Abstract

562,210. Utilizing inertia. RUSSELL CONSTRUCTIONS, Ltd., and HURST, J. Dec. 17, 1942, No. 17963. [Class 80 (iv)] [Also in Groups I and II] One or a number of superposed sieves or strainers 21 is mounted on a holder 20, which is suspended from a fixed frame 18 by rubber blocks 22. The holder has depending brackets 25 which support a box 26 inside which rotates an adjustable eccentric weight mounted on a shaft 27, driven through a fiexible coupling 28, 29, 30 from the shaft of a motor 15. The sieves are clamped in position by a spider 32 and screws 33 threaded into sockets 31 on the holder.
