566,742. Teething pads. SEYMOUR, G. S. H. S. M. June 7, 1943, No. 9112. [Class 81 (ii)] A baby's comforter comprises a teat core 1 and a guard 2 formed as a unit from mouldable thermo-setting plastic material with a layer 5 of sugar or similar confection covering the core 1 to near the root thereof, where it merges into the guard. A loop 3 may be provided for a ribbon and the core may be formed at the root with a shoulder 4 which determines the thickness of the layer 5 to be moulded on the core.
