865,801. Crown-cork openers. MILLING- TON, H. Aug. 15, 1959, No. 27963/59. Class 125(2). [Also in Group XXIII] A device for unscrewing screw cap stoppers comprises a member having a conical or part conical bore to engage over and have a wedge grip on the annular corner of a screwed stopper cap and a lever 4 fitted on the end of the member for pressing the device on the stopper cap and turning the device whilst pressed on the cap. As shown a hollow metal body 1 has a hollow conical interior surface 2 from which any desired number of longitudinally arranged triangular teeth 3 project. The lever 4 may be shaped to form a crown stopper opener, cork screw, screw driver or the like.
