Abstract
N-Stearoyl-p-(benzoylacetamino)benzene sulphonamide is prepared by heating p-benzoylacetamino-benzene sulphonamide (obtained by the action of ammonia on the sulphochloride) with stearoyl chloride. N-Hexadecylsulphonyl-p-(acetylacetamino)benzene sulphonamide, N-(p - stearoylamino-sulphonylphenyl)-p-benzoylacetamino)benzene sulphonamide and N-hexadecylsulphonyl - 2 - cyanacetyl - coumarone-5-sulphonamide are similarly prepared. N - (p - Stearoylamino - sulphonylphenyl)-1-hydroxy-2-naphthamide is prepared by heating N-stearoyl sulphanilamide with 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid phenyl ester. N-(p-acetylaminophenylsulphonyl)-1-hydroxy-2-naphthamide is prepared analogously. N - (1 - phenyl-5-keto-pyrazolinyl-3)-N1-(p-toluenesulphonyl)-urea is prepared by adding 1-phenyl-3-amino-5-pyrazolone to p-toluene sulphonyl-isocyanate. The corresponding N1-(p-hexadecylphenylsulphonyl) and N1-hexadecylsulphonyl compounds are prepared analogously, as are N-(p-hexadecylsulphonylaminocarbamyl-benzoyl acetyl)-o-anisidine and N-(2 - hydroxyphenyl) - N1 - hexadecylsulphonylurea. N-(Myristoylaminosulphonyl) - p - cyanacetylaniline is obtained by reacting myristic acid with N-carbonyl-sulphamyl chloride and condensing the product with p-cyanacetyl-aniline. 1-Phenyl - 3 - (myristoylaminosulphonylamino)-5-pyrazolone is similarly prepared.
