Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a packaging container suitable for storing a large amount of sterilized cotton such as sterilized cotton in which sterilized cotton (カット cotton) is impregnated with alcohol or the like.
Background
For example, in medical facilities such as hospitals, a large amount of sterilized cotton in which sterilized cotton is impregnated with a disinfectant such as alcohol is consumed when injection or the like is performed. A packaging container for containing the sterilized cotton is disclosed in Japanese patent application laid-open No. 11-268765. Here, the container includes a container body for containing a large amount of sterilized cotton, an inner lid for closing an upper surface of an opening of the container body, and an outer lid for opening and closing an access opening provided at a center of the inner lid. The outer lid is bonded to the outer upper surface of the inner lid by an adhesive, and shipped out of the factory with the access opening of the inner lid sealed by the outer lid. When the outer cap is opened by tearing the inner cap, the access opening is exposed, and the sterilized cotton in the access opening can be taken out. When not in use, the outer cap is joined to the inner cap again to close the inlet and outlet.
According to this conventional packaging container, since the outer lid can be repeatedly bonded to the inner lid, the alcohol impregnated in the sterilized cotton can be prevented from evaporating before the sterilized cotton in the container body is used up, and impurities can be prevented from entering the container. However, the access opening is limited to the central portion of the inner lid, and therefore, it is too small to take out the cotton wool. Especially when the amount of the residual sterilized cotton is small, the removal of the sterilized cotton is troublesome. When the sterilized cotton is taken out by the tweezers, the sterilized cotton is easy to hang on the opening edge of the entrance and the exit. In the process of taking out the sterilized cotton, the alcohol impregnated in the sterilized cotton drops and adheres to the inner cap, and the adhesive liquid contacts the adhesive on the outer cap side, so that the adhesive force of the outer cap to the inner cap is deteriorated, and the sealing function is deteriorated. Since the adhesive layer is provided on the back surface side of the outer lid, impurities are likely to adhere to the adhesive facing the front surface in the state where the outer lid is rolled up and opened, and the adhesive force is likely to be lowered.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to provide a packaging container which enables the upper surface of a wide opening of a container body to be used as an inlet and an outlet of a liquid impregnated body and facilitates the loading and the unloading of the liquid impregnated body. The invention aims to provide a packaging container which can reliably seal an opening when not in use.
The invention provides a packaging container which can repeatedly and reliably seal an entrance after a sealing cover for sealing the entrance of a container body is opened.
The present invention aims to provide a packaging container which does not cause a reduction in sealing action even when an impregnation liquid drips from a liquid-impregnated body and adheres to a sealing lid or an outer lid when the liquid-impregnated body is taken out from a container main body, and therefore, even after the sealing lid is opened for a while, the liquid-impregnated body in the container main body is stored without being dried or deteriorated.
The object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container in which an outer lid covering the top of a sealing lid is openably and closably connected to a container body, wherein a commodity label attached to the outer surface of the outer lid is used as a hinge, whereby the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
The invention provides a packing container using a commodity label adhered on the outer surface of an outer cover as a hinge, wherein the outer cover for closing a container body can be prevented from being opened carelessly along with the change of temperature and humidity.
The invention provides a packaging container which can prevent breakage even if a hinge part of a commodity label is repeatedly bent by opening and closing an outer cover when the commodity label adhered to the outer surface of the outer cover is used as a hinge.
The object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container which can reliably fix a hinge portion of a product label attached to an outer surface of an outer lid to a container body when the product label is used as a hinge, and thus can reliably prevent the hinge portion from peeling off from the container body even if the hinge portion of the product label is repeatedly bent by opening and closing the outer lid.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the packaging container of the present invention has a container body 1 having an upper surface serving as an opening 12 for accommodating a liquid-impregnated body C therein, a seal cap 2 for sealing the inside of the opening 12 of the container body 1, an outer lid 3 for closing the outside of the upper surface of the opening of the container body 1, and a product label 4 attached to the outer surface of the outer lid 3. The liquid-impregnated body C includes, for example, sterilized cotton obtained by impregnating cut cotton with a disinfectant such as alcohol, but is not particularly limited.
The container body 1 includes a bottom wall 5, a peripheral side wall 6 rising from an outer periphery of the bottom wall 5, a horizontal flange wall 10 formed to extend from an outer periphery of an upper end of the peripheral side wall 6, and an outer peripheral wall portion 11 formed on an outer periphery of the flange wall 10.
