Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de formation d'un revêtement sur une surface d'un substrat, qui comprend :
    (i) l'application d'une couche d'une composition comprenant des particules solides d'une phase polymérique en dispersion dans un diluant continu non aqueux, dans laquelle la phase de polymère comprend un polymère cristallisable choisi entre des polyesters, des polyamides et des polycarbonates, en mélange intime avec un solvant non réticulable pour le polymère cristallisable, et un agent stabilisant pour la dispersion, et
    (ii) le chauffage de la couche appliquée à une température au moins suffisamment haute pour entraîner la formation d'un film.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel le rapport en poids du solvant au polymère cristallisable dans la phase de polymère va de 5:95 à 85:15.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel la phase de polymère constitue au moins 5 % en poids de la composition.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le polymère cristallisable est un polyester.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le solvant non réactif comprend du phtalate de diméthyle ou du carbonate de propylène.
  6. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel la phase de polymère est sous la forme d'une poudre qui a été redispersée dans un véhicule liquide.
  7. Substrat revêtu à l'aide du procédé suivant la revendication 1.
