Abstract

Novelty: there is disclosed a base adaptable to an agricultural vehicle’s cap or contractible sliding cover, which base is adaptable to whatever existing vehicle’s accessories or optionally furnished with car accessories; construction method of same. Constitution: the base 1 for the cap 9 or the contractible sliding cover 18. A Π-like framework installed with supports at the periphery of the bed of the car; positions 2 for the support and adaptation to the cap 9 and the contractible sliding cover 18 of the vehicle’s bed; position for the elastic packing 3 positioned between the vehicle’s bed and the frame for preventing water ingress and shocks; positions for the placement and support of the vehicle’s accessories and position for the central locking of the cap 4. Manufacture materials and mode: the invented base is made of one of the following materials: steel, aluminium, stainless steel, cooper, polyesters and plastic admixtures; varying cutting methods can be applied (laser cutting, plasma cutting, water jet, punching, casting, extrusion, shaping by pressure, vacuum moulding, polyester moulding). Purpose: the application of the invented base on the agricultural vehicle’s bedenables: independent installation/de-installation and use not only of the cap or the cover but also of the accessories of the bed of the agricultural vehicles; adaptation of said base to pre-existingbed accessories and to any-type agricultural vehicle (four-door, single-cabin or great-cabin vehicles) as well.