The outer periphery of the sealing cap 2 is releasably secured to the upper surface of the flange wall 10. The fixing here is a concept including bonding with an adhesive or an adhesive, heat sealing, ultrasonic welding, and the like.
The outer lid 3 includes a main surface wall 19 covering the upper side of the seal cap 2, a seal wall 20 connected to the main surface wall 19, and an outer peripheral wall portion 21 formed on the outer periphery of the seal wall 20, and when the outer lid 3 is closed to the container body 1, the seal wall 20 is joined to the upper surface of the flange wall 10 with the outer peripheral edge portion of the seal cap 2 interposed therebetween, and the outer peripheral wall portion 21 of the outer lid 3 is covered on the outer peripheral wall portion 11 of the container body 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the product label 4 includes a main surface portion 32 on which a printed mark is formed and a hinge portion 33 connected to the main surface portion 32, the main surface portion 32 is fixed to the outer surface of the main surface wall 19 of the outer lid 3, and the hinge portion 33 is fixed to the outer surface of the outer peripheral wall portion 11 of the container body 1 across the outer periphery of the outer lid 3.
As shown in fig. 1, gripping devices 26 and 27 for gripping the outer peripheral edge of the seal cap 2 in a meandering manner are formed on the flange wall 10 of the container body 1 and the seal wall 20 of the outer lid 3, respectively, along the entire periphery. In the illustrated example, as the clamping devices 26 and 27, a convex strip 26 is provided on the flange wall 10 side, and a concave strip 27 is provided on the seal wall 20 side. 2 convex strips 28, 28 are provided on the sealing wall 20 so as to sandwich the concave strip 27. In this regard, the concave strips 27 may be provided on the flange wall 10 side, the convex strips 26 may be provided on the seal wall 20 side, and the convex strips 26, 28 may be provided on both the flange wall 10 and the seal wall 20 in a staggered manner by 1 strip each.
In order to maintain the state in which the outer lid 3 is closed in the container body 1, the outer peripheral wall portion 11 of the container body 1 and the outer peripheral wall portion 21 of the seal lid 2 are provided with engagement means 29, 30 that are engaged with each other as shown in fig. 1 and 2. As the engaging means, for example, an engaging groove 30 is provided on the outer peripheral wall portion 11 on the container body 1 side, a projection 29 is provided on the outer peripheral wall portion 21 on the cover 3 side, and the projection 29 and the engaging groove 30 may take the form of concave-convex engagement when the cover 3 is closed to the container body 1.
More specifically, the container body 1 and the outer lid 3 are thin plastic molded parts, and the outer lid 3 is connected to the container body 1 so as to be openable and closable by a product label 4. That is, the product label 4 functions as a hinge for connecting the outer lid 3 to the container body 1 so as to be openable and closable.
The sealing lid 2 is made of a plastic film having gas barrier properties, and the outer peripheral edge portion of the sealing lid 2 is heat-sealed to the upper surface of the flange wall 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the product label 4 includes a label base 4a made of a plastic film having heat sealing performance, and the label base 4a of the hinge portion 33 is heat sealed to the wall surface of the container body 1 side.
As shown in fig. 7, an adhesive 34 is applied in a stripe form to the surface of the label base 4a of the product label 4, and the main surface portion 32 of the product label 4 is adhered to the outer surface of the main surface wall 19 of the outer cover 3 by the adhesive 34. The hinge portion 33 of the product label 4 is bonded to the wall surface of the container body 1 side by an adhesive 34, and the portion of the label base 4a between the adhesives 34 is heat-sealed.
As shown in fig. 6, a sewing machine pinhole 35 is provided in the hinge portion 33 of the product label 4, and cuts 36 in a direction intersecting the sewing machine pinhole 35 may be formed near both ends of the sewing machine pinhole 35.
In the shipped state of fig. 1 in which the liquid impregnated body C is housed in the container body 1, the inside of the container body 1 is completely sealed by the seal cap 2, and the upper outer side of the seal cap 2 is further sealed by the outer cap 3. At this time, the outer cap 3 prevents the sealing cap 2 from being damaged by contact with other objects. When the liquid impregnated body C is taken out from the container body 1, the user opens the outer lid 3 with the product label 4 as a hinge, and then pulls and peels the seal lid 2 from the container body 1. Since the inlet and outlet 12 is largely opened at the upper surface of the opening of the container body 1, the liquid impregnated bodies C can be picked up one by one from the inlet and outlet 12. The outer lid 3 can be closed by covering the container body 1 with the seal lid 2 again until the liquid-impregnated body C in the container body 1 is used up.
