Abstract

Σκοπός της παρούσας εφεύρεσης αποτελεί η παρασκευή ενός βερνικιού το οποίο θα μονώνει τα «γυμνά» ηλεκτροφόρα σύρματα εκεί που η συμβατική πλαστική μόνωση δεν έχει αποτελέσματα. Η μόνωση επιτυγχάνεταιμε αρχική εμβάπτιση του σύρματος στο βερνίκι και στη συνέχεια ψήσιμο σε ορισμένη θερμοκρασία για ορισμένο χρόνο. Τα ανωτέρω μονωμένα σύρματα χρησιμοποιούνται για παράδειγμα στην κατασκευή πηνίων ή στις περιελίξεις ηλεκτροκινητήρων. Το συγκεκριμένο βερνίκι κατόπιν πειραματικών δοκιμών βρέθηκε πως πληροί όλες τις επιθυμητές προδιαγραφές.
