Abstract

A corner-cupboard for setting up in a room corner has two built-in units (E1, E2) arranged next to each other in a corner-cupboard branch (1a) and having superimposed shelves (2). The built-in units are joined to each other by guides and coupling means (6 to 9) so that when the first built-in unit (E1) held on a sliding and swivelling guiding device (3, 4) is horizontally moved (drawn in or out) and swivelled around a vertical axis (10) over almost 90 DEG , the second built-in unit (E2) is pushed on a sliding guiding device towards or away the place left free by the first built-in unit (E1). The sliding guiding device of the second built-in unit (E2) is a three-feet carriage (5) with a single linear guide (12). The three-feet carriage (5) runs with two casters (11) in a guiding rail (12) set into the bottom (1b) of the corner-cupboard branch (1a) and with a third caster (13) it runs freely on the bottom (1b) of the corner-cupboard branch (1a).
