Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε ενδομυελικό ήλο που χρησιμοποιείται στην εσωτερική οστεοσύνθεση καταγμάτωνμακρών οστών. Ο προτεινόμενος ενδομυελικός ήλος (1) φέρει στα άκρα του εγκάρσιες οπές ασφάλισης. Ειδικά όμως στην περιφερική οπή ασφάλισης (2) διαθέτει εγχάρακτο βοήθημα ταχείας και αντικειμενικής εντόπισής της. Το βοήθημα αυτό αποτελείται από δύο λεπτά και σαφώς διακριτά βέλη (3 και 4) εγχάρακτα από κατασκευής στην επιφάνεια του ήλου και συγκλίνοντα ελικοειδώς στο κέντρο (5) της οπής. Τα βέλη αυτά είναι τέτοια ώστε με οπτική παρατήρηση της φοράς τους (ενδεικτικής για την επιμήκη θέση της οπής)και της κλίσης τους (ενδεικτικής για την ωρολογιακή θέση της οπής), να υποδεικνύεται στο χειρουργό κατά τρόπο άμεσο, η αναγκαία περιστροφή και ολίσθηση του ήλου για την ταχεία και χωρίς ακτινοσκόπησηεντόπιση της οπής ασφάλισης.
