Abstract

The invention relates to a packaging box for tablets, comprising a closing flap (2) having a dispenser chamber (3) that is open toward the interior of the container (1), has a substantially rectangular cross section and can pivot around a hinge (4). Its pivoting axis extends perpendicular to the larger plane of the container, wherein locking means are configured between the inner wall of the container and the adjacent wall of the closing flap (2), said locking means locking the closing flap in the dispensing and closing position. The invention is characterized in that the locking means are formed by a projecting element (6) on the sidewall of the closing flap (2), which borders on the larger inner wall of the container and by recesses (7") in said inner wall of the container, which (recesses) are located at a distance from the axis of the hinge, said distance being equal to the pivoting radius of the projecting element (6) about the axis of the hinge. One of said recesses (7") corresponds to the dispensing position while the other recess (7) corresponds to the closing position of the closing flap.

Description

The invention relates to a packing box within the meaning of claim 1.
WO 96/33927 is known to contain a packing box of the type mentioned at the outset.
The invention relates to a packing box which is essentially constructed in the same way as the conventional packing box. The swivel valve has a donor chamber which has a side-off delivery or donation of one or more tablets through a corresponding delivery opening. Here, where the opening is provided, it is practically absent on the corresponding sides of the donor chamber. The closing valve with the donor chamber for use can take at least two positions, one closing position and one closing position. A guide opposite the hinge limits the donor chamber in the donor position and serves to limit the narrowing of the closing of the tablet. In the case of the conventional packing, a practical stripping is provided for the corresponding sides of the donor chamber. These two small or larger closings can be placed in a position which is only noticeable in the donor position and the guide in the closing of the tablet.
The present invention is based on the task of creating a packing box of the type described at the outset which is simple in construction, reliably occupies the desired positions of the closure and which has virtually the entire interior space available for the reception of tablets.
This problem is solved by the characteristic of claim 1.
The recesses which form the resting agent together with the protrusion are formed on the inner wall of the container, so that there are no elevations or other accumulations of material which could impede the free movement of the tablets.
The recesses are formed in the side wall, which may be more or less thick. If it is desired to provide an additional depth for the recesses, the packing box may be formed as indicated in claim 2. The recesses are then in a slightly thickened section, which can be formed in a particularly advantageous way as defined in claim 3. This waveform of the slide surface supports the movement of the protrusion out and into the recesses.
If desired, the pack size can be as shown in claim 4, the third position only releasing a smaller opening for correspondingly smaller tablets.

Finally, it is possible to design the packaging box as described in claim 6. This is a packaging box with two donor chambers which can be considered as an embodiment for left-handers and right-handers. Thus, a folding donor chamber is always available whether the user is left-handed or right-handed. It is also possible to divide the container and take different tablets. Then a closing valve with a donor chamber is responsible for each type of tablet. In these two embodiments the parts, i.e. the closing valve pointing to the upper part and the container, are separated by spraying and then connected by a mesh.
The following is a detailed description of the invention by reference to the drawing and using various examples.
It shows: Fig. 1 a side view of an embodiment of a packaging box according to the invention in the fully open state, i.e. in the so-called filling position, with the absence of a sidewall for better illustration;Fig. 2 a side view corresponding to Fig. 1 but with the closing flap in an intermediate position for donating smaller tablets;Fig. 3 a side view corresponding to Fig. 1 and 2 with the closing flap in the donor position for larger tablets;Fig. 4 a side view corresponding to Fig. 1 to 3 but with the closing flap in the closing position;Fig. 5 a view of the closing flap in the representation of the closing flap in the area of the large size;Fig. 7 a. 6 a. 7 a. 8 a. 6 in the corresponding shape;Fig. 7 a. 7 in the corresponding shape, but with two sides of a closing flap in a slightly modified configuration;Fig. 7 a. 7 a. 8 a. 7 in the corresponding layout;Fig. 8 a. 8 a. 8 a. 8 in the corresponding layout;Fig. 8 a. 8 a. 8 a. 8 a.
Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 367 (char 366)
The closure valve 2 has a donor chamber 3 into which the tablets from the container chamber are introduced. It is located on one side of the donor chamber, so that a lateral donation or withdrawal is possible without the need for a corresponding insertion. There are two tablets of different sizes. The embodiment is usually for one tablet size. A 12 designated insertion allows a variable size tablet to be adapted to different sizes.Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 331 (char 330)The 7 recesses are on a thickened section 11 as shown in Figure 5. This thickened section provides sufficient flesh or depth for the recesses. On the sliding surface of this thickened section 11 for the 6th bulkhead, a wave outline is provided to facilitate and support the bolkhead's incorporation and outfitting into the desired recess.
The locking valve is adjacent to hinge 4 and has a forward sloping loop in the direction of the hinge.
A tongue 10 on the narrow side opposite the hinge 4 also provides a guide and at the same time a limitation of the donor chamber 3 in this area.
When the container is filled with tablets, the closure valve 2 is moved into the closing position, with the guides 9 and the tongue 10 providing the desired movement into the container opening.
Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 538 (char 537)
The position shown in Fig. 2 is an intermediate position where the 6th ledge is in the 7' depression.
In the case of the swinging movement, the 6th bow slides on the wavy surface of the thickened section 11.
Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 379 (char 378)
The design shown in Figures 7 and 8 differs from that shown in Figures 1 to 6 in that it has two closing valves 23 and 24, which are arranged on a separate section 7 by injection moulding and are mirror-symmetrical in arrangement and formation, as shown in Figures 7 and 8.
The container is in the other part 21.
The part 22 has 25 spring-loads which, together with the 26 spring-loads, connect the two parts 22 and 21. The two parts are, as mentioned, separated by injection molding of plastic and then compressed so that the spring-loads 25 fit into the 26 spring-loads. A film hinge 27 allows the lateral position to be determined during assembly.
The embodiment of Figures 7 and 8 also has a spring slot 13 as in Figure 5 which ensures that the projection 6 can spring inwards with the sidewall of the donor chamber 3 when moving in and out of the recesses 7 and 7'.
