Abstract

The invention relates to a portable electric heating sealing machine which is mainly divided into a body and a detachable electric heating head, wherein the electric heating head is also a part pressed when being used. The detachable electric heating head can be conveniently assembled and pressed by the coordination operation of a slide part of the detachable electric heating head and a guide structure of the body. By the integrated design of the electric heating head and the pressed part, a user does not need the known preparation action of rotating the pressed part when replacing or assembling the electric heating head, and directly clamps the electric heating head into the body; and in addition, hand actions required when sealing is carried out are also simpler.

The present invention relates to an electric heating sealer, particularly to an electric heating sealer with a replaceable electric heating head, which is easy to carry, assemble and use.
Background
At present, the use of an electric heating sealing machine is seen in common storefronts or market dealers, and the purpose of the electric heating sealing machine is to seal workpieces such as plastic bags in an electric heating mode and store articles in the plastic bags.
However, most of the known electric heating sealing machines are integrally formed, that is, the housing for accommodating the power supply device and the housing for accommodating the electric heating head are connected to each other, when one of the power supply device and the electric heating head is damaged, the whole electric heating sealing machine cannot be operated and must be discarded, which not only causes waste but also cannot improve the convenience of use.

Although the conventional electric heating sealing machine has the function of replacing the electric heating module, the design of the pivoting pressing part is quite inconvenient for replacing the electric heating module, that is, the pressing part needs to be turned upwards to leave enough space for taking out the electric heating module, and the pressing part is rotated back to the original position after the electric heating module is replaced, so the operation steps are complicated.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides a portable electric heating sealing machine, which is mainly divided into a body and a separable electric heating head, wherein the electric heating head is also a pressing part during use. The separable electric heating head can be conveniently assembled and pressed by the matching operation of the sliding part and the guide structure of the body. The design of the integration of the electric heating head and the pressing part ensures that a user does not need to rotate the pressing part as the known preparation action when replacing and assembling the electric heating head, but directly clamps the electric heating head into the body; in addition, the hand motion required when sealing is carried out is more concise.
The invention provides a portable electric heating sealing machine, the body of which can be directly provided with an electric heating head, thereby facilitating the direct replacement of the electric heating head by a user. The portable electric heating sealing machine of the invention comprises a body, an electric heating head and an elastic element. The body comprises a guide structure, a heat-resistant insulator, a first terminal plate and a second terminal plate are arranged on the outer surface of the body in a protruding mode, and the first terminal plate and the second terminal plate are electrically connected to the anode and the cathode of a current source respectively.
The electric heating head is provided with an electric heating wire, a first electric heating head metal sheet, a second electric heating head metal sheet and a sliding part. Two ends of the electric heating wire are respectively and electrically connected with the first electric heating head metal sheet and the second electric heating head metal sheet, and the electric heating head is arranged in the guide structure in a sliding way through the sliding part. When the electric heating head slides to a sealing position, the first electric heating head metal sheet and the second electric heating head metal sheet are respectively contacted with the first terminal board and the second terminal board.
By the structure, the pressing part of the electric heating sealing machine and the detachable heating part are integrated into a whole, and the steps of replacing the electric heating head and pressing the electric heating head are simpler and more convenient than the design of the known pivoting type pressing part.
The portable electric heating sealing machine can also comprise a bottom cover and an AC power socket, wherein two poles of the AC power socket are respectively and electrically connected with the first terminal board and the second terminal board, and a battery contact piece is fixedly arranged on the bottom cover. The body can be further internally provided with a battery chamber and a bottom opening which are communicated, the battery pack serving as a current source is accommodated in the battery chamber, and when the bottom cover is detachably covered on the bottom opening, the battery pack is simultaneously and electrically connected with the first terminal plate, the second terminal plate and the battery contact piece to form a through circuit.