The period until the sealing lid 2 is unsealed is long. In view of this, the sealing lid 2 is preferably heat-sealed at its outer peripheral edge portion to the flange wall 10 of the container body 1 to reliably seal the access opening 12. In this case, when the user unseals the sealing cap 2 for a while, the outer peripheral edge portion of the sealing cap 2 cannot be adhered to the flange wall 10 any more. However, the liquid impregnated body C is usually consumed in a short time after the sealing lid 2 is opened. Therefore, when the outer lid 3 is closed to the container body 1, the holding means 26, 27 are provided between the flange wall 10 of the container body 1 and the seal wall 20 of the outer lid 3, and the outer peripheral edge portion of the seal lid 2 is held in a meandering state by the holding means 26, 27. This can maintain the inside of the container body 1 in a sealed state.
According to the packaging container of the present invention, when the user unseals the sealing lid 2, the upper surface of the opening of the container body 1 is largely opened as it is as the access opening 12. Therefore, the liquid-impregnated body C can be easily taken out from the inlet and outlet 12.
After the sealing lid 2 is opened and until the liquid impregnated body C is taken out, the access 12 is closed by the sealing lid 2, and then the outer lid 3 is closed to the container main body 1, the outer lid 3 is held in a closed state by the joining means 29, 30 of the two 1, 3. In this way, the holding means 26, 27 provided on the flange wall 10 of the container body 1 and the seal wall 20 of the outer lid 3 hold the outer peripheral edge portion of the seal lid 2 in a meandering state, and effectively perform the sealing function, thereby reliably preventing the evaporation of the impregnation liquid of the liquid-impregnated body C and the entry and exit of the outside air. Therefore, even after the sealing lid 2 is opened for a while, the entrance 12 can be repeatedly sealed and maintained in an appropriate state until the liquid impregnated body C is used up.
After the unsealing, since the sealing lid 2 is held between the outer lid 3 and the container body 1, the sealing action is not reduced even if the impregnated body is dropped therefrom when the liquid impregnated body C is taken out. Therefore, even when the storage period of the liquid impregnated body C after opening is long, the liquid impregnated body C can be prevented from drying or deteriorating.
When the container body 1 and the outer lid 3 are each formed of a thin-walled plastic molded product, mass production at low cost and light weight is possible. The outer lid 3 is connected to the container body 1 by the product label 4 so as to be openable and closable, and the product label 4 itself functions as a hinge, so that a dedicated hinge can be omitted, and the entire structure of the packaging container can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
When the sealing lid 2 is formed of a plastic film having gas barrier properties, the outer peripheral edge portion of the sealing lid 2 can be heat-sealed on the upper surface of the flange wall 10. Therefore, the packaging container of the present invention can reliably prevent the liquid impregnated in the liquid impregnated body C from evaporating even if the sealing lid 2 is opened after a long time after shipment.
When the label base 4a of the merchandise label 4 is formed of a plastic film having heat-sealing property, the hinge portion 33 can be surely fixed to the container body 1 even if the hinge portion 33 has a small area by heat-sealing the label base 4a of the hinge portion 33 to the wall surface on the container body 1 side. Therefore, even if the opening and closing operation of the outer lid 3 is repeated, the hinge portion 33 of the product label 4 is not inadvertently peeled off and the container body 1 and the outer lid 3 are not randomly separated.
In the product label 4 of the present invention, when the adhesive 34 is formed in a stripe shape on the surface of the label base material 4a, the amount of the adhesive 34 used can be reduced and the manufacturing cost can be reduced, unlike the form in which the adhesive 34 is entirely coated on the label base material 4a in a full-coating state. Since the main surface portion 32 of the product label 4 has a wide area, the main surface portion 32 can be securely bonded and fixed to the outer surface of the main surface wall 19 of the outer cover 3. After use, since the product label 4 is easily peeled off from the outer lid 3, it is advantageous to recycle the outer lid 3 and the product label 4 by separately collecting them. After the hinge portion 33 of the merchandise tag 4 is preliminarily bonded and positioned to the wall surface of the container body 1 by the adhesive 34 in the form of a strip, the adhesive 34 can be heat-sealed to each other, and the hinge portion 33 can be surely fixed to the end surface without wrinkles.
