Abstract

A filter fabric woven from a copolymer of vinyl chloride and acrylonitrile has one surface napped to produce a texture of randomly-disposed fibres. It can be used for filtering viscose by folding it on itself with the napped surface inwards. Specification 661,074 [Group IX] is referred to.