The portable electric heating sealing machine can also comprise a switch group arranged between the AC power socket and the first terminal board and used for controlling the conduction of the AC power socket and the electric heating head.
The surface of the sliding part can be extended with a limit bulge, and the guide structure comprises a limit groove corresponding to the limit bulge.
The portable electric heating sealing machine can also comprise an outer covering which is detachably covered on the body. The outer cover is provided with at least one limiting hole, the electric heating head is also concavely provided with a long groove, and the electric heating head is simultaneously penetrated through the long groove and the limiting hole through a limiting pin so as to avoid separating from the body.

The guiding structure may be a guiding groove, and the elastic element may be accommodated in the guiding groove. The elastic element is a spring.
The portable electric heating sealing machine can also be provided with a Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting device, namely an LED lamp, wherein two poles of the LED lamp are respectively electrically connected to the first terminal board and the second terminal board, so that the LED lamp emits Light when the current loop is conducted and serves as an indication function of the using state of the sealing machine.
In addition, the portable electric heating sealing machine can also comprise an operating switch which is assembled between the AC power socket and the first terminal board and is used for controlling the conduction of the AC power socket and the electric heating head, and when a user presses the operating switch, a current loop of the sealing machine is in a conduction state; the LED lamp can be also designed to emit light when the operation switch is pressed, namely, the switch related to light emitting illumination is arranged between the LED lamp and the first terminal board.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, an exploded view and an assembled view of the portable electric heating sealing machine according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention are respectively shown. The portable electric heating sealing machine includes a main body 11, an electric heating head 21, an elastic element 26, and a bottom cover 16. In this embodiment, the main body 11 is mainly composed of two left and right halves, and has an L-shaped appearance, a heat-resistant insulator 12 is protruded on a vertical plane 117 of the L-shaped notch, a guide structure 111 in the form of a guide groove is recessed on a horizontal plane 118 of the notch, and a limit groove 114 is respectively extended from two sides of the guide structure 111. The bottom cover 16 is fixedly provided with a battery contact piece 17.
The main body 11 has a battery chamber 112 and a bottom opening 113 communicated with each other, and the bottom cover 16 is detachably covered on the bottom opening 113. A first terminal plate 13 and a second terminal plate 14 are disposed on the bottom surface of the conductive slot, the first terminal plate 13 and the second terminal plate 14 are electrically connected to the positive pole and the negative pole of a current source 15, which is a battery 34 (shown in fig. 4) in this example.
The heater 21 is provided with a thermally insulated base 27, a heater wire 22, a first heater metal piece 23, a second heater metal piece 24, and a sliding part 25. The heat insulating base 27 protrudes from the outer surface of the thermal head 21, and the two thermal head metal pieces 23 and 24 are exposed from the sliding portion 25 of the thermal head 21. In practical use, a Teflon adhesive tape can be laid on the electric heating wire 22 to ensure the safety of hot melting.
The heating wire 22 is externally abutted and fixed on the outer surface of the thermal insulation base 27, and two ends thereof are electrically connected to the first heating head metal sheet 23 and the second heating head metal sheet 24 respectively through the two guide plates 221, 222 and the two connecting wires 223, 224 in sequence. The positions of the electric heating head metal sheets 23 and 24 are arranged to be in electric connection with the two terminal plates 13 and 14 when the electric heating head 21 is sealed.
The sliding portion 25 is formed as a protrusion corresponding to the guiding structure 111, and has a limiting protrusion 28 protruding from the surface thereof corresponding to the limiting groove 114. The electric heating head 21 is coupled to the body 11 or separated from the body 11 in a direction in which the electric heating wire 22 faces or is away from the heat-resistant insulator 12 by the sliding of the sliding portion 25 thereof in the guide structure 111. And the electric heating head 21 is limited to slide along the guiding direction only and can not move in other directions by the matching of the limiting groove 114 and the limiting bulge 28.
In this embodiment, the elastic element 26 is a spring, which is contained in the guiding groove in a limited manner and is at a position where the sliding portion 25 of the electric heating head 21 can reach, and one end of the elastic element abuts against the body 11 to urge the electric heating wire 22 of the electric heating head 21 away from the heat-resistant insulator 12 of the body 11, so that the electric heating head 21 can reach the sealing position only when a user applies a certain pressure.
