540,699. Ventilating workshops. AIR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, Ltd., and BOYCE, G. B. July 6, 1940, No. 11338. [Class 137] In the ventilation of buildings for the removal of toxic vapours generated in the application of paints, or aeroplane dopes, fresh air is supplied through a conduit 3 and heater 1 to lateral outlets 5 which are opposite to outlets 6 to which recirculated air is delivered by conduits 4 through which air is drawn through inlets 8 near the bottom of the enclosure. Deflectors 7 are arranged between the outlets 5, 6. Foul air is exhausted through conduits 11 having openings 10 at floor level, and the recirculating and exhaust ducts may be arranged alternately
