Abstract

Casing (1) encloses the membranes (2), (3), (4) which form an upward chamber (5), at least one pair (22) of chambers and the downward chamber (8). The pair (22) of chambers includes a condensing chamber (6) and the dilution chamber (7). There is a channel in condensing chambers (6). One (17) is opened in the membrane (4). ω
