container 10 thereafter, the portion of the partition surface 20c close to the corner portion 20f is maintained in a state of being lightly hooked on the projection 11 f. From this state, when the operation of lifting the end edge 20d of the partition surface 20c is performed using the thumb P of the left hand M as described above, the portion of the partition surface 20c near the corner portion 20f is elastically deformed, and is easily detached from the protruding portion 11 f.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the main body 11 has a protrusion 11g protruding slightly outward from the hinge 13 on the left side of the hinge 13. Correspondingly, the separator surface 20c is provided with the notch 20g as described above. Therefore, when the partition surface 20c is swung, the protrusion 11g moves relatively in the notch 20g, and interference between the partition surface 20c and the protrusion 11g is avoided.
Here, another example of the structure for fixing protective sheet 20 and mirror 18 to lid 12 will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6. In these drawings, the same elements as those described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof (hereinafter, the same applies) is omitted unless otherwise particularly required. In this example, as shown in fig. 5, the fixing sheet surface 20a of the protective sheet 20 has an opening 20h in the central portion. As shown in fig. 6, the peripheral portion of the opening 20h is bonded to the lid 12 by the adhesive layer 30, whereby the fixing piece surface 20a is fixed to the inner surface of the lid 12. The mirror 18 is adhesively fixed to the lid 12 by the adhesive layer 31 passing through the opening 20 h. In this case, since the protective sheet 20 is fixed by the cover 12, the mirror 18, and the adhesive layer 31, the adhesive layer 30 can be eliminated.
In the above-described embodiment, the separator surface 20c is connected to the intermediate surface 20b so as to be bendable. In the present invention, even when the intermediate surface 20b is interposed in the middle, the "spacer surface 20c is connected to the fixing surface 20a so as to be bendable, as described above.
The cosmetic container of the present invention is not limited to this, and may be configured such that the partition sheet surface 20c is directly connected to the fixing sheet surface 20a so as to be freely bent. Fig. 7 is a view showing an example of the protective sheet having such a structure.
The protective sheet 120 shown in fig. 7 is configured by removing the intermediate surface 20b from the protective sheet 20 shown in fig. 2. The protective sheet 120 is secured to the cover 12 as shown in fig. 8, for example. The fixing structure of the protective sheet 120 is basically the same as the fixing structure of the protective sheet 20 shown in fig. 2, except that the intermediate surface 20b is not provided.
Next, still another embodiment of the protective sheet will be described with reference to fig. 9. The protective sheet 220 shown in fig. 9 is a protective sheet in which information 201 and information 202 are displayed on one surface of the separator sheet surface 20 c. In this example, the "one surface" refers to a surface facing the mirror side when the spacer sheet surface 20c is located between the main body 11 and the mirror 18, out of the two surfaces of the spacer sheet surface 20 c.
The information 201 is information for illustrating the arrangement state of the cosmetics and/or the cosmetic tools in the main body 11 (see fig. 1 and the like), for example. On the other hand, the information 202 is information indicating a description, attention, and the like relating to the cosmetic and/or the cosmetic device with letters. In addition to the text-based information 202, an explanation and attention-directed example relating to the operation of the cosmetic container, such as "please cover after receiving the protective sheet in the container", may be given.
Further, the information 201, 202 may be displayed on the other surface of the spacer sheet 20c (i.e., the surface facing the side opposite to the mirror when the spacer sheet 20c is positioned between the main body 11 and the mirror 18). However, if the information 201, 202 is displayed on the above-described one surface, the information 201, 202 can be easily confirmed even when the partition sheet surface 20c is swung sideways from the position facing the mirror 18 and the makeup is performed while looking at the mirror 18. In addition, when the information 201 and 202 is displayed on the one surface, the possibility that the information 201 and 202 is contaminated with the cosmetics 16 and 17 is also reduced.
