Abstract
The arrangement has a swing arm provided with bearings in which a mounting base plate is mounted. A tabletop is provided with a folding mechanism at which the swing arm is fastened. The base plate is secured at outer sides of a kitchen lower cabinet (6). The swing arm is provided with a locking unit, which is fixed in a locking groove at the swing arm using spring pressure. The swing arm is vertically adjustable in height of about 20 cm and fixedly supported in an electrical motor driven manner. Folding table fittings are mounted for locking the tabletop.
Description
The invention is based on a bolt enclosure, in particular a bottom enclosure for a worktop, having a first and second vertical side wall elements spaced parallel to each other, separated by an optional front door and a front door element, an interior of the bolt enclosure, with a swing arm mounted on one of the side wall elements, with a swing arm supported by a horizontal rotating axis and attached at one end to a top plate spaced within a top plate, which is positioned between an orientation parallel to the swing arm and an orientation perpendicular to the swing arm, with the swing arm (2) being at least one-way or a three-way swing arm, so that the swing arm is positioned at the end of the swing arm and at least one-way, and at the end of the swing arm is positioned at the end of the swing arm, and at least one-way swing arm (2) is located outside the swing arm.
A type of fitting swing table is also known from EP 1 464 255 A1 and a similar fitting swing table is described in EP 1 405 758 A2.
The most advanced folding tables are often folding tables that can be folded into the armrest of a chair, in which the tabletop can be folded between a horizontal and a vertical position by a folding mechanism and can be tilted into the armrest.
In the kitchen in particular, it is desirable to provide a folding tabletop which can be folded down to provide additional work space under the kitchen countertop and which can be placed at least at the level of the kitchen countertop but also above it if necessary.
However, the number of joints makes the design known from US 2010/0275821 A1 comparatively difficult to manufacture, in particular because the provision of a work surface requires that the work surface must always be guaranteed to have a minimum degree of stability in the folded position of the tabletop.
The purpose of the invention is therefore to provide a type of cabinet with a fitting table which allows a tabletop to be folded down below a countertop or similar tabletop in a folded position and at the same time to be placed in a stable position above or at least at the level of the kitchen countertop in a folded position.
This task is solved according to the invention by a closet with the characteristics of claim 1, the dependent claims each referring to advantageous embodiments of the invention.
The closet according to the invention is therefore characterised by the fact that the door element has a vertically sliding roller.
The swing arm has a course designed so that in the folded position of the swing arm the end of the swing arm is positioned above the horizontal axis of rotation of the swing arm. The swing arm can be designed in various ways, including in particular in individual cases. The invention also allows the amount by which the end of the swing arm is positioned above the horizontal axis of rotation of the swing arm when the swing arm is in the folded position to be essentially freely selectable.
In one embodiment of the invention, a terminal section of the swing arm, which terminates at the end of the swing arm to which the tabletop is attached, extends vertically in the folded position of the swing arm. In addition or instead, this terminal section may have a horizontal front face. The length of the terminal section may be chosen according to the distance the tabletop is to be positioned above the rotating axis in the folded position of the swing arm.
It is further preferred that the table top is supported on a front face of the end of the swing arm in the direction perpendicular to the swing arm, which increases the stability of the table top in the direction perpendicular to the swing arm when the swing arm is in the folded position.
In order to arrest the swing arm in the folded position, one embodiment of the invention provides that the swing arm is supported on a restraint pin when the swing arm is in the folded position.
In particular, the tabletop is oriented decentrally at the end of the swing arm by means of a folding support, which, in combination with the feature of the tabletop being supported perpendicular to the swing arm by a front face of the swing arm end, makes it possible to place the tabletop on the end of the swing arm in a stable position when the swing arm is in the folded position.
The invention is intended to be distinguished in particular by the fact that it can be stored under a worktop in a space-saving manner when not in use. To this end, one embodiment of the invention provides that the swing arm is shaped like a plate, whereby the swing arm, when aligned parallel to the swing arm, has a dimension in the direction of the horizontal axis of rotation around which the swing arm is rotatably stored, which is essentially the sum of the axis of rotation of the swing arm and the axis of the tabletop. The swing arm can be mounted on a thin thick plate for mounting the swing arm, for example, a kitchen worktop.
In the case of a worktop cabinet, the worktop usually forms an external boundary of the interior of the cabinet.
In particular, the table top shall be positioned in the folded position of the swing arm and, when oriented vertically to the swing arm, at a minimum distance above the table top, preferably between 10 cm and 30 cm and, in particular, preferably between 15 cm and 25 cm.
If the table top is oriented decentrally at the end of the swing arm and is additionally rotatable around the longitudinal axis of the end section of the swing arm, the table top can be either swung in or out of the worktop in the folded position of the swing arm.
Further details of the invention are explained in the following figure, which shows:
Figure 1the front view of a bolt enclosure mounted under a worktop;Figure 2a first cross-sectional view along the B-B line of the bolt enclosure as shown in Figure 1 with the folding table;Figure 3a second cross-sectional view along the B-B line of the bolt enclosure as shown in Figure 1 with the folding table;Figure 4a view of the bolt enclosure as shown in Figures 1 to 3 from a distant worktop; andFigure 5a further front view of the bolt enclosure as shown in Figures 1 to 4 with the folding table.
The fitting swing table 1 shown in Figure 1 is mounted in a column 10 below a worktop 11 which borders it on the upper side, more precisely in an interior of the column 10 which is bounded on the one hand by the side wall elements 12 and on the other by the worktop 11. On the front side the column 10 has a door element 13 which is formed as a roll which can be moved in a vertical direction. The column 1 is mounted via a mounting plate 14 (see Figure 2) in the interior of the column 10 where, in the illustration in Figure 1, the right side column 12 is mounted, so that the rotary column 3 is placed at a small distance below the column 11 The main rotary column 3 is horizontally oriented. The column 1 is mounted in the horizontal plane above the column 2 so that the rotary column 3 can be set to the lower level of the column.
Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional view along the line B-B shown in Figure 1, wherein Figure 2 shows the mounting swing table 1 in the folded position of the swing arm 2. In this position, a stop pin 8 interposes into a contour at the lower edge of the swing arm 2 so that the swing arm 2 is securely held on the stop pin 8 when a vertical force is applied to the table top 5 for example. The table top 5 is supported on a front surface 7 with the front surface 7 formed at the end of the swing arm 2 4. The swing arm 2 has a terminal cross-sectional plate 6 which extends essentially in the quadrant to support a vertical force on the swing arm 5 and allows the T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped
Essential for the space-saving arrangement of the tabletop 5 in the interior of the column cabinet 10 is that the tabletop 5 is oriented by means of a folding support 9 (see Figure 5) at the end 4 of the swing arm 2, where the folding support 9 allows the tabletop 5 to be deflected by at least 90° between the horizontal orientation shown in Figure 2 and the vertical orientation shown in Figure 3.
As shown in the figures, the swing arm 2 is essentially flat, with the smallest thickness possible in the direction of the spacing of the side wall elements 12 so that the entire swing table 1 can be stowed in the interior of the column 10 in the folded state (see Figure 1) in a space-saving manner.
Figures 4 and 5 show that the enclosure according to the invention can be designed as a base cabinet for a worktop which can be classified in a series of standardised base cabinets, as known from the kitchen design.
With reference to Figure 5, it is shown that tabletop 5 can be located, in the folded state of the folding tabletop 1, at a distance A above the worktop 11 by the design of the folding tabletop 1 as described in the invention, if the folding tabletop 1 is integrated into a base cabinet for a worktop 11.
