Description

Self-lubricating organic silicon rubber material, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an organic silicon rubber material, in particular to a self-lubricating organic silicon rubber material containing a self-lubricating solid additive. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the silicon rubber material and application of the silicon rubber material in the aspect of automobile windshield wipers.
Background
The windshield wiper on the automobile windshield can clean the windshield and improve the driving sight in rain, snow and other weather. The traditional windshield wiper is made of natural rubber materials, and is easy to age due to poor weather resistance of the natural rubber materials, so that the windshield wiper cannot be well cleaned and rainwater cannot be removed in a short time, and the windshield wiper can bounce and generate noise.
Many attempts have been made to solve the above problems. For example, various coatings are applied to the rubber surface to improve the rubber-to-glass contact surface, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect. Attempts have also been made to use silicone rubber instead of conventional rubber because silicone rubber itself has good weather resistance and can prevent aging, but the silicone rubber generates great friction with glass, resulting in difficulty in application.
TW412487 discloses a silicone rubber wiper blade which is based on silicone rubber, and contains a fluorine-containing compound and minute glass beads to improve the disadvantage of excessive friction between silicone rubber and glass. However, the addition of the glass balls causes mixing difficulty, and how to bond the glass balls and the silicone rubber is also one of the problems. In addition, whether the glass ball is broken after being added and whether the safety problem of the windshield wiper is caused needs to be solved.
WO 03/050191 discloses an abrasion-reducing wiper blade using a material comprising a methyl vinyl siloxane polymer, a filler and an abrasion-reducing additive such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or the like. Although the addition of a certain amount of PTFE can reduce friction, the plasticity of the material is enhanced, so that the extrusion and molding are difficult or even impossible.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventors of the present invention have surprisingly found that a self-lubricating silicone rubber material can be obtained by mixing a silicone rubber with a self-lubricating solid additive while adding other auxiliary components. The silicon rubber material has excellent self-lubricating property, is convenient to prepare, overcomes the defects in the prior art, and has wide application prospect.
