[Class 100 (ii)] [Also in Groups XXII, XXIII and XXIV] A copying machine with an engraving point or a milling or grinding wheel has a pantograph linkage varied by the provision in the parallel links E, F of two or more notches E<SP>4</SP>, F<SP>4</SP>, one of each set engaged by a bearing post K connected both to link G and to a locating post K<SP>1</SP> engaging another notch. The posts K, K' are connected by carriers K' secured by screws K<SP>3</SP> to the links E. F. which are pivoted to the remaining link D carrying the tool H<SP>2</SP> and its motor H<SP>1</SP>. Link G is extended by a transparent support L having housings L<SP>2</SP>, L', for the tracer in the two ratio positions. Link D is pivoted to an arm B<SP>3</SP> extending from a bracket B adjustably secured on a screw-threaded post A' on the base A. The bracket B also carries a support M with opposite facings M', M<SP>2</SP> for a copyholder N, as described in Specification.521,584.