Referring to fig. 4, it is a schematic view of the electric heating sealing machine at the instant of sealing, i.e. at a sealing position. Fig. 4 is presented in an interior view and the outer covering of fig. 2 has been omitted for simplicity and clarity, with only the spacing pin 32 being shown. When the electric sealing machine is actually used, the battery pack 34 as the current source 15 is first placed in the battery chamber 112, and the bottom cover 16 is then assembled to the main body 11 to cover the bottom opening 113. At this time, the battery pack 34 and the first terminal plate 13, the second terminal plate 14, and the battery contact piece 17 of the bottom cover 16 are in contact with each other to form a current-carrying circuit.
When sealing the object 70 to be sealed against the heat-resistant insulator 12, the user inserts the sliding portion 25 of the heater 21 into the guiding structure 111 of the body 11, and pushes the heater 21 to the sealing position where the heater wire 22 contacts the object 70 to be sealed against the pushing force of the elastic element 26. At this time, the first glow wire 23 and the second glow wire 24 are in contact with the first terminal plate 13 and the second terminal plate 14, respectively, and the glow wire 22 is in an energized state. Therefore, the power provided by the battery pack 34 can be passed through a complete power-on path to heat the heating wire 22, thereby achieving the function of heat sealing.
In addition, the portable electric heating sealing machine can also be covered by an outer covering 31 with a specific outline to modify the overall shape of the sealing machine, in this case, the end side of the outer covering 31 has a smooth curve shape. The outer covering 31 further has a pair of limiting holes 311, and the electric heating head 21 also has a corresponding elongated slot 211, so that the electric heating head 21 can be prevented from separating from the body 11 by inserting a limiting pin 32 into the limiting holes 311 and the elongated slot 211, thereby eliminating the possibility of losing the electric heating head 21.
The body 11 further has a long notch 115 formed on an outer surface thereof, a blade 33 is fixed by being fitted over a boss 116 of the body 11, and a portion of the blade 33 is exposed from the body 11 to the long notch 115, wherein the direction of the blade 33 is perpendicular to the long notch 115.
Referring to fig. 5, it is a perspective view of a portable electric heating sealing machine according to another preferred embodiment. The difference between this embodiment and the above embodiments is that the position-limiting hole 411 is recessed in the body 41, the long slot 421 is also correspondingly recessed in the heater head 42, and the heater head 42 is prevented from separating from the body 41 by passing a position-limiting pin 43 through the long slot 421 and the position-limiting hole 411.
Referring to fig. 6, it is a plan view of the interior of the portable electric heat sealer according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the sealing machine of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of fig. 3, and the difference is that an AC power socket 44 and a push switch 45 are provided in the housing 11, that is, the sealing machine can be powered by AC power source in addition to the battery pack.
One pole of the AC power socket 44 is electrically connected to the first terminal board 13 by a connection wire 441, and the other pole is electrically connected to a pole pin of the switch 45 by a connection wire 442. The other pole pin of the switch 45 is electrically connected to the second terminal plate 14 by the connecting wire 443. With the above configuration, when the user presses the switch 45, that is, the power supply from the AC power outlet 44 is cut off, and the capper functions as a safety protector in use.
Referring to fig. 7, it is a plan view of the interior of the portable electric heat sealer according to still another preferred embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the sealing machine of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of fig. 6, except that the sealing machine further comprises an LED lamp 47 and a switch 48 in addition to an AC power socket 46, and two poles of the AC power socket 46 are directly electrically connected to the first terminal board 13 and the second terminal board 14 through connecting wires 461 and 462, respectively.
One pole pin of the LED lamp 47 is electrically connected to the first terminal board 13 by a connection wire 471, and the other pole pin is electrically connected to one pole pin of the switch 48 by a connection wire 472. The other pole leg of the switch 48 is electrically connected to the second terminal plate 14 by a connection wire 473. With the configuration, the sealing machine can be powered by the battery pack and the AC power supply, and has the function of luminous illumination. In particular, the turning on and off of the LED lamp 47 can be controlled by pressing the switch 48.
Therefore, the pressing part of the electric heating sealing machine is integrated with the electric heating head, and the part can be separated and replaced. When the electric heating head is clamped into the body, the electric heating head is in a state of being ready for sealing, and sealing operation can be carried out only by simply applying force by fingers, particularly thumbs, so that the electric heating head exceeds the force of the spring and is displaced to a sealing position, therefore, the electric heating head is more convenient to disassemble and replace compared with a known person, and the using steps are simpler.

