Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά σε διεργασίες παραγωγής ταχέως αποσαθρούμενων σφαιριδίων, κοκκίων ή/και μειγμάτων τους, τα οποία αποσαθρώνονται σε χρόνο μικρότερο των 15 λεπτών, όπου τα σφαιρίδια περιέχουν τουλάχιστον μία φαρμακολογία δραστική ουσία έναν παράγοντασφαιροποίησης, μία στερεή Πολυαιθυλενογλυκόλη (ΠΕΓ) με μέσο μοριακό βάρος (ΜΒ) μεγαλύτερο του 1.000 και η διεργασία χαρακτηρίζεται από την παρουσία ενός σταδίου άμεσης σφαιροποίησης που λαμβάνει χώρα σε μία διάταξη ρευστής κλίνης με ρότορα, εφαρμόζοντας υδατικά συνδετικά μέσα και η θερμοκρασία κατά τη διεργασία δεν υπερβαίνει το σημείο τήξεως τηςστερεής ΠΕΓ.
