431,120. Centring work for milling &c. DECKEL, F., (trading as DECKEL PRAZISIONSMECHANIK UND MASCHINENBAU, F.), 13, Waakirchnerstrasse, Munich, Germany. Feb. 1, 1935, No. 3312. Convention date, Feb. 6, 1934. [Class 83 (iii)] A centring device for workpieces in milling and like machines has a transparent substantially non-magnifying setting plate 1 with cross-lines and circles engraved on its underface, which is disposed at right angles to the axis 8 about which the workpiece 9 is rotatable or adjustable and is movable in a direction parallel to said axis by means of a slide 4 and screw-adjusting device 17. The circular plate is mounted in the slide 4 by means of three set screws 10 arranged at 120 degrees.
