Abstract

Novelty: acetylene production via thermal oxidation pyrolysis of hydrocarbons is disclosed. Embodiment: the invention finds application in chemistry, in acetylene-producing reactors, as a mechanism destined for the direction and distribution of the burner gases. Technical features: the invention comprises a mechanism serving for distributing the gases through gas mixture-and stabilising oxygen-supplying channels connected to a stabilizing oxygen supply collector with the difference that the gas distribution mechanism has been realized under the form of an one-piece unit which directs and distributes gases via channels having the form of perforations and holes allowing the gas mixture and stabilizing oxygen supply; the upper part of the one-piece gas distribution unit has been realized as a cone with generator in a circular brachistochrone shape; the gas input channels have been realized in the form of smoothly narrowed parts having trapezoidal cross section convertible into trapezoidal with narrowing angle α=40-60 degrees. Advantage: increase of the burner's service life and productivity.
