Abstract

556,859. Agricultural implements. BROWN TRACTORS, Ltd., D., and MERRITT, H. E. Jan. 22, 1942, No. 912. [Class 6 (i)] A linkage for connecting an implement to a tractor consists of a centrally disposed upper link d and a pair of articulated lower side-links c. The forward part of each link c is universally pointed at one end to the tractor and at the other end e to the rear part, and connected between the ends by links f, g to an operating shaft h for power or manual actuation. The parts c may be connected by a spring o and each forward part provided with means to limit the downward tilt of the rear parts.
