Η κουζίνα με αυτόματο έλεγχο εστιών συμπεριλαμβάνει έναν ηλεκτρονικό προγραμματιστή (1) με οθόνη (2) στην οποία παρουσιάζεται βηματικά ένας κατάλογος φαγητών από τα οποία κάνει επιλογή η νοικοκυρά, ένα αισθητήριο θερμοκρασίας (3) του οποίου το ένα άκρο (6) προσαρμόζεται σε ειδικό σκεύος (7) (στο σώμα ή στο πώμα του) το οποίο τοποθετείται πάνω σε κάποια εστία (8) της κουζίνας και το άλλο άκρο (4) σε υποδοχή (5) του ηλεκτρονικού προγραμματιστή (1) ο οποίος καθορίζει τις συνθήκες μαγειρέματος ή διακόπτει το μαγείρεμα.