Claims (12)

1. A portable electric heating sealing machine is characterized by comprising:
a body, including a guiding structure, and a heat-resistant insulator, a first terminal board, and a second terminal board protruding from the outer surface of the body, wherein the first terminal board and the second terminal board are electrically connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a current source respectively;
the electric heating head is provided with an electric heating wire, a first electric heating head metal sheet, a second electric heating head metal sheet and a sliding part, two ends of the electric heating wire are respectively and electrically connected with the first electric heating head metal sheet and the second electric heating head metal sheet, and the electric heating head is arranged in the guide structure in a sliding way through the sliding part; and
an elastic component, two ends of which are respectively connected with the body and the electric heating head to make the electric heating wire far away from the heat-resistant insulator so as to make the electric heating head move in the guiding structure;
when the electric heating head is at a sealing position, the first electric heating head metal sheet and the second electric heating head metal sheet are respectively contacted with the first terminal board and the second terminal board.

The portable electric heat sealer of claim 1 further comprising a bottom cover and an AC power socket, the AC power socket having two poles electrically connected to the first terminal board and the second terminal board, respectively, the bottom cover having a battery contact piece fixed thereon, and the body further having a battery chamber and a bottom opening communicating therein, the bottom cover being detachably covered on the bottom opening.
3. The portable electrothermal sealing machine of claim 1, further comprising a switch set disposed between the AC power socket and the first terminal board.
4. The portable electric heat sealer of claim 1, wherein a limiting protrusion protrudes from the surface of the sliding part, and the guiding structure comprises a limiting groove corresponding to the limiting protrusion.
5. The portable electric heat sealing machine of claim 1 further comprising an outer covering, the outer covering is detachably wrapped on the body, the outer covering has at least one position-limiting hole, and the electric heating head further has a concave elongated slot, the electric heating head is inserted through the elongated slot and the position-limiting hole through a position-limiting pin.
6. The portable electrothermal sealing machine of claim 1, further comprising a blade, wherein the body further defines a long notch on an outer surface thereof, the blade is fixed to the body, and at least a portion of the blade is located in the long notch.
7. The portable electrothermal sealer of claim 6, wherein the blade is oriented perpendicular to the elongated notch.
8. The portable electrothermal sealer of claim 1 wherein the outer surface of the heater head projects with a thermally insulating base against which the heater wire abuts.
9. The portable electric heat sealer of claim 1 wherein the guide structure is a channel and the resilient member is received in the channel.
10. The portable electrothermal sealer of claim 1, wherein the resilient member is a spring.
11. The portable electric heating sealing machine of claim 1, wherein the electric heating head further has a concave elongated slot, the body has a concave limiting hole, and the electric heating head passes through the elongated slot and the limiting hole through a limiting pin.
12. The portable electrothermal sealing machine of claim 1, further comprising an LED lamp and a switch, two poles of the LED lamp being electrically connected to the first terminal board and the second terminal board, respectively, and the switch being fixed between the LED lamp and the first terminal board.