If the sewing machine pinhole 35 is formed in the hinge portion 33 of the product label 4, the hinge portion 33 is easily bent by the presence of the sewing machine pinhole 35 regardless of the material of the product label 4, so that the outer lid 3 can be easily opened and closed with respect to the container body 1, and the outer lid 3 can be completely opened without being half-opened. Particularly, when the product label 4 is made of paper, the product label 4 shrinks with changes in temperature and humidity, and a tensile force acts on the hinge portion 33, so that the outer lid 3 closed on the container body 1 is easily brought into a half-opened state carelessly. In this regard, if the sewing machine pinhole 35 is formed in the hinge portion 33, the sewing machine pinhole 35 absorbs the tensile force acting on the hinge portion 33, and therefore, the outer lid 3 is not inadvertently opened from the container body 1.
On the other hand, if the outer cover 3 is repeatedly opened and closed, the hinge portion 33 of the product label 4 is easily broken along the sewing machine pinhole 35. Therefore, if the cuts 36 are formed in the hinge portion 33 near both ends of the sewing machine pinhole 35, the cut ends reach the cuts 36 from the breaking line 37 at the side edge of the hinge portion 33 and stop, and the breaking line 37 is prevented from continuously extending into the sewing machine pinhole 35 inside the cuts 36 in the original state, thereby preventing the cutting of the hinge portion 33.

Detailed Description
(embodiment 1) fig. 1-7 show an embodiment 1 of the packaging container according to the invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the packaging container of the present invention is used for packaging sterilized cotton C (liquid-impregnated body) in which sterilized cotton has been impregnated with alcohol for sterilization after sterilization, and is also used as a storage container after use of the sterilized cotton C has started. In the case of using the container as a storage container, the alcohol impregnated in the sterilized cotton C is prevented from evaporating until the sterilized cotton C is used, and the impurities are prevented from entering the container body 1. Specifically, it is expected that 100 sheets of 4cm square sterilized cotton are put in the container body 1.
The packaging container is composed of a container body 1 having an open top, a sealing lid 2 for sealing the inside of the open top of the container body 1, an outer lid 3 for closing the upper part of the open top of the container body 1, and a commodity label 4 attached to the outer surface of the outer lid 3.
The container body 1 is a thin-walled plastic molded product made of translucent polypropylene, and has a square bottom wall 5 and a square cylindrical peripheral side wall 6 rising upward from the outer periphery of the bottom wall 5 in an expanding manner. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 8 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed on the peripheral side wall 6 so as to project integrally along the bottom wall 5.
In fig. 1, a horizontal flange wall 10 is formed to protrude from the upper end outer periphery of the peripheral side wall 6, and an outer peripheral wall portion 11 is formed to stand on the outer periphery of the flange wall 10. The upper surface of the opening surrounded by the peripheral side wall 6 is an inlet/outlet 12 for the sterilized cotton C. The sealing lid 2 is fixed to the upper surface of the flange wall 10 so that the outer peripheral edge portion thereof can be peeled off, and seals the entire inside of the container body 1 to close the inlet and outlet 12.
In fig. 4, the outer peripheral wall portion 11 is formed of an inner peripheral side wall 13 rising from the outer peripheral edge of the flange wall 10, a horizontal support wall 14 extending outward from the upper end edge of the inner peripheral side wall 13, and an outer peripheral side wall 15 bent downward so as to be continuous with the outer peripheral edge of the support wall 14.
The seal cap 2 is made of a transparent plastic film formed in a square shape, and its outer peripheral edge portion is heat-sealed to the upper surface of the flange wall 10 as described later. As shown in fig. 2, 1 tongue piece 17 is formed to protrude integrally from the outer peripheral edge of the seal cover 2 facing the front surface side of the container body 1, and the seal cover 2 can be peeled off upward by grasping the tongue piece 17. When the outer lid 3 is closed on the container body 1, the tongue piece 17 is bent along the outer peripheral wall portion 11 of the container body 1 and is pressed and held by the outer lid 3. The symbol 18 is a mark printed on the sealing lid 2 for indicating the position of the tongue 17. As a material for forming the sealing lid 2, it is preferable to use a composite plastic film obtained by laminating 1 kind of plastic film or a plurality of kinds of plastic films, which has gas barrier properties and is alcohol-resistant and flexible.
The outer lid 3 has a rectangular main surface wall 19 covering the upper side of the access opening 12, a sealing wall 20 formed to be recessed downward continuously with the outer peripheral edge of the main surface wall 19 and to sandwich and join the outer peripheral edge portion of the sealing lid 2 on the flange wall 10, and an outer peripheral wall portion 21 rising from the outer peripheral edge of the sealing wall 20, and is a thin-walled plastic molded portion made of translucent polypropylene similarly to the container body 1.
