Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a packaging container for storing chewing gum of various shapes such as granular chewing gum and tablet chewing gum, and food such as chocolate and candy.
Background
Conventionally, as a packaging container for storing a snack or the like, various paper-made packaging containers are known which are composed of an outer box having a substantially quadrangular cylindrical shape and an inner box (tray box) which is housed by being slidably fitted in the outer box.
In the packaging container disclosed in japanese patent No. 2633463, a head portion (grasping portion) of an inner case is tilted in a drawing direction, and when a user pulls the inner case out of the outer case, the head portion is easily grasped to slide and open the package.
The packaging container disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2006-347611 is a packaging container in which the head of the inner box is flattened to facilitate grasping and the head of the inner box is grasped to facilitate pulling out, as in the packaging container disclosed in the above patent publication, and it is described that the tray is tightly engaged with the housing by engaging a first projection formed in a convex shape on the inner surface of the outer box with an engaging portion formed of at least one of an opening and a projection formed on the head of the inner box.
However, in the packaging container disclosed in japanese patent No. 2633463, when the tray is once pulled out and then the tray is put back into the housing, the side surface (head plate) of the tray on the pull-out side may not be aligned with the housing, and may be left inclined to the outside. In contrast, in the packaging container of the above-mentioned patent, the projection is provided on the bent piece corresponding to the surface of the head portion inside the tray, the cut-in portion is provided on the upper surface plate of the case which the projection abuts, and the projection is engaged with the cut-in portion, thereby leaving the head portion in the case.
However, the projection of the tray may not easily engage with the cut-in portion, and thus the tray may not be locked in a fitted state.
The packaging container disclosed in japanese patent laid-open No. 2006-347611 solves the problem of the packaging container of the above patent in that an engaging portion projecting from the upper surface of the head portion of the inner case is engaged with an engaging portion projecting from the inner surface of the outer case, but since the hollow portion of the head portion of the packaging container is flattened and folded into a plate shape to facilitate gripping of the tray, the engaging portion formed on the crushable head portion may not be reliably engaged with the outer case.

The present invention will be described in detail below based on examples with reference to the drawings.
Example 1
The packaging container of the present embodiment is an inner box slide type packaging container for storing and packaging granular chewing gum.
As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging container is made of paper and has a box-shaped grip portion B2A storage part B supported on the upper surface opening without scattering3The inner case B formed at the front end of the outer case A is slidably fitted into the outer case A having a quadrangular cylindrical shape.
Fig. 2 to 4 are enlarged longitudinal sectional views of a main portion of a cross section in a height direction (thickness direction) of the outer box of the packaging container of fig. 1, which is taken along a center line in a major axis direction of the outer box, as viewed in a direction of an arrow X, illustrating an engaging process between the engaging protrusion of the outer box and the engaging protrusion and engaging hole of the grip portion of the inner box in the packaging container of fig. 1.
Hereinafter, the packaging container of the present embodiment will be described with reference to the packaging container assembly steps, and reference symbol a in fig. 5 will be described1A paper-made cardboard of the outer box A, the cardboard passing through the folding line 67, 8 and 9 are respectively provided by connecting a long and thin square bottom plate 1, a side plate 2 on one side, a top plate 3, a side plate 4 on the other side and an adhesive sheet 5 in sequence along the width direction.
Notches 10 and 11 are formed in the longitudinal direction end (front end) edges of the chassis 1 and the adhesive sheet 5, respectively.
A notch 12 is formed in the front end edge of the top plate 3, and an engaging projection 13 is provided on the back of the notch 12 so as to be connected thereto by a fold line 14.
The outer box A passes through the hard board A1The assembly was carried out as follows.
The bottom plate 1, the side plate 2, the top plate 3, the side plate 4, and the adhesive sheet 5 are each bent at fold lines 6, 7, 8, 9 to 90 ℃ to form a quadrangular tube with front and rear ends open, and the adhesive sheet 5 is overlapped with the outer surface of the bottom plate 1 and bonded with an adhesive.
The engaging projection 13 is bent at a fold line 14 toward the inside of the tube so as to be suspended from the upper edge of the front end opening.
Symbol B of FIG. 61The cardboard of the inner case B is formed by connecting a head plate 20 having a height slightly higher than the opening of the outer case, an upper surface plate 21, an inner wall plate 22 having a height slightly lower than the head plate 20 (height of the opening at the front end of the outer case a), and an adhesive sheet 23 in this order by folding lines 16, 17, 18, and 19 at one end (front end) in the longitudinal direction of the elongated rectangular bottom plate 15. In addition, the upper panel 21 is formed with a slit 24 of approximately コ shape having both inner ends of the folding line 18 extending inward from both the left and right sides as end portions, and a portion extending from the inner wall panel 22 and surrounded by the slit line is defined as an engaging projection 25.
The other end (rear end) of the bottom plate 15 in the longitudinal direction is provided with a wall plate 28 and a folding piece 29 connected by folding lines 26 and 27.
Side plates 32 and 33 are connected to the left and right sides of the bottom plate 15 by fold lines 30 and 31, respectively.
Notches 34 and 35 are formed in the front outer edges of the side plates 32 and 33, respectively, so as to be recessed in an arc shape. Rectangular flaps 38 and 39 having a width slightly smaller than the length of the upper panel 21 in the container longitudinal direction are connected to the front sides of the notches 34 and 35 by obliquely provided folding lines 36 and 37, respectively.
In addition, flaps 44, 45, 46, and 47 are provided at the front and rear ends of the side panels 32 and 33, respectively, and connected by fold lines 40, 41, 42, and 43.
The inner box B passes through the hard board B1The assembly was carried out as follows.
