Abstract

825,384. Cartons. SKARSTEDT A. B., R. Nov. 26, 1957 [Nov. 28, 1956], No. 36813/57. Class 18. A blank as shown in Fig. 1 is first folded about a line 4 such that a glued strip g adheres to the panel c, and then the blank is folded about a line 6 such that the glued strip on the end panel a sticks to the panel e. The whole can then be shaped to a tubular carton as shown in Fig. 4, having an intermediate partition wall f. The panels b and f are shown to have punched out flaps 12, 13 and 14, 15, respectively which are intended to be folded down to uncover double rows of openings 8 and 9 enabling articles such as glasses to be packed therein. Alternatively, the panels d and f may be punched out flaps.