In fig. 1, the outer peripheral wall portion 21 is formed of a peripheral side wall 22 rising upward in contact with the outer peripheral edge of the seal wall 20 and a horizontal flange wall 23 formed to extend in the lateral direction in contact with the upper end of the peripheral side wall 22. As shown in fig. 5, both right and left corners of the front edge of the flange wall 23 protrude outward from the corner of the support wall 14 of the container body 1, and the protruding portion serves as a finger hook 24 for opening and closing the outer lid 3.
The seal cover 2 is pulled upward to peel the front and left and right peripheral edges of the seal cover with the rear edge left, thereby opening the doorway 12. The sealing lid 2 is required to have a function of keeping the inside of the container body 1 as sealed as possible even after the opening for a while until the sterilized cotton C in the container body 1 is used up. For this purpose, as shown in fig. 1, a convex strip 26 and a concave strip 27 which are engaged with each other and hold the outer peripheral edge of the seal cap 2 from the top to bottom are formed on the flange wall 10 of the container body 1 and the seal wall 20 of the outer lid 3, respectively, along the entire peripheries thereof.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the convex strips 26 are formed along the entire circumference on the upper surface side of the flange wall 10. On the other hand, a pair of convex strips 28, 28 are formed on the lower surface side of the seal wall 20 so as to project downward along the entire circumference, and a concave strip 27 that engages with the convex strip 26 on the flange wall 10 side is formed between these convex strips 28, 28. Thus, the outer peripheral edge portion of the seal cap 2 is deformed in a meandering manner along the 3 beads 28, 26, 28, and the meandering portion is sandwiched between the facing surfaces of the bead wall 10 and the seal wall 20. Therefore, there is no problem in that the sealing lid 2 is opened once and the entrance 12 is repeatedly sealed by the sealing lid 2. As shown in fig. 4, the sealing lid 2 in the shipped state is heat-sealed in a linear shape around the entire periphery of the convex strip 26 of the flange wall 10. The heat-seal lands are shown by reference numeral 31.
In a state where the outer lid 3 is closed until the container body 1 is sealed at the access opening 12 by the sealing lid 2, it is necessary to keep the outer lid 3 in a closed state. For this purpose, joining means 29, 30 for engaging the outer peripheral wall portion 11 of the container body 1 and the outer peripheral wall portion 21 of the outer lid 3 with each other in a concavo-convex manner are provided. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, long rib-like projections 29 projecting outward are provided at the front edge and upper left and right central portions of the peripheral side wall 22 of the outer lid 3, and long engaging grooves 30 for engaging the projections 29 are provided at the lower ends of the four sides of the inner peripheral side wall 13 of the container body 1.
The product label 4 includes a main surface portion 32 adhered to the outer surface of the main surface wall 19 of the outer cover 3 and a hinge portion 33 provided continuously to the rear edge of the main surface portion 32. As shown in fig. 2, the product label 4 is composed of a composite sheet obtained by integrally laminating a printing layer 4b made of paper or the like having printing properties on a label base 4a made of a plastic film having heat sealing properties such as polyethylene terephthalate, and particularly, the printing layer 4b of the main surface portion 32 is printed with pharmaceutical specifications and effects of the sterilized cotton C, and attention in use, manufacturer's marks, and the like.
As shown in fig. 7, a plurality of strips of adhesive 34 are applied and formed on the back surface of the label base material 4a of the merchandise label 4. After the main surface portion 32 of the product label 4 is adhered to the outer surface of the main surface wall 19 of the outer lid 3 with the adhesive 34, as shown in fig. 6, the hinge portion 33 is adhered to the outer surface of the outer peripheral side wall 15 of the container body 1 with the adhesive 34 over the rear end edge of the flange wall 23 of the outer lid 3, and the label base material portion exposed between the strip-shaped adhesive 34 in the hinge portion 33 adhered to the outer peripheral side wall 15 is heat-sealed. In fig. 7, reference numeral 39 shows a heat-sealed portion.
Thus, the hinge portion 33 can be firmly fixed with respect to the outer peripheral side wall 15 of the container body 1 by the adhesive action and the heat-seal action of the adhesive 34. Thus, the outer lid 3 is openably and closably connected to the container body 1 with the merchandise label 4 as a hinge as shown in fig. 3.
