Abstract

The invention relates to a method designed to confirm the receipt of electronic data by an acknowledgement of receipt sent to the recipients via internet or a cellular telephone in the form of SMS messages. This acknowledgement of receipt serves as a proof of the sending of documents and files of all kinds (photos, maps, economic exchange documents) to whatever service of the public and private sector and mentions the received file, the delivery date and hour as well as the reference number and identity (title, status, address) of the recipient service; it is send via the same communication medium that has been used for the sending of electronic data and could be potentially applied for the sending of documents between individuals as well.

 ΜΕΘΟΔΟΣ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΕΠΙΒΕΒΑΙΩΣΗΣ ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΗΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝΙΚΩΝ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΩΝ METHOD OF SENDING AND CONFIRMING RECEIPT OF ELECTRONIC DATA

 Η μέθοδος αυτή εξασφαλίζει ότι ένα αποσταλμένο ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα με SMS μέσω κινητής τηλεφωνίας ή E-MAIL ή με οποιαδήποτε εφαρμογή ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή μέσω INTERNET ότι ο παραλήπτης έχει παραλάβει το μήνυμα με τα ηλεκτρονικά δεδομένα This method ensures that a sent electronic message by SMS via mobile phone or E-MAIL or by any computer application via INTERNET that the recipient has received the message with the electronic data

Για τις αποστολές ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου υπάρχει μόνο επιβεβαίωση εάν το μήνυμα δεν παραδοθεί, χωρίς αυτό στην αντίθετη περίπτωση να σημαίνει ότι το μήνυμα έχει παραδοθεί στον παραλήπτη. Η αποστολή ηλεκτρονικών δεδομένων άλλης μορφής όπως φωτογραφίες, VIDEO, έγγραφα, δεν επιβεβαιώνεται και ο αποστολέας αυτών δεν έχει καμιά απόδειξη ότι όντως έχει αποστείλει αυτά τα δεδομένα στην σωστή διεύθυνση και στην χρονική προθεσμία αν απαιτείται. Μόλις ο υπολογιστής ή ο SERVER λάβει μια αποστολή ηλεκτρονικών δεδομένων με την μορφή του SMS ή E-MAIL ή με άλλη εφαρμογή του ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή, ή και άλλης μορφής ηλεκτρονικά δεδομένα όπως έγγραφα, φωτογραφίες, VIDEO, σχέδια, χάρτες ή παραστατικά εμπορικών συναλλαγών, και κάθε τύπου έγγραφο που χρειασθεί να αποστείλει ο κάθε πολίτης σε οποιαδήποτε υπηρεσία του δημόσιου ή του ιδιωτικού τομέα, θα σημαίνει το παραληφθέν αρχείο με αριθμό πρωτοκόλλου και θα αποστέλλει στον αποστολέα δια του ίδιου μέσου(με SMS ή μέσω INTERNET) μήνυμα επιβεβαίωσης της λήψης , αποστέλλοντας το ίδιο αρχείο που παρέλαβε με την ημερομηνία τη ώρα και τον αριθμό του ηλεκτρονικού πρωτοκόλλου, και την ταυτότητα ( τον τίτλο ιδιότητα και την διεύθυνση) του παραλήπτη. Ο αποστολέας, την επιβεβαίωση αυτή , μόλις την παραλάβει μπορεί να την θέσει στο αρχείο του ή να τη εκτυπώσει σαν αποδεικτικό στοιχείο της αποστολής του αρχείου αυτού.
