A smoking pipe comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe capable of containing cigarettes, a smoking mouth connected to the inner pipe, and an ash box arranged at the lower end of the inner pipe and used for containing cigarette ash and cigarette ends generated by smoking; the inner pipe is sleeved in the outer pipe, and windows are arranged on the inner pipe and the outer pipe; the method is characterized in that: the outer pipe is rotatably sleeved outside the inner pipe, and a window on the outer pipe is aligned with a window on the inner pipe to form an air circulation channel when the outer pipe is rotated; and a filter screen is covered on the window of the inner pipe.

2. The smoking pipe of claim 1, wherein: a cigarette cover for placing and fixing cigarettes is also arranged in the inner tube.

3. The smoking pipe of claim 1, wherein: the hollow channel in the cigarette holder is provided with a filter tip which can filter and reduce tobacco tar and nicotine in cigarette smoke.

4. The smoking pipe of claim 1, wherein: the hollow channel in the cigarette holder also contains a filter tip of a cigarette.

5. The smoking pipe of claim 1, wherein: the outer edge of the cigarette holder is provided with an inner groove pit which can correspond to the peripheries of the upper ends of the buckle outer tube and the inner tube.