When the temperature and humidity change, particularly, the paper print layer 4b of the product label 4 is excessively dried, and the outer lid 3 attached to the container body 1 may be inadvertently opened by the deformation force due to the deformation force. To prevent this, two rows of straight-line sewing machine needle holes 35, 35 extending in the left-right direction are formed in parallel in the hinge portion 33 at a portion where the container body 1 and the outer lid 3 are connected, as shown in fig. 6. That is, the hinge portion 3 is folded at the outer surface of the outer peripheral side wall 15 of the container body 1 to form the hinge center 33a as shown in fig. 3, but the sewing machine needle holes 35, 35 sandwich the hinge center 33a therebetween. Thus, the outer cover 3 can be easily opened and closed by the sewing machine needle hole 35. The sewing machine pinhole 35 absorbs the deformation force of the product label 4 and keeps the outer cover 3 in the closed state.
When the opening and closing operation of the outer lid 3 is repeated, the hinge center 33a may be broken from the side edges. If the sewing machine needle hole 35 is provided, the breakage is more likely. At this time, if the tear seam 37 is connected to the sewing machine needle hole 35, the tear seam 37 progresses along the sewing machine needle hole 35, and the hinge portion 33 is finally cut. In order to prevent such expansion of the tear seam 37, as shown in fig. 6, notches 36 are formed in the portions near the left and right ends of the sewing machine needle hole 35 in a direction intersecting the sewing machine needle hole 35. Thus, when the tear seam 37 reaches the slit 36, a new tear seam is easily spread from the front and rear ends of the slit 36, so that the tear seam 37 can be well prevented from being directly connected to the sewing machine needle hole 35 inside the slit 36.
When the packaging container containing the aseptic cotton C is used as described above, the outer lid 3 is opened to the rear side in an inverted state, and then the sealing lid 2 is pulled off by grasping the tongue piece 17 to open the opening 12. At this time, in order to avoid positional deviation when the access 12 is sealed again by the seal lid 2, the rear edge portion of the seal lid 2 is left in the original heat-sealed state. The seal cap 2 is thus opened, and the sterilized cotton C in the container body 1 is taken out by the tweezers in a state where the access opening 12 is substantially opened. At this time, the sterilized cotton C can be easily taken out up to the last one without being hindered by the sealing cap 2. When the sterilized cotton C is expected to be used up, the seal cap 2 can be completely torn off and removed. Even if alcohol impregnated in the sterilized cotton C drops during the process of taking out the sterilized cotton C, the drops simply adhere to the seal cap 2 or the container body 1, and no problem occurs.
When the sterilized cotton C is used up, the entrance 12 is closed by the sealing lid 2. Then, the outer lid 3 is closed, and the inside of the container body 1 is sealed by the seal lid 2 while the outer lid 3 is kept closed by the projection 29 and the engaging groove 30. The outer peripheral edge of the seal cap 2 is held in a meandering state by the convex strips 26 and concave strips 27 provided on the flange wall 10 and the seal wall 20, thereby reliably preventing the entry and exit of the amount of alcohol-containing steam and outside air from the sterilized cotton C. Therefore, even if the sealing lid 2 is opened for a while, the entrance 12 can be sealed repeatedly.
(embodiment 2) the size of the container body 1 is freely changed according to the number of the sterilized cotton C contained therein. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the height of the container body 1 may be increased so that 200 sterilized cotton C can be stored.
(embodiment 3) the pattern of the adhesive 34 applied to the merchandise label 4 may be formed in a horizontal stripe shape as shown in fig. 9. The hinge portion 33 in this case can be heat sealed along the entire length in the left-right width direction. The sewing machine needle holes 35 may be formed in only 1 row as shown in fig. 9.
(embodiment 4) fig. 10 shows an embodiment 4 of the present invention. In this case, the container body 1 is provided with an outer peripheral wall portion 11 continuously extending obliquely downward from the outer periphery of the flange wall 10. The outer peripheral portion of the main surface wall 19 of the outer lid 3 is a seal wall 20, and an outer peripheral wall portion 21 is provided in front of the seal wall 20 and in the outer peripheral edge of the left and right sides so as to extend obliquely downward. The main surface portion 32 of the product label 4 is adhered to the outer surface of the main surface wall 19 of the outer lid 3, and the hinge portion 33 connected to the rear end of the main surface portion 32 is adhered to the outer surface of the rear edge of the outer peripheral wall portion 11 of the container body 1.