The side panels 32 and 33 are bent and erected at 90 ° angles with respect to the bottom panel 15 at the fold lines 30 and 31, the flaps 44, 45, 46, and 47 are bent inward at 90 ° angles with respect to the side panels 32 and 33, and the flaps 38 and 39 are bent inward at 90 ° angles.
Then, the head board 20, the upper surface board 21 and the inner wall board 22 are respectively bent at the folding lines 16, 17, 18 and 19 at an angle of 90 ° or approximately 90 ° to surround the flaps 38 and 39, so that the front end edges of the side boards 32 and 33, the head board 20, the upper surface board 21 and the inner wall board 22 form a hollow box shape, and a grasping part B supported by the flaps 38 and 39 so as not to be scattered is formed2. The adhesive sheet 23 is bonded to the upper surface of the base plate 15 with an adhesive, whereby the grasping portion B is formed2Is fixed on the front end edge of the inner box B.
As described above, since the head plate 20 is slightly higher than the inner wall plate 22, the upper surface plate 21 is inclined so that the rear side is slightly lower than the front side, rather than being parallel to the bottom plate 15, as shown in fig. 1 to 4. In addition, the grasping part B2The engaging projection 25 is in a state of extending from the upper edge of the inner wall plate 22 and standing upright, and a portion cut out by the slit 24 is in a state of opening as an engaging hole 48 at a position adjacent to the engaging projection 25 at the edge portion of the upper surface plate 21 on the inner wall plate 22 side.
The inner case B assembled as described above is configured to store a desired number of granular chewing gums C and the like in the storage portion B having an opening on the upper surface3Is inserted into the outer box A in the state of (1). The insertion is performed by sliding the rear end of the inner case B in the front end opening of the outer case a.
At this time, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the engaging projection 13 hanging down at the front end opening edge of the outer case a comes into contact with the engaging projection 25 of the inner case B to fall down toward the rear side in the outer case a and comes into engagement with the engaging hole 48 while returning to the hanging state when riding over the engaging projection 25 moving toward the rear side in the outer case a in a state of falling down toward the top plate 3 in accordance with the sliding (insertion) of the inner case B (fig. 4).
The sliding is performed by holding the outer case A with one hand and holding the holding part B of the inner case with the other hand2It can be easily performed.
At the time of engagement, since the engagement projection 13 makes a click sound and the click is felt, the user can easily confirm that the closure is closed.
Further, since the height of the head plate 20 of the inner case B is slightly higher than the height of the front end opening of the outer case a, the inner case B can be prevented from being excessively inserted into the outer case a.
When the inner box B is fully accommodated in the outer box A, the engaging protrusion 13 of the outer box A is reliably engaged with the holding part B of the inner box B2The engaging projection 25 is engaged with the engaging hole 48, and the locked state is achieved (fig. 4).
In the locked state, the engagement projection 13 is engaged with the engagement projection 25 and the engagement hole 48 to be reliably engaged with each other, so that the inner case B is not easily removed from the outer case a even when the packaging container is tilted.
Further, since the notches 10, 11, 12 are formed in the upper edge and the lower edge of the front end opening of the outer box a, the grasping portion B of the inner box B of the closed packaging container can be easily grasped2Upper and lower surfaces of (a). Moreover, due to the box-shaped grabThe upper surface plate 21 on the upper side of the holding part is inclined so that the front side is higher than the rear side, and is not parallel to the bottom plate 15, so that the front end edge of the inner box B can be reliably grasped, and the grasping part B of the inner box B can be grasped when opening2Thus, the outer box A can be easily and reliably pulled out.
As described above, the present packaging container is provided with the grasping portion B of the inner case B2Since the box-shaped inner box is formed in a box shape and the upper surface thereof is inclined, the inner box can be easily grasped and pulled out particularly compared with the grasping portion of the inner box folded into a plate shape by scattering the packaging container as described in the above patent documents.
In addition, the side walls 32 and 33 of the inner box B are provided with the grasping parts B2Since the arcuate notches 34 and 35 are formed in the adjacent portions, when the granular chewing gum C is taken out, the granular chewing gum C can be easily taken out by grasping both sides of the granular chewing gum C at the positions of the notches 34 and 35.
In addition, the packaging container of the present invention is preferably manufactured using paper as in the above-described examples in view of manufacturing cost, disposal convenience, and the like, but the material is not limited to paper, and any other material such as a plastic sheet can be used as long as the above-described object of the present invention can be achieved.
Further, by appropriately selecting the material, the material thickness, and the formation of the folding line 14 (the depth of the groove) at the base of the engaging projection 13, the grasping portion B can be arbitrarily adjusted2The mechanical strength of the engaging projection 13, the ease of engagement between the engaging projection 25 and the engaging hole 48, the engaging strength, and the like.
In the packaging container of the present invention, in consideration of uniformity of the supporting force of the gripping portion by each flap, easiness of the assembling process, manufacturing cost, and the like, it is preferable that the length of the flaps 38 and 39 is not more than 1/2 of the length of the upper panel in the container width direction as in the above-described embodiment, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the length of the flaps 38 and 39 may be made longer than 1/2 of the length of the upper panel in the container width direction, and the front end portions of the flaps may be overlapped with each other when they are folded as described above.
In the above embodiment, the width of the flaps 38 and 39 is slightly smaller than the length of the top panel in the container longitudinal direction, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the width of the flaps 38 and 39 may be further reduced in consideration of the material and thickness of the packaging container.
The packaging container of the present invention can contain not only granular chewing gum but also food such as chewing gum, chocolate, dessert, and the like in other shapes.
This application claims priority from Japanese patent application No. 2007-24569/21 of 2007 and incorporates its content as part of this application.
